బాలీవుడ్ ఫైర్‌ బ్రాండ్‌ కంగనా రనౌత్‌ గురించి తెలియని వారు ఎవరూ ఉండరు. ఆమె ఏం అనుకుంటుందో అదే చేస్తుంది. ఏం చెప్పాలనుకుంటుందో ఓ క్లారిటీతో చెప్పేస్తుంది. అది కొందరికీ నచ్చుతుంది…మరికొందరికీ నచ్చదు. కానీ ఆమె మాత్రం అలానే ఉంటుంంది. ఇప్పుడు తాజాగా మరో విషయం గురించి కంగనా ఓ క్లారిటీ ఇచ్చింది. అది ఏంటి అంటే… ఎన్ని వందల కోట్లు నాకు ఆఫర్ చేసినా సరే నేను మాత్రం పెళ్లిళ్లు, ఫంక్షన్లకు స్టేజీ ఎక్కి ప్రదర్శనలు ఇవ్వను అంటూ.

అసలు ఇప్పుడు ఈ ముద్దుగుమ్మ ఎందుకు ఇలాంటి స్టేట్ మెంట్ ఇచ్చింది అని అందరూ అనుకుంటున్నారు. అసలు విషయం ఏంటంటే..కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం భారత కుబేరుడు ముఖేష్‌ అంబానీ కుమారుడు అనంత్‌ అంబానీ ప్రీ వెడ్డింగ్‌ వేడుకలు ఎంతో ఘనంగా జరిగాయి. ఆ వేడుకలకు టాలీవుడ్‌, కోలీవుడ్‌, బాలీవుడ్‌ నుంచి ఎందరో స్టార్లు హాజరయ్యారు.

వారంతా ఓ క్రమంలో స్టేజీ ఎక్కి ప్రదర్శనలు కూడా ఇచ్చారు. అలా చేయడానికి వారు ఎక్కువ మొత్తంలో నగదు తీసుకున్నట్లు అడపాదడపా వినిపించింది. దీంతో ఈ విషయం విన్న కంగనా అలాంటి పని చేయడానికి తాను ఎప్పుడూ సిద్దంగా లేనని, ఈ విషయంలో తనకు గాయని లతా మంగేష్కర్‌ ఆదర్శం అని చెప్పుకొచ్చింది. ఎందుకంటే లతా మంగేష్కర్‌ కూడా గతంలో ఎన్ని మిలియన్ల డబ్బు ఇచ్చినప్పటికీ పెళ్లిళ్లలో మాత్రం పాట పాడను అని చెప్పారు.

ఇప్పుడు తాజాగా కంగనా కూడా అదే బాటలో నడుస్తున్నట్లు ఆమె తన సోషల్‌ మీడియా ఖాతాలో రాసుకొచ్చారు. అందుకే ఎన్నో అవార్డుల ఫంక్షన్లు, ఇలాంటి ప్రముఖుల కార్యక్రమాలకు తనకు కొన్ని వందల కోట్ల రూపాయల ఆఫర్‌ వచ్చినప్పటికీ వాటిని అన్నిటిని తిరస్కరించినట్లు తెలిపింది.

