Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan recently praised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, calling him an inspiration in governance. In response to these remarks, YSR Congress leader and former minister Chelluboina Venu Gopalakrishna mocked Pawan, questioning, “How many people are Pawan’s inspirations?” He pointed out that Pawan had previously mentioned Che Guevara as his inspiration, only to now refer to Chandrababu as his source of inspiration.
Chelluboina criticized Pawan’s earlier actions, accusing him of engaging in theatrics under the guise of Sanatana Dharma. He also expressed concerns over the new excise policy introduced by the coalition government, asserting that it was designed solely to benefit a select few. He questioned the necessity of extending the application process for liquor tenders by two days, expressing outrage at the idea that the government would turn people into alcoholics.
