As the crucial filing of nominations begins on Thursday with the Election Commission issuing election notification, key leaders of TDP and Jana Sena are getting ready to file their nomination papers. TDP chief and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh announced their schedule of filing nominations.
On the first day itself Nara Lokesh has decided to file his nomination in Mangalagiri on Thursday. He will start a rally from Sitaramula Temple in Mangalagiri at 9 am tomorrow. From there, he will hold a rally through Midde Center, Vaishnavi Kalyanamandapam, Old Bus Stand Center and reach the MTMC Corporation office and file his nomination.
TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu will file nomination for Kuppam assembly seat on Friday (Apr 19th). But instead of him, his wife Nara Bhuvaneshwari is going to file nomination. Party sources said that Bhuvaneshwari will file her nomination on 19th at 12:33 pm.
TDP is making arrangements to file nomination by Bhuvaneshwari with a huge rally. In the morning first she will worship at the Kuppam temple and then join a rally and make nominations on behalf of Bhuvaneshwari Chandrababu.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan has handed over B forms to all party candidates, contesting from 2 Lok Sabha seats and 2 Assembly seats in the state, including for himself. First he gave B form to party senior leader Nadendla Manohar. He also performed oaths for all the candidates. However, Jaya Krishna, Palakonda candidate was unable to be present due to personal reasons.
Jana Sena sources said that Pawan Kalyan will file his nomination in Pithapuram on 22nd of the month. It seems that TDP leader Chandrababu is likely to attend this event. Top BJP leaders will come to AP for an election campaign in the first week of next month. It is reported that Prime Minister Modi will participate in both meetings. Similarly Chandrababu – Pawan will continue their election campaign along with Amit Shah and Nadda. The manifesto is being worked on.