Gaami Movie Review: An Honest Attempt With A Stunning Cinematic Experience

Gaami is an adventurous drama film which tells the story of an Aghora sets out on an adventure to find a cure to his unknown rare condition in deep of the Himalayas. Aghora Shankar starts the journey along with Dr. Jhanvi on the quest to find the Maali patra (Mushrooms) that blossom every 36 years on the Dhronagiri Mountains in the Himalayas. There will be two other subplots going on parallely which narrates the stories of a Devadasi and a prisoner of a jail-like Lab; eventually attempts to escape. Basically, we are aware of these two parallel plots.
Vishwak Sen plays Shankar, a complete contrast role from his previous films. He surprised with his sad and moody performance and his toned down dialogue delivery. Vishwak completely has fit into the character and the look & costumes of the aghora were aptly done to gel with the tone of the film.
Chandini Chowdary plays Jhanvi, who is shown more as a supporting role than a female lead. She does justice to whatever is given to her and that’s it.
Harika Pedada as Uma, MG Abhinaya as Devadasi Durga does a decent work as per their roles. Elsewhere, Mohammed Samad as CT-333 who perfectly played his role as an adolescent captive who strives for freedom. Rest of the cast has nothing to offer more than given parts.
Director Vidyadhar Kagita makes an assured debut with Gaami, he began this as a crowd-funded independent film but as the shoot and script progressed, it becomes the main stream film with UV Creations joining them. 6 years of passion and hardwork was evident on the big screen. The core idea of Gaami is interesting but also complicated at the same time.
The film directly draws us into the world of Shankar from the start itself. Vidyadhar has beautifully built the world of Gaami, where the Shankar’s world was just one part of the story. He creates another two parallel worlds that are totally different from each other. The idea was to add an extra pinch of interest to the plot.
Coming to technicality, the elements that have gone into creating the world of Gaami, Production Design by Pravalya Duddupudi was so realistic on screen and Cinematography by Vishwanath Reddy & Rampy Nandigam, they are one of the biggest strengths of Gaami. Most of the scenes are more than visual treat to watch. VFX by Sunil Chinta is impressive. Music by Sweekar Agasthi and Naresh Kumaran is equally as great as cinematography, the music literally elevated the scenes with a fresh score. Editing by Raghavendra Thirun could have been more better, sadly some of the scenes felt really abrupt. The writing by Vidyadhar and Pratyush Vatyam was decent because it felt that more work could have been put into the writing, as only Shankar’s story will make us root for him but the other two stories gives no impact. The screenplay makes the normal audience confuse and inspite of where falls at one place in the end but the viewer might have exhausted for it’s slow-placed second half. If proper care taken in writing, then it would have made this film a real EPIC.
Is it worth watching in theatre?
I would say yes, because despite of its minor flaws, Gaami is really must watch for its visual experience. As it is not a regular mainstream Telugu film, watch Gaami with a little patience. It may confuse you and also bore you but it’s absolutely worth waiting for it’s payoffs and rewarding climax.

NBK109′ Glimpse: ‘Mass Saruku’ Unleashed

After delivering a blockbuster with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya, director KS Ravindra aka Bobby joined forces with another seasoned actor Nandamuri Balakrishna for an out-and-out mass fare. Tentatively titled ‘NBK109’, the first teaser of the film is out today on the eve of Shivaratri and it makes a powerful impact with Balayya’s signature elements. 

The one-minute teaser is intensely wild and insane as Balakrishna once again unleashes his trademark mass avatar. The teaser opens with an aerial shot of a forest which is in ablaze. A bunch of men try to confront Balayya who makes a ferocious and scintillating entry and neutralizes them in his very own style with an electrifying punch dialogue. 

Bobby appears to have presented the Veera Simha Reddy actor in his wildest avatar. The high-intensity visuals coupled with Thaman’s power-packed score make the teaser a mass treat for Balakrishna’s fans. We are going to witness another commercial potboiler with this untitled film. 

Bobby Deol and Dulquer Salmaan will be seen in significant characters. Sitara Entertainment banner, Srikara Studios and Fortune Four Cinemas are jointly bankrolling the film.

Story:

“Sachin, an engineering graduate, harbors feelings for a girl in his college but struggles to confess. His plan to move to the U.K. is dashed when his VISA application is rejected. Unwilling to stay in his hometown, he turns to his friend Amal Davis for help. Amal, who is bound for GATE coaching in Hyderabad, agrees to take Sachin along.

In Hyderabad, at a wedding, Sachin crosses paths with Reenu and is instantly smitten. Thus begins the tale of Sachin’s journey, navigating love, friendship, and self-discovery alongside Amal and Reenu.”

Review:

Girish AD co-writes and directs “Premalu.” Positioned as a rom-com, the film initially struggles to engage with its lack of romance or comedy, particularly until Sachin’s arrival in Hyderabad. However, once the story transitions to the city, the narrative gains momentum. The dynamics within the office space and the amusing banter between Sachin and Amal inject much-needed energy. The real fun begins when these worlds collide at a marriage function, with various characters’ interactions driving the story forward.

