‘Family Star’ Trailer – Love Wrapped In Familial Ties

Just a week before its theatrical release, the makers of Vijay Devarakonda’s upcoming film ‘Family Star’ unveiled the trailer today morning and it suggests that the film is nothing but a blend of family drama and romance with director Parasuram’s signature style of entertainment. 

Playing out at two and a half minutes, the trailer fleshes out the character dynamics of the lead pair and other important artists in the story. Vijay Devarakonda is a simple and practical man who leads a peaceful life with his family. Mrunal Thakur is a jovial and carefree girl who loves to spend time with people around her. When she falls for Vijay, the story takes a dramatic shift from its pleasant tone to seriousness. 

The initial portions of the trailer are funny and heartwarming with family episodes and chemistry between the lead pair. But, the latter half involves a lot of drama and emotion set in the backdrop of the USA. Despite the tonal shift, the entertainment continues to be the driving factor for the story. 

Parasuram’s forte lies in the way he designs the character arcs of the lead pair for his stories. Family Star seems to be no exception because he seemed to have once penned crowd-pleasing dynamics for both Vijay Devarakonda and Mrunal. He also penned impressive and appealing dialogues which is another asset for the film. 

Vijay Devarakonda charms as a family man and also a lover boy. His mannerisms and body language are quite amazing as he balances different moods superbly. Mrunal Thakur complements him to the fullest with her gorgeous screen presence and lovely performance as a girl-next-door. Their chemistry is going to be the USP for the film. 

Vennela Kishore is likely to augment the fun factor when the story shifts to the USA. Jagapathi Babu gets a meaty serious character in the film. 

Gopi Sundar renders a soothing background score that suits the setting of the trailer perfectly. The production values are very nice. 

Overall, the trailer of Family Star is a perfect mix of romance, drama and comedy with a familial set-up. It hits the right notes ahead of the film’s release on April 5th.

BJP former state president Somu Veerraju was given undue prominence by the BJP national leadership and also RSS heavy weights expecting that he would emerge as an able leader for strengthening the party after party veteran M Venkaiah Naidu left `active politics’ following his election as Vice President.

He succeeded in cultivating a favourable lobby for himself within the party and also among RSS leadership convincing that Venkaiah Naidu colluding with TDP wishfully weakened the party in the state. By making former Congress minister Kanna Lakshmi Narayana as state president and Somu Veerraju as his successor, RSS leadership expected that the entire Kapu community would back the party.

However, both these leaders miserably failed in meeting expectations and moreover further weakened the party, besides severe allegations of selling party positions and also party seats. The party secured the lowest vote share of less than 1 percent in 2019 polls. At this juncture, BJP national leadership realized the mistake committed by trusting leaders like Kanna Lakshmi Narayana and Somu Veerraju and suddenly they brought former union minister D Purandeswari to head the party.

By that time, Lakshmi Narayana shifted to TDP and Somu Veerraju and his supporters adopting `non-cooperative’ attitude tried their best to weaken Purandeswari leadership. Moreover, along with GVL Narasimha Rao and Vishnuvardhan Reddy, colluded with chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and tried all efforts till last minute to prevent BJP leadership from reaching into alliance with TDP.

Denial of Lok Sabha or Assembly seat to Veeraju and fielding Purandeswari from Rajamahendravaram, his native place, is sending a clear message to him that his days in the party are numbered. Only to accommodate him, BJP bargained for Vanaparthy assembly seat, as the Kapu population is in good number there. But the party leadership selected some other person.

BJP had earlier won twice from Rajamahendravaram Lok Sabha and if Purandeswari wins this time, she will practically dictate all BJP policies from here. Already the party was suffering with intense group rivalries, thanks to Veerraju’s arrogant leadership.

In 2014, though TDP allocated Rajamahendravaram seat to BJP, Veerraju feared to contest and BJP had won from here. But showing sympathy towards him, Chandrababu Naidu accommodated him as an MLC. But now, there is no scope to accommodate him in the government, even if Naidu returns to power. Even BJP central leadership is also indifferent towards him due to his failed leadership to the party.

Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who is keeping silent in recent time, on the controversies surrounding over the brutal killing of his uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy is now first time exposed himself indicating he is in `defensive. With the tireless efforts by Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Dr Suneetha Reddy and Jagan’s own sister YS Sharmila extending her moral support seeking justice in the case, naturally raising speciousness among people of Kadapa district.

More particularly, after Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and his father YS Bhaskar Reddy were named as key suspects in the case by the CBI, and they remain as strong supporters of YS Jagan in the district, the fingers are now focusing towards the chief minister.

While launching his election campaign through `Memanta Siddam’ bus yatra, from his native place Idupulapaya, Jagan again tried to accuse that `murderers of Vivekananda Reddy are with TDP’.  Many observers felt that these comments only reflected his frustration on possible results in the elections.

He alleged that everyone knows that who killed YS Viveka and who killed uncle Viveka should be in jail, but Chandrababu’s men are protecting them. Indirectly lamenting his sisters YS Sharmila and Dr Sunetha, he deplored that even his own people are hanging around the people who unfairly defeated his uncle in the MLC elections.

But he is silent that if Viveka’s killers are being protected by TDP, during five years in office what are his efforts to expose them? Why did the state police fail to move forward in his government and was forced to hand over the case to the CBI, with the Supreme Court’s intervention?

It may be recalled that in the 2019 elections murder of his uncle remained as a main issue to garner sympathy. But, after coming to power he hardly tried to push the police investigation into the case to a logical conclusion. No accused were arrested. Moreover, tried his best to dilute the case by frequently changing investigation officers.

It was Dr Suneetha, who approached the Supreme Court and succeeded in getting an order for a CBI probe into the case. Jaganmohan Reddy, who as an opposition leader, demanded a CBI probe into the case, firmly opposed as chief minister. His government practically adopted a non-cooperative approach towards CBI in carrying out their investigation.

False cases were foisted against CBI officers and they were prevented in Kurnool by mobs to arrest YS Avinash Reddy. He blatantly used his cloud with the Narendra Modi government to dilute the case.

The people of Andhra Pradesh have seen who has created many obstacles in preventing the investigation of the central agency from proceeding freely and how the accused are being protected by the people at key positions.

After Vivekananda Reddy’s murder, it is a well-known fact that the people who leaked that he died of a heart attack are now in key positions in the YCP government. Jagan also gave an MP ticket to a person who is believed to be accused in the murder case.

Tension prevailed in the Chengicherla area of Medchal district, after BJP workers led by party general secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar broke police barricades and tried to meet victims of an alleged attack by local slaughterhouse workers on Wednesday.

The slaughterhouse workers allegedly attacked tribal women and children during Holi festival for playing songs on a loudspeaker on Monday. Sanjay deplored that the police foisted `attempt to murder’ cases against the victims, leaving attackers scot free.

BJP workers, including women, gathered in large numbers at the basti where the tribal women were allegedly attacked and raised slogans against the government. The BJP workers clashed with police personnel and broke barricades.

Sanjay took serious objection to the police personnel putting up barricades in the area where the incident took place. A heated argument broke out between Sanjay and police officials and he demanded them to immediately remove the barricades.

He expressed his anger over the imposition of barricades by the police. Whether we are in the restricted area of Chengicharla in Pakistan or Bangladesh, shere all the victims are poor?, he asked. He deplored that while the victims are struggling for food, those also stop those who come to help them.

Since the BJP workers outnumbered the police personnel posted at the basti, they broke the barricades and barged into the colony. Sanjay interacted with the women who were injured in the incident and assured them help and protection.

Later speaking to the media, Sanjay demanded the government to take stringent action against the guilty. He accused the police of taking the side of the slaughterhouse management and of registering false cases against the poor tribal women.

According to him, the people of the ST community here have a tradition of worshiping the goddess with devotional songs on the Holi festival, but some Rohingyas and hooligans came here and threatened to stop the singing, and hundreds of anti-social forces attacked the houses of the victims with deadly weapons.

He said that many people were seriously injured in their attack, the victims did not go to the mosque or the area where the Rohingyas were, but they came to the victims and assaulted them indiscriminately, regardless of whether they were young or old. “The hooligans came to basti and attacked the women and children, hence cases should be booked against them, not the women,” he added.

