సంక్షేమ పథకాలు అంటే ప్రజల బాగు కోసం సంకల్పించినవిగా ఉండాలి. ఒకసారి అలాంటి పథకాలకు రూపకల్పన చేసిన తర్వాత వాటి సహజమైన పద్ధతిలో అవి కొనసాగుతూ పోవాలి. కానీ సంక్షేమ పథకాలు అంటే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రజలను ఆకట్టుకోవడానికి విసిరే బిస్కెట్ల లాగా నిర్వచనాన్ని మార్చేయడం అనేది రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జవహర్ రెడ్డికి మాత్రమే చెల్లింది. బటన్ నొక్కడం కూడా పూర్తయి ఎంతో కాలం కింద ప్రజలకు విడుదల కావాల్సిన పథకాల నిధులను విడుదల చేయడంలో.. సరిగ్గా పోలింగ్ ముందు వరకు జాగు చేసి.. ఇప్పుడు విడుదల చేస్తానని పూనుకోవడం కుట్ర కాక మరేమిటి? అందుకే అలాంటి కుట్రలకు ఎన్నికల సంఘం తెరదించింది. పథకాలను జగన్ విసిరే బిస్కెట్లు లాగా మార్చేయాలనుకున్న కుట్రలకు చెక్ పెట్టింది.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి రైతులకు అందించవలసిన పెట్టుబడి రాయితీ 847 కోట్ల రూపాయలు విడుదల చేయడానికి మార్చి ఆరవ తేదీన బటన్ నొక్కారు. అలాగే విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ కోసం 610 కోట్లు విడుదల చేయడానికి మార్చి 1న బటన్ నొక్కారు. మార్చి 16వ తేదీన ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ వచ్చింది. ఆ 10, 15 రోజులపాటు విధులు విడుదల చేయకుండా ఆపేశారు చీఫ్ సెక్రటరీ జవహర్ రెడ్డి. షెడ్యూల్ విడుదలైన తర్వాత కూడా ఇప్పటిదాకా లబ్ధిదారుల ఖాతాల్లోకి ఆ నిధులను విడుదల చేయడం గురించి పట్టించుకోలేదు. తీరా మరొక వారం రోజుల్లో ఎన్నికలు ఉన్నాయనిగా ఇప్పుడు హడావుడి చేశారు. ఈ సమయంలో ప్రజల ఖాతాలలో డబ్బులు వేస్తే వారిని ఆకర్షించి వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి అనుకూలంగా ఓట్లు వేయించుకోవడం సాధ్యమవుతుందని కుట్రపన్నారు. అయితే ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఈ నిధుల విడుదలకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వలేదు.
పైగా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి వీర విధేయుడిగా.. అధికార పార్టీకి కొమ్ము కాస్తున్న ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జవహర్ రెడ్డి వైఖరి ఈ వ్యవహారంతో వివాదాస్పదం అవుతుంది. జవహర్ రెడ్డి మీద కూడా వేటు వేసి ఎన్నికల విధులతో సంబంధం లేకుండా బదిలీ చేస్తే తప్ప రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రజాస్వామ్యం బతికే పరిస్థితి లేదని పలువురు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