Despite offering nothing new in terms of storyline, the film relies on its writing, casting, and overall packaging to sustain interest. The montage songs and authentic Hyderabad locales immerse the audience in the characters’ world. The interval break sets up anticipation for the second half, which focuses more on individual character arcs.

As the story progresses, the comedy gives way to drama as Sachin’s one-sided love story unfolds predictably. Despite the routine nature of the plot, the actors breathe life into fresh scenarios, keeping the narrative engaging. Emotions are effectively built, although a sense of drag and repetitiveness creeps in.

However, the neatly built emotional angle pays off in the pre-climax and climax, with predictable beats executed efficiently. The terrace sequence at the end delivers a hilarious culmination of the one-sided love drama. While the final moments may stretch a bit, the resolution of the primary conflict feels satisfactory.

“Premalu” attempts to touch upon genre clichés with a fun and fresh perspective. While the Hyderabad backdrop adds authenticity, the dubbed version loses some of its original charm. Nevertheless, the film’s well-executed writing and performances make it a worthwhile watch for fans of the rom-com genre, despite its predictable premise.

Story:

In the quaint town of Mahendragiri, nestled amidst the hills and valleys of a land steeped in mythology, two brothers, Bhima and Rama, were born. Review :

Directed by A Harsha and starring Gopichand, Malvika Sharma, and Priya Bhavani Shankar, “Bhimaa” promises a thrilling fusion of action, mysticism, and mythology. The film opens with a captivating dive into the enigmatic world of Mahendragiri, hinting at a captivating journey ahead. However, as the story progresses, it becomes evident that the script leans heavily on clichés, diminishing the impact of its intriguing premise.

Gopichand delivers a captivating performance in his dual roles as Bhima and Rama, commanding the screen with his presence and charisma. Malvika Sharma shines as Vidhya, Bhima’s love interest, though her character’s development feels lacking in depth. Priya Bhavani Shankar impresses as Pani, despite her limited screen time in the latter half of the film. The supporting cast, including Vennela Kishore, Raghu Babu, and Nassar, elevate the narrative with their commendable performances.

From a technical standpoint, “Bhimaa” boasts impressive production values and a stirring musical score by Ravi Basrur, renowned for his work on acclaimed films such as “KGF” and “Salaar.” While the soundtrack enhances the film’s ambiance, its melodies fail to leave a lasting impression on the audience.

In conclusion, “Bhimaa” offers a visually captivating and thematically intriguing action drama, anchored by an enticing premise. However, its reliance on conventional storytelling tropes detracts from its potential, resulting in a somewhat mixed experience for viewers seeking innovation and depth in cinematic narratives.

మంచు వారి పెద్దబ్బాయి మంచు విష్ణు డ్రీం ప్రాజెక్టు అయినటువంటి ”కన్నప్ప” చిత్రం గురించి మహా శివరాత్రి రోజు అదిరిపోయే అప్డేట్‌ ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు చిత్ర బృందం వెల్లడించింది. పరమ శివభక్తుడైన భక్త కన్నప్ప జీవితం ఆధారంగా కన్నప్ప చిత్రాన్ని పాన్‌ ఇండియా లెవల్లో తీర్చి దిద్దుతున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రానికి ఎందరో హాలీవుడ్‌ ప్రముఖ నిపుణులు పని చేస్తున్నారు.

ఈ చిత్రం చాలా భాగం విదేశాల్లోనే చిత్రీకరణ చేసుకుంది. కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితమే న్యూజిలాండ్ , థాయ్‌ లాండ్‌ దేశాల్లో షెడ్యూల్‌ పూర్తి చేసుకుని వచ్చారు. ఈ చిత్రానికి సుమారు 600 మందికి పైగా హాలీవుడ్‌ నిపుణులు రేయిబంవళ్లు సినిమాని తీర్చి దిద్దే పనిలో ఉన్నారు. ఇప్పుడు తిరిగి చిత్ర బృందం న్యూజిలాండ్ నుంచి ఇండియాకి తిరిగి వస్తున్నట్లు మంచు మోహన్ బాబు ప్రకటించారు. 

