Kurnool: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, describing him as a leader who safeguards the nation’s future. The remarks came during a public meeting organized under the banner ‘Super GST – Super Savings’ at Nannuru, on the outskirts of Kurnool. The event was attended by Prime Minister Modi, Governor Justice Abdul Nazeer, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Nara Lokesh, and other dignitaries. CM Chandrababu highlighted that the GST reforms have benefited citizens across the country.
Addressing the gathering, Chandrababu said, “The launch of Super Savings is just the beginning—more initiatives will follow in the coming days. Modi has been serving the public for the past 25 years, first as Chief Minister and now as Prime Minister. There is no doubt that the 21st century belongs to Modi. At the right time, India has the right leader in Prime Minister Modi, and the nation is fortunate to have him.”
He further added, “Under Modi’s leadership, India has progressed from 11th to 4th place globally. Operation Sindoor demonstrated our military strength. Modi is a leader who delivers results through action, not just words. As part of the Super GST program, Andhra Pradesh has conducted over 98,000 events. With GST reductions, 99% of items now fall under a tax bracket of 5% or less, bringing significant benefits to citizens.”
Chandrababu also highlighted the state’s welfare programs, saying, “The Super Six schemes, along with Super GST, have provided substantial savings to the public. Initiatives such as Mega DSC, PM Kisan Annadata Sukhibhava, Stri Shakti, Thalliki Vandana, Deepam-2, and pension distribution programs have made the Super Six initiatives highly successful.”
