According to industry sources, the makers are considering the title Mana Shankar Varaprasad Garu for the film. The name is derived from the actor’s real name, Shivashankar Varaprasad, and aligns with his character in the film—a drill master named Shankar Varaprasad.
If finalized, the title is expected to strike an emotional chord with fans, who are likely to embrace a film that pays homage to the star’s original name. The film features Nayanthara as the female lead, while music is being composed by Bheems Ceciroleo. An official confirmation on the title is awaited.
