BRS Leaders Protest at Hyderabad Police Commissioner’s Office

Hyderabad: BRS leaders staged a protest outside the Hyderabad Police Commissioner’s Office today. They alleged that Congress MLA Arekapudi Gandhi and his supporters attacked their colleague, MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy. The BRS leaders demanded that the police file an attempted murder case against Gandhi.

In response to the protest, the police attempted to arrest BRS leaders Harish Rao, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, and others. They moved them to the Tallapalli Police Station.

The situation escalated as hundreds of BRS activists prevented the vehicles from moving forward. The police resorted to using batons to disperse the crowd, leading to heightened tensions. Reports indicate that the police have confined the BRS MLAs to their vehicles for nearly two and a half hours.
