Amid criticism from YSRCP leaders alleging that the alliance government is misleading the public on the implementation of its Super-6 promises, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu made a key announcement in the Assembly today. He stated that the Talliki Vandanam scheme will be implemented in May, followed by the Annadata scheme. Despite financial constraints, he reaffirmed the government’s commitment to fulfilling all manifesto promises.
Chandrababu outlined key initiatives, stating that the DSC recruitment process will be conducted before the start of the academic year to ensure timely teacher appointments. Under the Talliki Vandanam scheme, ₹15,000 will be provided for each child in a household. To support farmers, the government will disburse ₹20,000 in three installments, combining state and central assistance. Additionally, fishermen will receive ₹20,000 in financial aid during the fishing ban period.
