ఇప్పుడు హఠాత్తుగా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిలో కొత్త కోణం కనిపిస్తోంది. తల పగ తోక చుట్టరికం సిద్ధాంతాన్ని ఆయన అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. పోలీసు శాఖలో ఐజీ, ఎస్పీ, సీఐలు అందరూ అవినీతి పరులంట.. కానిస్టేబుళ్లందరూ మంచోళ్లంట.. మీకు కష్టం వచ్చినా చూసుకునేది నేనే.. కాబట్టి మీ పై అధికారులు చెప్పే మాటలు వినొద్దు. నేను చెప్పేది మాత్రమే వినండి.. అని ఆయన వారికి సూచిస్తున్నారు. అలాగే హఠాత్తుగా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి.. ఎంప్లాయీ ఫ్రెండ్లీ అవతారం ఎత్తారు. ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులకు ఐఆర్ ఇవ్వాలన్నా, పీఆర్సీ కోసం డిమాండ్ చేయాలన్నా, వారికి డీఏలు ఇప్పించాలన్నా జగనే ముందుంటాడనేది గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవాలని జగన్ వారికి హితవు చెబుతున్నారు. ఆయనలోని ఈ హఠాత్ పరివర్తన వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులకే ఆశ్చర్యం కలిగిస్తోంది.
జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఉద్యోగుల కోసం ఎంత గొప్పగా పాటుపడే నాయకుడో.. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి ఉద్యోగికీ చాలా బాగా తెలుసు. ప్రభుత్వం పీఆర్సీ ప్రకటించిన తర్వాత.. అప్పటిదాకా ఉద్యోగులు తీసుకున్న ఐఆర్ తో కలిపిన జీతాలకంటె తక్కువ వేతనాలు డిసైడ్ కావడం అనేది దేశ చరిత్రలోనే ఎక్కడా లేని సంగతి. పీఆర్సీ ప్రకటించిన తర్వాత.. ఉద్యోగులు అప్పటి దాకా తీసుకున్న జీతాల నుంచి రికవరీ పెట్టాలనే ప్రతిపాదన చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం బహుశా ప్రపంచంలోనే మరొకటి లేకపోవచ్చు. పీఆర్సీ రూపంలో దేశంలోనే అతిపెద్ద వంచన జగన్ హయాంలో ఏపీ ఉద్యోగులకు జరిగింది. ఉద్యోగులు అనేక విడతల పోరాటాల తర్వాత అంతో ఇంతో తెరపిన పడ్డారు. వీటన్నింటినీ మించి.. తను అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన కేవలం వారం రోజుల్లోగా కాంట్రిబ్యూటరీ పెన్షన్ విధానం రద్దు చేసి, పాత పెన్షన్ విధానం పునరుద్ధరిస్తానని చెప్పి.. అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. అయిదేళ్ల పాటు ఉద్యోగులను వంచించిన ఘనత జగన్ సొంతం. తనమీద వ్యతిరేకత ఉన్నదనే భయంతో.. టీచర్లను అసలు ఎన్నికల విధుల్లో పాల్గొనకుండా చేయాలని కుట్రలు పన్నిన వ్యక్తి జగన్. ఈయన ప్రభుత్వ కాలంలో ఉద్యోగులు ఏ ఆందోళనలు చేసినా అత్యంత నిర్దాక్షిణ్యంగా ఉక్కుపాదంతో అణిచేసిన చరిత్ర ఆయనది. కేవలం ఉద్యోగుల ఆందోళనను అణచివేయడంలో కాస్త విఫలం అయ్యారనే దుగ్ధతో రాష్ట్ర డీజీపీగా ఉన్న గౌతం సవాంగ్ ను మార్చేసి, పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ కు పంపిన వ్యక్తి ఆయన
తన ట్రాక్ రికార్డులో ఉద్యోగులను ఇన్ని రకాలుగా వేధించి.. ఆ వర్గాల్లో శాశ్వతమైన అపకీర్తిని వ్యతిరేకతను మూటగట్టుకున్న జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఇప్పుడు సన్నాయి నొక్కులు నొక్కుతున్నారు. వారికి పీఆర్సీ కావాలన్నా సరే.. తానే పోరాడుతానని అంటున్నారు. ఈ మాటలు విని.. జగన్ గారూ తమరు ఒకసారి ఇచ్చిన పీఆర్సీ చాలు. మాకోసం కొత్తగా ఎలాంటి పోరాటాలు చేయవద్దు. ఖర్మగాలి మీరు మళ్లీ అధికారంలోకి రావడం అంటూ జరిగితే.. పాత పెన్షన్ స్కీమ్ పునరుద్ధరిస్తానన్న హామీ నిలబెట్టుకోండి చాలు అని ఉద్యోగులు నవ్వుకుంటున్నారు.

