Telangana will boom to new heights under KCR’s leadership: KTR
Telangana IT, Industries Minister KT Rama Rao stated that the state will boom to new heights under the skillful leadership of K Chandrasekhar Rao. In the Monsoon assembly session, KTR pointed out that Telangana is currently standing in the top position with respect to the IT field.
KTR said that the IT Companies are showing interest to invest in Telangana as there is a stable government under the leadership of KCR. Cities like Gurgaon which is considered an IT hub had to face disturbances and there were disturbances in the northeastern states like Mizoram as well, said KTR.
The Minister also presented data in the assembly. He said that the IT exports in Telangana were Rs.57,258 crore in the year 2014 and this has increased to Rs. 2,41,275 Crores in 2022-23. KTR also said that 44 percent of employment in India’s IT sector is from Telangana. Similarly, in 2014, 3,23,396 people were directly employed in the IT sector and this had increased to 9,05,715 currently, he said.
CBN blames Peddireddi for Punganuru violence
Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu pointed a finger at Energy Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy for the Punganuru violence that happened this evening. It is well known that major violence broke out when Chandrababu Naidu was addressing people on the bypass road on the outskirts of Punganuru town. Police officials had to resort to lathi charges and use teargas to quell the mob.
Chandrababu Naidu alleged that Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy was behind these attacks to dilute his Yuddha Bheri which was supposed to highlight the unfinished irrigation projects. CBN held Chittoor Superintendent of Police responsible for these attacks and demanded a thorough probe. “I have never seen an attack of this magnitude in my entire life,” said Naidu in shock.
In this regard, Chandrababu Naidu said that the people have begun to revolt against YSRCP and their downfall is imminent. Chandrababu Naidu assured the TDP workers who were injured in this attack. “Every assault on TDP workers will be considered an attack on me,” said Mr. Naidu.
Don’t bring cinema into politics: Pawan Kalyan
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan met party activists in the Mangalagiri party office. He reacted to the YSRCP leaders’ counters to the BRO movie, which was released a few days back. It is well known that YCP leaders reacted to BRO movie collections and AP Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu met the press and announced the collections. He warned Pawan Kalyan, and writer Trivikram Srinivas for creating a character resembling and mocking him in the movie.
Pawan Kalyan addressing the party workers said that YSRCP will target him with his movies. They will use movies to divert the issue. He called not to bring movies into politics as they are only his fuel to run politics.
Pawan Kalyan will be starting the third phase of the Varahi Vijaya Yatra from Vishakapatnam. The yatra will start on August 10th and he will also be addressing the public in a meet. He might reportedly address various issues in this yatra.
Congress MPs meet Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla
Several opposition leaders majorly from Congress met Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla and requested him to come back to the House and they assured him to maintain the dignity of the Chair. It is learned that Om Birla is reportedly upset with the repeated disruptions in the house and didn’t chair the session. Lok Sabha witnessed disruptions on Thursday, as well as the opposition, tried to attack the ruling party on the Manipur issue. Some members entered the Well of the house shouting slogans and displaying placards.
Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury stated that the Speaker is their custodian and they want him in the house. BJP member Rajendra Agrawal said that his message will be conveyed to the Speaker in the right manner.
During Question Hour, only two questions and Supplementaries were taken up. Agrawal who was in the chair in the absence of Om Birla requested the members to maintain dignity and said that question hour should be allowed to continue.
High tension prevails in Punganuru
It is very well known that Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu is touring the Annamayya and Chittoor districts as a part of his Yuddha Bheri program. As a part of the program CBN, after visiting Angallu village of Kurabalakota Mandal in Annamayya district is about to visit Puthalapattu in the Chittoor district via the Punganur bypass road.
In an attempt to disrupt CBN’s road show, some unidentified people, allegedly belonging to YSRCP placed a Lorry on the highway. However, when TDP activists came to the place to welcome CBN, an argument was raised between the two sides thus resulting in a clash. The violence crossed limits and Police had to intervene and resort to lathi-charge and use tear gas as well.
