The bond between Megastar Chiranjeevi and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan once again struck an emotional chord with fans on social media. Marking 47 years since his entry into the film industry, Chiranjeevi shared a nostalgic post that drew a touching response from his younger brother, followed by the Megastar’s warm reply.
In his message, Pawan Kalyan described Chiranjeevi as “a fighter by birth” who knows no retirement. He recalled watching Pranam Khareedu for the first time and praised his brother for never losing humility or his instinct to help others, despite his towering success. Pawan also prayed to Goddess Durga for Chiranjeevi’s good health and many more milestones.
Responding with affection, Chiranjeevi thanked Pawan, saying his words took him back to the early days of his career. He expressed gratitude for the love of fans, family, and friends from Pranam Khareedu to the present day, and conveyed best wishes for Pawan’s upcoming film OG, calling its trailer impressive.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi posted a reflection on his 47-year cinematic journey, noting that since September 22, 1978, he has acted in 155 films and received several awards — achievements he credited to his fans’ blessings. While his first acted film was Punadi Rallu, it was Pranam Khareedu, his first release, that cemented his career foundation.
