Case Filed Against YSRCP MLC Duvvada Srinivas

YSRCP MLC Duvvada Srinivas is now facing fresh legal challenges following a case filed against him over remarks he allegedly made about Janasena president Pawan Kalyan. The complaint, lodged by Janasena leaders led by Kaniti Kiran Kumar, accuses Srinivas of making offensive comments that tarnish Pawan Kalyan’s reputation.

The complaint also highlights a previous incident in which Srinivas is accused of provoking an attack on the Janasena party office in Tekkali. Despite this, party members allege that no police action was taken at the time, and they are now demanding a thorough investigation into the matter.

On the personal front, Srinivas is embroiled in a family controversy related to his alleged live-in relationship with Divvela Madhuri, despite being married to Duvvada Vani. The situation has sparked public outrage, with Srinivas’ wife and daughters voicing their disapproval and condemning his actions. In response, Duvvada Vani, along with her daughters, staged a protest at their home in Tekkali, demanding that Srinivas leave the property.

The issue regarding his personal life is now under legal scrutiny, with the matter being addressed in court. Srinivas has expressed concerns that these personal controversies could negatively affect the image of the YSRCP and has reportedly requested party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy to suspend him. Despite the challenges, he remains hopeful for a swift resolution to the issue.
