Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu revealed that the state cabinet has adopted 6 new industrial policies for the development of the state with slogans like ‘One Family-One Entrepreneur’.
He said that the six policies including AP Industrial, Clean Green Energy, NSME, Industrial Parks Policy have been formulated and some more policies will be brought. These policies are aimed at creating 20 lakh jobs in next five years, he added.
He clarified that ‘Job First’ is the slogan of his government. It has been revealed that the activity has been designed so that AP youth can move forward with the slogan of `Think Global, Act Global’. CM Chandrababu said that plans have been made to provide services in the world while sitting in a remote village.
“We will make our products a global brand so that marketing can come in the countries of the world. We are aimed at exporting 40 billion dollars and to bring investments of Rs. 30 lakh crores”, he added.
He recalled that 25 years ago IT policy was made and the state was pushed to be a global leader in this arena. He stated that he had said then that he should not do jobs but give jobs. Chandrababu made it clear that these 6 policies will change the future of the youth and the future of the state.
He explained that Ratan Tata Innovation Hub will be set up in Amaravati. Tata Innovation Hub headquarters will be in Amaravati, with regional centers in Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Tirupati, etc..
The CM said that they are making an ecosystem to make the state a knowledge economy hub. The CM said that activities have been designed so that Northern Andhra can also develop with ports and tourism. He criticized that the previous government did not even change the name of Bhavanapadu port.
He also said that new policies like value addition, speed of doing business and de carbon subsidy will be implemented to attract investments. He expressed confidence that the state will be transformed into a global manufacturing hub as part of Swarnandhra 2047.