విద్యార్థులు సరిగా బడికి రావడం లేదు. ఎడ్మిషన్లు పడిపోతున్నాయి. ఆ స్కూలుకు చేరుకోవడానికి సరైన దారి కూడా లేదు. స్కూలులో పిల్లల సంఖ్య అయిదుకు పడిపోయింది… ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ఎవరైనా ఏం చేస్తారు? అంత తక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులుంటే ఆ పరిస్థితిని హాయిగా ఎంజాయ్ చేస్తారు. స్కూలుకు వెళితే.. అయిదుగురికీ ఏదో కాసేపు పాఠం చెప్పేసీ.. మొబైల్లో వీడియోలు, రీల్స్ చూసుకుంటూ గడుపుతారు. లేదా, తాను కూడా స్కూలుకు రెండు మూడు రోజులకు ఓసారి వెళుతూ.. పిల్లల్ని కూడా ఆరోజు రమ్మని చెబుతూ గడిపేస్తారు. కానీ అనిశెట్టి సీతారామరాజు అలా కాదు. అందుకే ఇవాళ రాష్ట్రంలోని అందరితోనూ శెభాష్ అనిపించుకుంటున్నారు. తాజాగా మరోసారి శెభాష్ అనిపించుకునే పని చేస్తున్నాడు.
కాకినాడ జిల్లా సూరంపేట స్కూలుకు పంటకాలువ దాటి రావాల్సి ఉన్నందున పిల్లలు సరిగా రాకపోతుండడంతో టీచరు సీతారామరాజు చొరవ తీసుకున్నాడు. తన సొంత డబ్బు లక్ష రూపాయలు ఖర్చు పెట్టి.. ఆ పంటకాలువ మీద నడిచి రావడానికి వంతెన ఏర్పాటు చేయించాడు. దీంతో స్కూల్లో పిల్లల స్ట్రెంగ్త్ పెరిగింది. ఈ వార్త రాష్ట్రంలో అందరినీ ఆకర్షించింది. విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి నారా లోకేష్ కూడా సీతారామరాజును ప్రత్యేకంగా అభినందిస్తూ ఒక ట్వీటు పెట్టారు.
నారా లోకేష్ అంతటితో వదిలిపెట్టలేదు. కాకినాడ జిల్లా కలెక్టరును ప్రత్యేకంగా ఆదేశించారు. దీంతో కలెక్టరు షాన్ మోహన్.. టీచరు సీతారామరాజును పిలిపించి.. లక్షరూపాయల చెక్కును అతనికి అందజేసి అభినందించారు. పాఠశాలకు పిల్లలు రావడం కోసం వంతెన నిర్మాణం చేపట్టినప్పుడు ఎదురైన అనుభవాలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. అలాగే విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పెరిగేలా చూడడంతో పాటు, గుణాత్మక విద్య అందించాలని కూడా సూచించారు.
తమాషా ఏంటంటే.. టీచరు సీతారామరాజు తన సొంత డబ్బు లక్షరూపాయలు ఖర్చు పెట్టి పాఠశాలకు వంతెను వేయించారు. పిల్లల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతోంది. ప్రభుత్వం అభినందించింది. నారా లోకేష్ పూనికతో ప్రభుత్వం ఆయనకు తను ఖర్చు చేసిన డబ్బును కూడా అందించింది. అయితే కలెక్టరు చేతినుంచి రూ.లక్ష తనకు చెక్కు అందిన తర్వాత.. ఆ డబ్బుతో పాఠశాల భవనానికి అవసరమైన ఇతర మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పిస్తానని సీతారామరాజు అంటున్నాడు. అంటే ఆ డబ్బును కూడా ఆయన తన సొంతానికి వాడుకోదలచుకోవడం లేదు. తను పెట్టిన ఖర్చు వచ్చేసిందని అనుకోవడం లేదు. ఇంకా వేరే మంచి పనులు చేస్తానంటున్నాడు. మరి అంత ఔదార్యం ఉన్న టీచరును మరోసారి శెభాష్ అనాల్సిందే కదా!
‘జేఆర్’, ‘టన్నులు’.. దోపిడీకి వాడిన కోడ్ భాష భలే!