The total area of the 3-km radius turned frenzy with two groups including the Police taking one side and attacking the other. A few Police Personnel were injured in this attack as well as some of the political supporters, with some of them critically injured.

సోమవారం జరిగిన మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో హైదరాబాద్ ఇన్‌చార్జి దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌ను గవర్నర్‌ కోటాలో ఎమ్మెల్సీగా నామినేట్ చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ నిర్ణయించడం రాజకీయ వర్గాలలో ఆసక్తి కలిగిస్తుంది. పలు పార్టీలు మారిన ఆయనకు `కేసీఆర్ కోవర్ట్’గా బీజేపీలో పనిచేసినందుకు కేసీఆర్ ఇచ్చిన రివార్డ్ గా ప్రచారం జరుగుతుంది.
అలాగే మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కుర్రా సత్యనారాయణ ను సైతం ఎమ్మెల్సీ గా ప్రకటించారు. ఎమ్మెల్సీలు ఫారూక్‌ హుస్సేన్‌, రాజేశ్వరరావు పదవీకాలం ముగియడంతో వారి స్థానాల్లో వీరిని ఎమ్మెల్సీలుగా ప్రతిపాదిస్తూ క్యాబినెట్‌ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నది. ఇప్పుడు ఎంపిక చేసిన ఇద్దరూ ఒకే సామజిక వర్గంకు చెందిన వారు కావడంతో పాటు బిజెపి నుండి బిఆర్ఎస్ లో చేరినవారు కావడం గమనార్హం.
తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషించిన డాక్టర్‌ దాసోజు శ్రవణ్ బీసీ వర్గాల బలమైన గొంతుకగా ఎదిగారు. మంచి వాక్చాతుర్యం, ప్రతిపక్షాలకు కౌంటర్ ఇవ్వడం, జాతీయ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడే, తెలుగు, జాతీయ మీడియా డిబేట్‌లో సైతం పాల్గొని పార్టీ గళం వినిపించే వారిలో దాసోజు ముందు వరుసలో ఉంటారు.
ప్రజారాజ్యంలో కొంతకాలంపాటు పనిచేసిన ఆయన ఆ తర్వాత కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో చేరి పలు హో దాల్లో పనిచేశారు. తెలంగాణ కోసం కేంద్రం నియమించిన శ్రీకృష్ణ కమిటీకి బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ సమర్పించిన చారిత్రక నివేదిక రూపకల్పన బృందం లో సభ్యుడిగా పనిచేశారు.
అయితే తెలంగాణాలో కాంగ్రెస్ చకిలపడుతున్నదని గ్రహించి బీజేపీలో చేరారు. ఆయనకు నాటి బిజెపి రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు బండి సంజయ్ మంచి ప్రాధాన్యత కూడా ఇచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా గత ఏడాది బయటపడిన బిఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్యెల్యేల కొనుగోలకు బిజెపి ఎత్తుగడను ఛేదించడంలో కీలకంగా వ్యవహరించారనే ప్రచారం జరుగుతుంది.
బీజేపీలో ఉంటూనే అక్కడి ఎత్తుగడలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు బిఆర్ఎస్ కు చేరవేస్తుండేవారని, అదే తరహాలో ఆ పార్టీ ఎమ్యెల్యేల కొనుగోలుకు జరుగుతున్న ఎత్తుగడలను ముందుగానే లీక్ చేయడంతో కేసీఆర్ జాగ్రత్త పడి `రెడ్ హ్యాండ్’గా పట్టుకోగలిగారని చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నమోదైన కేసులో బీజేపీ జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి బి ఎల్ సంతోష్ ను కూడా నిందితునిగా చేర్చారు.
ఢిల్లీ నుండి బిజెపి దూతలుగా వచ్చిన ముగ్గురు వ్యక్తులను హైదరాబాద్ పోలీసులు అరెస్ట్ కూడా చేశారు. జాతీయ స్థాయిలో కలకలం రేపడంతో పాటు బిజెపి ఎమ్యెల్యేలు ఎవ్వరు చేజారి పోకుండా కేసీఆర్ కట్టడి చేసేందుకు దోహదపడింది. ఒక విధంగా తెలంగాణాలో పాగా వేయాలనే బీజేపీ కేంద్ర నాయకుల ఎత్తుగడలకు గండి కొట్టినట్లయింది.
