The BAC meeting kicked off today’s assembly session with an intriguing discussion between CM Chandrababu Naidu and BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju regarding the Rushikonda Palace.
MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju proposed making the Rushikonda Palace accessible for public viewing. He suggested charging an entry fee of Rs 30 or Rs 50, allowing everyone to see the luxurious toilet that reportedly cost Rs 25 lakh.
In response, Chandrababu Naidu commented, “Rs 50 is too much,” and noted that he had never encountered such an expensive toilet.
Raju further argued that the authorities should expose the alleged illegal construction of Rushikonda Palace to the public, displaying price details in front of every item. He urged the CM to disclose the extent of funds misappropriated by Jagan, asserting that revealing the contract agreements would expose all irregularities.
Vishnu Kumar Raju emphasized that it would be beneficial to discuss the Rushikonda Palace issue in the current assembly session.