కేసు ఇప్పటిదికాదు. దశాబ్దానికి పైగా నడుస్తోంది. కానీ ఇప్పుడు దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ వారు హైకోర్టు గడప తొక్కడం వల్ల.. సాంకేతిక పరిభాషలాగా కనిపించే ఈ కోడ్ భాష మొత్తం మళ్లీ ఒకసారి విని తెలుసుకోవాల్సి వస్తోంది. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి దోపిడీపర్వం ఏయే రీతిగా సాగుతుండేదో తెలుసుకుని ప్రజలు నివ్వెరపోతున్నారు. ముడుపుల వ్యవహారం, క్విడ్ ప్రోకో దందాలు మొత్తం కోడ్ భాషలో సాగేవంటూ వ్యవహారాలు బయటకు వస్తున్నాయి. జగన్ ఉచ్చులో పడిన దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ వారు కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడం ద్వారా వారు కోరుకున్న విముక్తి లభిస్తుందో లేదోగానీ.. జగన్ దోపిడీ పర్వం మాత్రం మరోసారి చర్చకు వస్తోంది.
మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అక్రమాస్తుల వ్యవహారంలో తమ మీద నమోదుచేసిన సీబీఐ కేసును కొట్టేయాలని కోరుతూ దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. అప్పట్లో వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం.. దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ కు అనుచిత మార్గాల్లో లబ్ది చేకూర్చినందుకు ప్రతిఫలంగా.. జగన్ కంపెనీల్లో వారు 95 కోట్ల రూపాయల ముడుపులు పెట్టుబడిగా పెట్టారని సీబీఐ కేసు నడుపుతోంది. భారతి సిమెంట్స్ లో దాల్మియా వాటాను పెంచి అప్పట్లో ఫ్రెంచి కంపెనీకి విక్రయించారు. 146.58 కోట్లు వచ్చాయి. అందులో పన్నులు పోగా 139 కోట్లు మిగిలింది. ఈ సొమ్మును ఖాతాల్లో చూపించకుండా హవాలా మార్గాల్లో జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి రూ.55 కోట్లు అందించారనేది సీబీఐ ప్రధాన ఆరోపణ.
దాల్మియా ఉద్యోగి నుంచి స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్న పెన్ డ్రైవ్ ఈ దందాల బాగోతాన్ని చాలా వరకు బయటపెట్టింది. అందులో ‘జేఆర్’ ఖాతాలోకి 55 కోట్ల లావాదేవీలు బయటపడ్డాయని, జేఆర్ అంటే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డేనని సీబీఐ అంటోంది. అలాగే ‘3500 టన్నులు అందాయి..’ అంటూ ఈమెయిల్ లో సాగించిన సంభాషణ యొక్క అర్థం 35 కోట్లు ముడుపులు అందినట్టే అని కూడా వారు తేల్చారు. అయితే ఈకేసును కొట్టేయాలని దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ కోర్టుకెళ్లింది.
జగన్ అక్రమార్జనలు, అవినీతి కేసులనుంచి ఇటీవల ఇండియా సిమెంట్స్ కు హైకోర్టు విముక్తి కల్పించింది. అదే తరహాలో తమకు కూడా విముక్తి లభిస్తుందని దాల్మియా సిమెంట్స్ కూడా ఆశిస్తుండవచ్చు. అయిదే వారి వాదన మాత్రం చిత్రంగా ఉంది. చట్టవిరుద్ధంగా అప్పటి వైఎస్సార్ ప్రభుత్వం దాల్మియాకు లీజులు కేటాయించి ఉంటే గనుక.. అందుకు జరిమానాలు ఉంటాయి తప్ప.. శిక్షలు ఉండవు అని వాదిస్తున్నారు. వ్యవహారం కేవలం లీజులకు మాత్రమే పరిమితమైనది అయి ఉంటే బహుశా అలాగే అనుకోవచ్చు. కానీ ముడుపులు, ఆ సొమ్ములను హవాలా రూపంలో తరలించడం, అనుచిత లబ్ధిని కలిగించడం, అనుచిత ప్రయోజనం పొందడం ఇవన్నీ కేవలం జరిమానాలతో సరిపోయే విషయాలు కావని న్యాయనిపుణులు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.
రాజధానికే కాదు.. రాష్ట్రానికే శుభవార్త చెప్పిన అయ్యన్న!
