Hyderabad: The family of prominent producer Allu Aravind is mourning the loss of his mother, Allu Kanakaratnam, wife of the late actor Allu Ramalingayya. She passed away early Sunday morning at the age of 94 after a period of ill health. Her final rites are scheduled to be held at the family farmhouse in Kokapet.
A poignant moment was witnessed during the funeral, as Megastar Chiranjeevi, accompanied by Allu Arjun, carried Kanakaratnam’s bier. Actor Ram Charan was also present, personally overseeing the arrangements for the ceremony.
Earlier in the day, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan visited Allu Aravind’s residence to console the family and offer their support. The Allu family also received condolences from numerous friends and colleagues across the film industry.
