Actress Celina Jaitly, currently residing in Australia, has faced backlash on social media after posting a series of messages praising the Indian Armed Forces and condemning terrorism. Her posts, which highlighted her strong support for India, led to some critics trolling her and threatening to unfollow her. In her response, Jaitly made it clear that she has always opposed terrorism and that those who disagree with her views are free to unfollow her.
In her social media post, Jaitly expressed, “Some people are threatening to unfollow me if I speak about India. This post is for those people. I will never apologize for standing by my country. I cannot remain silent when innocent lives are lost under the guise of terrorism. So many innocent lives have been taken, and I will never stand with those who endorse or promote violence. If my love for India or my stand against terrorism offends you, feel free to unfollow me. I speak for peace, stand for truth, and will always support my soldiers because they protect us without asking for our name or religion. I see all your trolling and threats, but I do not forgive such behavior. Jai Hind.”
Jaitly’s comments came after she praised India’s Operation Sindoor and reiterated that despite living in Australia, her thoughts and heart remain with India. She acknowledged the sacrifices made by Indian soldiers in protecting the nation, emphasizing that the peace enjoyed by millions is due to their selfless service.