మంచు విష్ణు డ్రీమ్‌ ప్రాజెక్టు మాత్రమే కాకుండా… ఇందులో మంచు వారి మూడు తరాల నటులు నటిస్తుండడంతో సినిమా మీద మరిన్ని అంచనాలు పెరిగాయి. ఇందులో మంచు మోహన్‌ బాబు, విష్ణు, విష్ణు కుమారుడు భక్తవత్సల్‌ కూడా నటిస్తున్నారు. దీంతో ఈ సినిమా మీద భారీ అంచనాలు నెలకొన్నాయి.

తిరుపతి అంటే వేంకటేశ్వరుడు కొలువైన పుణ్యక్షేత్రం. అన్ని రకాల సెంటిమెంట్లకు తిరుపతి నెలవు అయినట్టే.. రాజకీయ నాయకులకు కూడా ఇక్కడ సెంటిమెంటు ఉంటుంది. తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు ఎన్టీఆర్ అయితే తన కీలక ప్రచారాలను తిరుపతినుంచే ప్రారంభించే వారు. తన పెళ్లి సంగతిని కూడా ఆయన తిరుపతిలోనే ప్రకటించారు. అలాంటి తిరుపతి నియోజకవర్గాన్ని తెలుగుదేశం ఇప్పుడు జనసేనకు కేటాయించింది. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిని ఓడించడం కోసం తెలుగుదేశం చేస్తున్న త్యాగాల పరంపరలో ఇది కూడా కీలకం అని చెప్పాలి. తిరుపతి నుంచి గత ఎన్నికల్లో స్వల్ప తేడాతో ఓడిపోయారు. అయినా సరే ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో జనసేనకు కేటాయించేశారు.

ఏది ఏమైనప్పటికీ.. ఎంతో సెంటిమెంటుగా భావించే తిరుపతి నుంచి విపక్ష కూటమి అభ్యర్థికి ఎలాంటి చికాకులు లేని సానుకూల వాతావరణం ఏర్పడడం సానుకూల పరిణామంగా భావించవచ్చు. తెలుగుదేశం నాయకులు అసంతృప్తితో లేకపోవడం అనేది జనసేన విజయానికి మొదటిమెట్టు అవుతుందని పలువురు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.  

తిరుపతిని జనసేనకు కూడా బలమైన సీటుగానే భావించాలి. గతంలో చిరంజీవి కూడా ఇక్కడినుంచి విజయం సాధించారు. కాపు సామాజిక వర్గం ఇక్కడ బలంగా ఉంటుంది. జనసేన అభ్యర్థిత్వం కూడా కాపులకే దక్కే అవకాశం ఉంది. వారికి ఉన్న వర్గ బలానికి తెలుగుదేశం బలం కూడా తోడైతే ఖచ్చితంగా విజయం సాధిస్తారని అంతా భావిస్తున్నారు. అదే సమయంలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తరఫున భూమన అభినయ్ రంగంలో ఉన్నారు. గత ఎన్నికల్లో గెలిచిన భూమన కరుణాకరరెడ్డి ప్రస్తుతం టీటీడీ ఛైర్మన్ పదవి తీసుకుని, కొడుకును రంగంలోకి దింపారు. అయితే తిరుపతి నగర డిప్యూటీ మేయర్ గానే విపరీతమైన దందాలు సాగిస్తున్న నేతగా అపకీర్తి మూటగట్టుకున్న అభినయ్ రెడ్డికి ఎమ్మెల్యే ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రజల ఆదరణ ఏమాత్రం దక్కుతుందనేది పలువురి సందేహం. ఏ రకంగా చూసినా తిరుపతిలో జనసేన విజయం ఖాయం అనే అంచనాలు సాగుతున్నాయి.

