BRS MLA and former minister Harish Rao urged Revanth Reddy’s government to consider the requests of Groups appearing candidates. He took to his X and shared a post “I once again urge Revanth Reddy garu to heed the voices of Groups appearing candidates and unemployed individuals. It is crucial to address their concerns and find solutions that prioritize their lives and futures without hesitation.”
He further added sa “Arrange meetings with these Groups appearing candidates to engage in dialogue, listen to their grievances, and understand their demands. It’s important to communicate respectfully and avoid language or actions that may provoke or dishearten them. Resorting to tactics like deploying police forces, batons, iron fences, and barricades to suppress student protests has proven ineffective and will only escalate tensions further.”
Harish Rao concluded his tweet by mentioning “We caution the government that any harassment or physical aggression against groups of candidates and unemployed individuals will not intimidate us into silence.”