ఆ తర్వాత కొద్దీ రోజులకు శ్రవణ్ బిఆర్ఎస్ లో చేరారు. అప్పటి నుండి ఆయనకు పార్టీలో తగు గుర్తింపు ఇస్తున్నారు. బీఆర్ఎస్‌లో చేరిన తర్వాత ఖైరతాబాద్ అసెంబ్లీ నుంచి పోటీచేయాలని భావించారు. ఇక్కడ్నుంచి ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహిస్తున్న మాజీ మంత్రి దానం నాగేందర్ కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ నుంచి బీఆర్ఎస్‌లోకి వెళ్లి 2018 ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీచేసి కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్థిగా పోటీ చేసిన శ్రవణ్ పై గెలుపొందారు.
తాజాగా ఎమ్యెల్సీ గా నామినేట్ చేయడం ద్వారా కేసీఆర్ శ్రవణ్ కు తగు రివార్డ్ ఇవ్వడంతో పాటు దానం నాగేందర్ కు తిరిగి అసెంబ్లీ సీటు ఖరారు అయినట్లుగా రాజకీయ వర్గాలు భావిస్తున్నాయి.
MLA Seethakka emotional over the delay in the rescue operations
Mulugu MLA Seethakka turned emotional witnessing the plight of the villagers who were surrounded by the heavy rain water. MLA Seethakka visited the flood-affected areas in her constituency. She dared to go into the water which was waist high and personally interacted with the people and understood their concerns. Seethakka later distributed essential supplies like food and water who were struck in the flood.
The areas of Mulugu, Bhadrachalam, Warangal, and other districts were among the worst hit due to the floods in Telangana. Later, Seethakka turned emotional before the media over the delay in the rescue operations. She has requested the Telangana government to arrange for a helicopter in her constituency to rescue over 100 people who were stuck in the floods.
She requested the government to act before it was too late and in her words, she couldn’t see the plight of her people. Incessant rains have created havoc all over Telangana.
Heroes take massive remunerations but will not take care of Cine Workers: Vijaya Sai Reddy
MP Vijaya Sai Reddy today made some interesting comments about the remunerations in the movie industry. The Rajya Sabha debated the Cinematography Amendment Bill today and Vijaya Sai Reddy took part in the discussion as well. He said that the structure of the remunerations should change as the lion’s share of the budget for many movies these days will go into the pockets of the heroes.
He said that top heroes are even taking Rs. 250 Crores for every film and opined that this should change. He has even questioned why the sons of the heroes are again becoming heroes. Vijaya Sai Reddy criticized that while the heroes are taking hundreds of crores as remuneration, the cine workers are struggling with low salaries and allowances. He suggested that the Center should try to strengthen the Cinematography Act keeping these views in consideration.
Earlier, Rajya Sabha passed the Cinematography Amendment Bill to curb the piracy of movies.
Ambati Rayudu gives a strong retort to TDP Chief CBN
It is well known that Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu lashed out at the YS Jagan government stating that this government has completely ignored developmental works in the Rayalaseema region. He termed YS Jagan as Rayalaseema Drohi for not taking forward any irrigation projects and demanded that the Chief Minister should tender an immediate apology to the people of Rayalaseema.
Chandrababu stated that the TDP government spent Rs. 12441 Cr towards irrigation projects in Rayalaseema, and the YCP government spent Rs 2011 Cr only. Chandrababu demanded an immediate reply from the state government in this regard. Now, Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu responded to the remarks made by Chandrababu Naidu. He stated that CBN has no right to speak on behalf of the Rayalaseema people. “Chandrababu Naidu should not speak about agriculture or irrigation in the state. He has no moral right. Served 14 years as the Chief Minister, CBN should check his facts,” criticized Ambati Rambabu.