ఏపీ శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు యావత్ రాష్ట్రానికి ఒక శుభవార్త చెప్పారు. నిజానికి ఈ శుభవార్త అమరావతి నగర నిర్మాణానికి సంబంధించినది మాత్రమే అయినప్పటికీ.. అయిదేళ్ల రాజధాని సంక్షోభాన్ని చూసిన, ఏవగించుకున్న, ఆందోళన చెందిన రాష్ట్రప్రజలందరికీ కూడా ఇది శుభవార్తే. అదేంటంటే.. అమరావతిలో నిర్మిస్తున్న ఎమ్మెల్యేల క్వార్టర్లు కేవలం మరో అయిదు నెలల్లోగా పూర్తవుతాయని స్పీకరు ప్రకటించారు. ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీ క్వార్టర్లు డిసెంబరుకెల్లా పూర్తవుతాయని ఆయన అంటున్నారు. కేవలం ఇవి మాత్రమే కాదు.. 35 మంత్రుల క్వార్టర్లు, 36 న్యాయమూర్తుల క్వార్టర్ల నిర్మాణం కూడా వచ్చే ఏడాది మార్చి నాటికెల్లా పూర్తవుతుందని అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు చెబుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రప్రజలందరికీ ఇది శుభవార్తే.
నిజానికి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ప్రభుత్వం 2014-19 మధ్య కాలంలోనే రాజధాని అమరావతిలో మంత్రుల, న్యాయమూర్తుల, ఎమ్మెల్యేల క్వార్టర్ల నిర్మాణాన్ని చేపట్టింది. శరవేగంగా పనులు చేస్తూ వచ్చారు. దాదాపుగా 80 శాతం వరకు పనులు పూర్తయ్యాయి. ఆ దశలో 2019 ఎన్నికల్లో రాష్ట్రంలో అధికారం మారింది. వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయ్యారు. రాజధాని అమారవతి మీద ఆయన ఏ స్థాయిలో పగబట్టారో అందరికీ తెలుసు. రాజధాని ప్రాంతాన్ని స్మశానంగా మార్చేశారు. ఒక్క ఇటుక కూడా పెట్టకుండా అయిదేళ్ల పదవీకాలాన్ని నెట్టేశారు. హైకోర్టు స్పష్టమైన తీర్పు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా ఆయన పనులు కొనసాగించనేలేదు. కనీసం 80 శాతం పూర్తయిన నిర్మాణాలను ముగించి వాడుకలోకి తెచ్చే ప్రయత్నం కూడా చేయలేదు. అన్ని రకాలుగానూ అమరావతిపై పగబట్టారు. తీరా ప్రజల తీర్పుతో 11 సీట్లకు పరిమితమై ఇంట్లో కూర్చున్నారు.
చంద్రబాబు 4.0 ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన వెంటనే.. రాజధానిలో అన్ని రకాల నిర్మాణ పనులను తిరిగి ప్రారంభించిన సర్కారు.. ఈ క్వార్టర్ల నిర్మాణాన్ని కూడా శరవేగంగా పూర్తిచేస్తోంది. మొత్తం 12 టవర్లలో 288 క్వార్టర్లను ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీల కోసం నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పెరగబోయే అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలతో అదనంగా వచ్చే ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు కూడా కలిపి సరిపోయేలా ఈ క్వార్టర్లను నిర్మిస్తున్నట్టుగా స్పీకరు అయ్యన్న పాత్రుడు చెబుతున్నారు. తాజాగా అక్కడ జరుగుతున్న నిర్మాణ పనులను పరిశీలించిన అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు.. స్విమ్మింగ్ పూల్, క్లబ్ హౌస్, జిమ్, సోలార్ పవర్ వంటి ఏర్పాట్లు కూడా చేపట్టాలని సూచనలు చేసినట్టుగా చెప్పారు. ఈ క్వార్టర్ల వద్దనే స్పీకరు, డిప్యూటీ స్పీకరు, మండలి ఛైర్మన్, ఉపఛైర్మన్ లకు ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు ఉండేలా నివాసాలు నిర్మించాలని కూడా సూచించినట్టు చెప్పారు. సీఎం, ముఖ్యమంత్రి నివాసాలు మాత్రం కృష్ణానది పక్కనే వస్తాయని అంటున్నారు.
మొత్తానికి రాజధానిలో కొన్ని నివాస సముదాయాలు పూర్తవుతుండడం చాలా శుభపరిణామం. ఈ జోరుతో రైతులకు దక్కిన ప్లాట్లలో ప్రెవేటు నిర్మాణాలున కూడా జోరందుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఒకవైపు ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టే నిర్మాణాలన్నీ రాత్రీ పగలూ తేడాలేకుండా జరుగుతున్నాయి. ప్రెవేటు నిర్మాణాలు కూడా ప్రారంభం అయితే.. రాజధాని నగరానికి అనుకున్న గడువుకుంటే ముందే కాస్త తుదిరూపు వచ్చినా ఆశ్చర్యం లేదు.
