Amaravati/Singapore: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to visit Singapore from July 26 to 31 as part of his efforts to attract global investments to the state. During the six-day tour, the Chief Minister will hold meetings with representatives, top executives, and industrial leaders from major international companies to promote ‘Brand AP’.
This will be Chandrababu’s second foreign visit after assuming office, following his earlier trip to Davos. The visit aims to showcase Andhra Pradesh’s new industrial policies, ease-of-doing-business reforms, and infrastructure potential. He will highlight the state’s ports, airports, highways, harbours, availability of land, 1,053 km of coastline, strong connectivity, and skilled human resources to prospective investors.
On the first day, the Chief Minister will attend the ‘Telugu Diaspora’ meet organised by the AP community in Singapore and nearby countries, where he will invite overseas investors to contribute to Andhra Pradesh’s growth. He will also urge industrialists to partner in the state’s P4 initiative aimed at poverty eradication.
With a focus on the upcoming Visakhapatnam Global Investment Summit scheduled for November, the Chief Minister will hold talks on port-based projects, semiconductors, AI, and data centres. He will also meet key stakeholders from Singapore to extend formal invitations to the summit.
In addition, Chandrababu will participate in business roundtables on digital economy and fintech, attend a business roadshow, and visit various infrastructure and logistics hubs in Singapore to explore potential collaboration and investment models.
