CM Chandrababu Asks Ministers To clear Telangana Doubts on Banakacharla project

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has instructed the ministers to clear all the doubts Telangana has regarding the Polavaram-Banakacharla linkage project. Speaking to the ministers after the cabinet meeting, he clarified that Telangana is not suffering any loss due to this, saying that only flood waters are being used through the Polavaram- Banakacharla linkage project.

The cabinet meeting concluded under the chairmanship of CM Chandrababu Naidu and it has approved 42 agenda items in this meeting. After the agenda items, CM Chandrababu discussed political issues with the ministers. He recalled that they have not objected to many projects being undertaken in Telangana without permission.

The Chief Minister suggested that all the leaders should speak on Polavaram- Banakacharla. He criticized that some people in Telangana are raising objections only for the sake of politics. CM Chandrababu said that it is the responsibility of ministers and leaders to explain the facts to the people.

Meanwhile, the cabinet meeting discussed the phased land acquisition being carried out in the capital Amaravati. It was decided that the same rules applied to the first phase of land acquisition would be applied to the second phase of land acquisition. It was decided that the first step in good governance would be organized at the district level under the leadership of the in-charge minister.

After that, it was made clear that programs would be organized at the constituency level. The Chief Minister once again decided to resolve all revenue issues within a year. He made it clear that if there are difficulties in resolving revenue issues, they can talk to him as many times as they want.

He said that the tendency to bypass the issue on the pretext of technical issues is not right.  He firmly said that he will keep asking about revenue issues often. He said that an activity has been prepared where the MLAs will take the achievements of the coalition year to every house from July 1.

CM Chandrababu has directed to set up an Anna canteen in every constituency center as well as in the mandal. It was decided to form a special committee for the management, supervision and donations of canteens.