Delhi L-G Seeks NIA Probe Against Kejriwal Over ‘Khalistani Political Funding’
Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena has urged for a National Investigation Agency (NIA) inquiry into allegations of political funding received by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from the banned terrorist organisation “Sikhs for Justice” (SFJ).
The recommendation for an NIA probe comes in response to a complaint received by the LG, accusing the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by CM Kejriwal of accepting substantial funds amounting to USD 16 million from extremist Khalistani groups. The complaint alleges that these funds were used to secure the release of Devendra Pal Bhullar and advocate pro-Khalistani sentiments.
The LG office said that the complainant has “referred to the contents of a video, purportedly featuring Gurpatwant Singh Pannun (Khalistani terrorist and founder of banned organisation Sikhs For Justice), wherein he has alleged that AAP led by Arvind Kejriwal has received a staggering amount of $16 million in funding from Khalistani groups between 2014 and 2022”.
According to Raj Bhavan, the complaint states that a “clandestine meeting occurred in 2014 between Kejriwal and pro-Khalistani Sikhs at Gurdwara Richmond Hills, New York. During the meeting, Kejriwal purportedly promised to facilitate release of Devender Pal Bhullar, in return for substantial financial backing from Khalistani factions to the Aam Aadmi Party”.
The recommendation comes after a complaint was lodged by Ashoo Mongia, alongside former AAP member Munish Kumar Raizada, citing a video implicating Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) receiving a staggering $16 million in Khalistani funding from 2014 to 2022.
The complaint referenced a video featuring Gurpatwant Pannun, a Khalistani terrorist and SFJ leader, alleging that Kejriwal and Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi reneged on promises to release SFJ associates. Pannun’s associates were detained over connections to the Khalistan Referendum.
Additionally, claims emerged of a clandestine 2014 meeting between Kejriwal and pro-Khalistani Sikhs in New York’s Gurdwara Richmond Hills, purportedly in exchange for financial support to AAP. AAP’s Sanjay Singh’s frequent visits to Canada were also highlighted.
Reacting to the L-G’s recommendation of an NIA probe, the AAP said, “L-G sir is an agent of BJP. This is another big conspiracy against CM Kejriwal because BJP is going to lose all seven seats in Delhi.” Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “BJP had hatched this conspiracy even before Punjab Assembly elections.”

సాధారణంగా ఎన్నికల సమయంలో చిన్న చిన్న ఆరోపణలు వచ్చినాసరే.. అప్పటికి ఉన్నతాధికారులుగా ఉన్నవారిని ఈసీ తొలగించేస్తుంది. వారి స్థానంలో న్యూట్రల్ గా ఉంటారనే పేరున్న ఇతర అధికారుల్ని నియమించి.. ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ సజావుగా జరుగుతున్నదనే భావనను ప్రజలకు కలిగిస్తుంది. ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ మీద ప్రజల్లో గౌరవం పెంచుతుంది. ఇది చాలా సహజంగా జరిగే వ్యవహారం. అయితే.. ప్రస్తుతం ఏపీ ఎన్నికల్లో.. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం ఇన్నాళ్లూ తమకు అత్యంత విధేయులుగా ఉండే అధికారుల్ని మాత్రమే కీలకపదవుల్లో నియమించుకుంటూ వచ్చింది. ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్ రావడానికి కొన్ని వారాల ముందు కూడా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఐఏఎస్, ఐపీఎస్ అధికార్లు చాలా మందిని బదిలీచేశారు. ఎంత టూమచ్ గా విధేయతకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇచ్చారంటే.. ఒకటిరెండు జిల్లాల ఎస్పీల విషయంలో పోస్టింగ్ అయి వారం రోజులు కూడా గడవక ముందే.. అక్కడ స్థానికంగా తమ పార్టీ నాయకులకు విధేయత చూపించలేదని, వారి అడుగులకు మడుగులొత్తలేదని కొందరు ఎస్పీలను మార్చేసిన ఉదాహరణలు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ స్థాయిలో కలెక్టర్లు, ఎస్పీలుగా అంతా తమ విధేయులను నియమించారనే ఆరోపణలున్నాయి.
కోడ్ వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. అలాంటి అధికారులు దారి తప్పి వ్యవహరిస్తోంటే.. ఎన్నికల సంఘం వేటు వేస్తున్నది.అనేకమంది ఎస్పీలు, డీఐజీలు, కమిషనర్ ఇలా పలువురు బదిలీ అయ్యారు. ఎన్నికల ప్రచారపర్వంలో జరుగుతన్న అల్లర్లను అదుపుచేయడంలో, శాంతి భద్రతలు కాపాడడంలో పోలీసులు రాష్ట్రమంతా విపలమవుతున్నారనే ఆరోపణల నేపథ్యంలో డీజీపీ రాజేంద్రనాధ్ రెడ్డిని కూడా ఈసీ మార్చేసింది.
తన వీరభక్తుడైన వ్యక్తి డీజీపీ పదవిలో లేకపోయేసరికి జగన్ కు భయం పుట్టిందని పలువురు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. అందుకే ఆయన అసలు ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణ సక్రమంగా జరుగుతుందనే నమ్మకం లేదని వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారనే విమర్శలు వస్తున్నాయి. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉంటూ అన్ని పదవుల్లో విధేయుల్ని కూర్చోబెట్టిన వ్యక్తి, డీజీపీని మార్చగానే ఇలాంటి అల్లరి చేయడం ఆయనలోని ఓటమి భయం వల్లనేనని ప్రజలు అంటున్నారు.