ప్రభాస్‌ గతేడాది సలార్ సినిమాతో భారీ విజయాన్ని అందుకున్నాడు. దాని తరువాత నాగ్‌ అశ్విన్‌ దర్శకత్వం వహిస్తున్న ”కల్కి 2898 ఏడీ” అనే చిత్రంలో నటిస్తున్నాడు. ఇందులో దీపికా పడుకొణె హీరోయిన్‌ గా నటిస్తుంది. ఇందులో అసలైన విశేషం ఏంటంటే కమల్‌ హాసన్‌ ప్రతి నాయకునిగా నటిస్తున్నారు.

ఈ చిత్రం షూటింగ్‌ శరవేగంగా జరుగుతుంది. ఈ చిత్రానికి అశ్వినిదత్‌ నిర్మాతగా ఉన్నారు. భారీ బడ్జెట్ తో తెరకెక్కుతున్న ఈ చిత్ర విశేషాలు గురించి అడపాదడపా బయటకు వస్తూనే ఉన్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ చిత్ర బృందం హీరో ప్రభాస్‌ తో పాటు, సెకండ్‌ హీరోయిన్‌ దిశాపటానీతో పాటు ఇటలీ లో సందడి చేస్తున్నారు.

ప్రభాస్‌, దిశా మధ్య ఓ ఫీల్‌ గుడ్‌ సాంగ్‌ ను చిత్రీకరించేందుకు చిత్ర బృందం మొత్తం ఇటలీకి వెళ్లింది. ఈ పాటే సినిమాలో చివరి సాంగ్‌ అని చిత్ర బృందం వెల్లడించింది. ఈ షూటింగ్‌ కు సంబంధించిన కొన్ని ఫొటోలను చిత్ర యూనిట్‌ అప్పుడప్పుడు సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో పంచుకుంటుంది.  ఈ క్రమంలోనే గురువారం సినిమా యూనిట్ అంతా కలిసి ఉన్న ఓ ఫొటోను నిర్మాతలు షేర్‌ చేశారు.

అలాగే ఇటలీ వెళ్తున్నప్పుడు విమానంలో దిశా ప్రభాస్‌ ని తన మొబైల్‌ లో ఫొటో తీస్తున్న చిత్రాన్ని ఒకదానిని అభిమానులతో పంచుకున్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే తాజాగా దిశా పటానీ, ప్రభాస్‌ ఓ సముద్రం పక్కగా ఉన్న చిత్రం ఒకటి చిత్ర యూనిట్‌ నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చింది. ఈ క్రమంలోనే శుక్రవారం శివరాత్రి పర్వదినాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని చిత్ర యూనిట్‌ నుంచి ఏదైనా కీలక అప్డేట్‌ వచ్చే అవకాశాలున్నాయని ఇండస్ట్రీలో టాక్‌ వినిపిస్తుంది.

దీంతో ప్రభాస్‌ అభిమానులంతా ఎప్పుడెప్పుడు చిత్ర బృందం అప్డేట్ ఇస్తుందా అని ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు. అయితే ఈ చిత్రం నుంచి ఇప్పటి వరకు కేవలం ఓ గ్లింప్‌ ను మాత్రమే చిత్ర బృందం రిలీజ్‌ చేసింది. ఆ గ్లింప్సే చిత్రం మీద పిచ్చ అంచనాలు క్రియేట్‌ చేసింది. గ్లింప్స్‌ నే ఈ రేంజ్‌ లో ఉంటే టీజర్‌ ఎలా ఉండబోతుందో అని ప్రేక్షకులు, అభిమానులు ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.

త్రివిక్రమ్‌- మహేష్‌ బాబు కాంబినేషన్‌ లో వచ్చిన అతడు సినిమా అందరికీ గుర్తుండే ఉంటుంది. అందులో పార్థు అలియాస్‌ నందుగా మహేష్‌ బాబు ప్రేక్షకులను అలరించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఇందులో సూపర్‌ స్టార్‌ కి జోడిగా త్రిష నటించింది. ఈ సినిమా వచ్చి ఏళ్లు గడిచినప్పటికీ ఇప్పుడు చూసినా ఇంకా ఏదో కొత్తదనం కనిపిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది.