Revanth Reddy Slams KCR Over Krishna-Godavari Water Issues: “He Betrayed Telangana”
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has launched a scathing attack on former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), accusing him of compromising the state’s rights in the long-standing Krishna and Godavari river water disputes. The remarks came during a meeting at Praja Bhavan, where Congress MP Uttam Kumar Reddy presented a detailed report on the water sharing issues between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing the gathering, Revanth Reddy alleged that KCR’s decision to approve the allocation of 299 TMC of Krishna waters to Andhra Pradesh was nothing short of signing a “death sentence” for Telangana. “That signature has cost the state dearly,” he said, calling it a historic blunder that continues to impact Telangana’s irrigation needs.
Revanth further claimed that KCR had advised then former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to divert Godavari waters—a move he described as a betrayal of Telangana’s interests. “Instead of protecting our share, he acted like a representative of Andhra Pradesh,” he stated.
Highlighting the negligence in utilizing river water effectively, Revanth pointed out that the Jurala project should have been used to divert Krishna waters when they first entered Telangana. He also recalled how former MLA Chinna Reddy was insulted in the Assembly by KCR when he raised this concern years ago. “Ironically, the same diversion is now being done by Andhra through the Pothireddypadu head regulator, and no one is stopping it,” he added.
The Chief Minister didn’t hold back in questioning the previous government’s performance, asking how ₹2 lakh crore could be spent over a decade without completing key irrigation projects. “Who is accountable for this massive failure?” he asked.
Taking his criticism further, Revanth challenged KCR to come to the Legislative Assembly for an open debate on the issue. “If his health doesn’t permit, I am ready to meet him at his farmhouse. He just needs to set the time,” Revanth said.
He also took a dig at KTR’s recent remarks made during a press conference at the Press Club. Revanth stated that political debates should be held in the Assembly, not in clubs or informal settings. “We’ve invited him to the legislature for a reason. I have no interest in entertaining club or street-level politics,” he said, adding that he doesn’t even prefer to mention KTR’s name. Revanth clarified that he hadn’t thrown a challenge but simply extended an invitation for a meaningful, healthy debate in a democratic forum.
“Mahavatar Narsimha” Trailer Unveiled
Movies based on mythologies have always inspired filmmakers, and with spiritual cinema being popular, Hombale Productions is entering into the animation medium. The studio is embarking on a project to create a series of five animated films based on EEfictuilt legends.
The first among these is “Mahavatar Narsimha,” whose trailer was recently released. Ashwin Kumar directs and Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai, and Chaitanya Desai produce the movie, which retells in vivid terms the eternal tale of Lord Narsimha’s divine incarnation.
The story revolves around Hiranyakashipu, a demon King, who became angry when Prahlad demonstrated that his unwavering devotion was to Lord Vishnu. Hiranyakashipu severely punished Prahlad, but his undying devotion compelled Lord Vishnu to manifest Narsimha, destroy the tyrant, and save his devotee. The trailer was very well received and praised for its super visual effects and bright colors-inviting and engaging for a live experience.
Set to be released theatrically across India on July 25, “Mahavatar Narsimha,” is the first of five ideas during this phase of Hombale’s attempt to utilize old mythology, combined with modern animation technology, to reach viewers all over India and beyond.
S. Naga Vamsi Lines Up Three Big Releases – A Crucial Phase for Sithara Entertainments
Tollywood’s dynamic producer S. Naga Vamsi is stepping into what could be one of the most critical and high-stakes chapters of his filmmaking journey. With multiple films under active production through his banner Sithara Entertainments, and bold investments in distribution, Vamsi is setting the stage for a power-packed season that could significantly elevate his standing in the Telugu film industry.
First up on the release slate is the much-awaited action thriller “Kingdom”, starring Vijay Deverakonda and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. Touted as Vijay’s most expensive film to date, Kingdom is all set for a grand worldwide release on July 31. With hype already building around the unique concept and the powerful combo, the makers are planning an aggressive promotional campaign in the coming weeks.
Following closely is one of the year’s biggest pan-Indian films — “War 2”, starring Jr. NTR in his highly anticipated Bollywood debut. Naga Vamsi has acquired the Telugu distribution rights of the film for a huge amount, with a high-scale release lined up in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on August 14. But the movie will clash with Rajinikanth’s “Coolie”, which will result in a high-profile box office showdown, especially in multiplex chains. In spite of high-level competition, insiders claim that Vamsi is carefully strategizing screen allotment and promotion to optimize reach and revenue.
The third release from the Sithara camp is “Mass Jathara” starring Ravi Teja, scheduled to hit theaters on August 27. As a standalone mass entertainer, the film will look to draw crowds from B & C centers and younger audiences.