PM Modi Slams Jagan’s Zero Development, Jet-Speed Corruption Agenda
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has alleged that development was at the top during AP Chandrababu Naidu’s rule, but it was derailed after the YSP government came in the state. Addressing a hugly attended public meeting held in Vemagiri of Rajahmundry, along with TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and state BJP president D. Purandeswari, he lamented that during last five years YCP has plunged the state into debt trap.
Stating that NDA alliance is bound to win wherever elections are being held in the country, Modi asserted that a new chapter will begin in Andhra Pradesh too after May 13 polling. Stating that NDA is the only guarantee of working for the good of the people, he assured that the NDA’s double engine government will complete all the works that were stopped during the Jagan government.
The Prime Minister said that if the Congress admits defeat before it wins, then YCP is being rejected by the people of Andhra state. He said he is confident that there would be a double engine government at the center and also in the state for the development of the state.
He accused that corruption ran at jet speed during the YCP regime and said there was zero development, 100% corruption. He said that the YCP government has plunged the state into debt. He praised that there are talented youth in AP and the world has recognized the power of the state’s youth in technology.
He criticized CM Jagan Mohan Reddy for delaying the implementation of central projects like Polavaram, though the center provided funds. Modi also alleged that Jagan shelved capital Amaravati, though the center is ready to give Rs 15,000 crore. He ridiculed Jagan’s three- capital formula, of which not a single capital materialized.
He mentioned that the leaders of the INDIA alliance, who are talking about ED, are pouring out heaps of money. He complained that even machines are unable to count the money of those leaders.
Prime Minister Modi has criticized that the development of Andhra Pradesh has gone wrong under this YCP regime and he practically looted the state and its resources.
TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh stated that Narendra Modi is Vishwajeet, Vishwajeet means conqueror of the universe. Since Modi came to power, he said it has been revealed that India is being kept as the leader in the world.
Lokesh recalled that the development of the state was started during the TDP regime. He said that Visakhapatnam was made an IT hub during the TDP regime and Chandrababu knows well how to provide employment to the youth. Lokesh said that the first victims of Jagan’s rule were the youth.

Kanakamedala Asks To Transfer Chief Secretary Also
After the Election Commission of India (ECI) shifting AP DGP Rajendranath Reddy responding to the complaints of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violations, TDP leader and former MP Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar demands that Chief Minister KS Jawahar Reddy also should be shifted immediately.

He said EC’s actions against some senior IAS and IPS officers is proof of how key officials colluded with the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh. So, he said the Chief Secretary also should be kept away from election-related duties.
Expressing concern over the death of some pensioners due to the state government’s negligence attitude, he alleged that those are all `government muders’ only and the chief secretary also should be held responsible.
He said that severe anger has been coming out from the state government employees against YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s regime of anarchy. Stating that their anger is reflecting in their choice of vote, he is hopeful over 95 per cent of them are voting for NDA candidates.
Ravindra Kumar appealed to IAS officers in the state to act impartially. He urged the ECI to clear some more pending complaints so as to ensure people to exercise their right to vote freely.
He recalled that when Chandrababu Naidu was the Chief Minister, the IAS officers had freedom and respect. He did not trouble the officers like Jagan. While several officers were arrested in cases related to Jagan, he said not a single officer is facing allegations because of Chandrababu Naidu.
He cautioned that IAS officers still who are colluding with the ruling party should be aware how some officers in the past roaming around the country for their hand in glove during YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s regime.