BJP Fields Former Union Minister YS Chowdary From Vijayawada West

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday announced its candidates for the upcoming Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections. In the alliance with TDP and Jana Sena, the party got 10 assembly seats and announced its candidates for all seats.

The former union minister Y Srujana Choudary, who failed to get a chance to contest in the Lok Sabha elections, is now contesting in the assembly polls from Vijayawada West constituency. Similarly, BJP national secretary Sathya Kumar, who also unsuccessfully tried to contest in the Lok Sabha polls, is now contesting from Dharmavaram to the assembly.

BJP’s former legislature party leader Vishnukumar Raju and former minister Dr Kamineni Srinivasa Rao also again contested from their constituencies. Both of them won for the first time in 2014, when BJP was in alliance with BJP.

Former minister in Chandrababu Naidu cabinet, Adinarayana Reddy is also contesting from Jammalamadugu. In 2014, he had won as YSRCP MLA, but later defected into TDP and became minister in Naidu’s cabinet. After an unsuccessful contest in 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Kadapa, he joined BJP.

Meanwhile, some senior BJP leaders are expressing discontent for denying them seats, giving preference to `defectors’, whose loyalties to the party are suspicious. Former state president Somu Veerraju, Rajya Sabha member GVL Narasimha Rao and state vice president Vishnuvardhan Reddy, who failed to get party nomination were absent at the crucial party meetings held in Vijayawada.

Though both Congress and BJP have announced their candidates for all 17 Lok Sabha constituencies in Telangana, the ruling Congress is struggling hard in the selection process. Till now it announced candidates only for 13 constituencies in three phases and still to announce for the remaining 4 constituencies.

Intense internal bickering is said to be the main reason for delay in selection of candidates. In seats like Khammam, said to be a strong hold to Congress, also it is unable to arrive for a decision.

Congress circles are criticising that mostly the party fielding candidates from upper castes, ignoring the claims of backward classes, thus `social justice’ is completely bypassed. Moreover, turncoats and those who joined the party during the last one or two weeks are getting preferential treatment.

This apart, there is dissent among a few sections over the filling up of nominated posts. Amidst all these issues, the Congress is yet to announce candidates for the eight constituencies of Khammam, Karimnagar,  Warangal and Hyderabad.

Atleast three candidates, Sunitha Mahender Reddy (Medchal Malkajgiri), Danam Nagender (Secunderabad) and Ranjith Reddy (Chevella) were awarded party candidatures soon after their joining the party from BRS. Already, leaders within the Congress have raised objections over turncoats being given prominence in allotment of tickets.

A few have even questioned the rationale behind allotting more tickets to a few families within the party. After the MRPS and the Telangana Muslims Joint Action Committee openly criticized the Congress for favouring a few community leaders and for being biased towards others, the CPI state unit is also demanding the Congress to allot at least one seat under the alliance.

In this context, the Telangana Congress is struggling hard to strike a balance with all sections by nominating candidates from different communities. Among the 17 constituencies, three are reserved for SC, two for ST and the rest for General categories.

ED Money Laundering Case Against Kerala CM’s Daughter Veena

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday initiated an investigation into a money laundering case involving Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s daughter Veena Vijayan’s IT firm and the Cochin-based mining firm CMRL.

The case is already being probed by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO). The Kochi office of the ED has filed an ECIR in the case. The ECIR is similar to the FIR lodged by the police for cognizable offences.

This issue was first raised last year by Congress MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan on the basis of a media report, which quoted an Income Tax Department officer as saying that “CM Vijayan’s daughter Veena Vijayan’s IT firm Exalogic had received Rs 1.72 crore from the mining company CMRL, in which the KSIDC has around 13 per cent stake”.

The SFIO has completed one round of probe by visiting the offices of CMRL and KSIDC and has taken statements from officials of both these firms. When the SFIO began its probe, the KSIDC approached the Kerala High Court seeking a stay, which was disallowed.

Veena, whose IT firm was based in Bengaluru and now not in operation, approached the Karnataka High Court seeking a stay, but was also disallowed.The complainant in the case, Shaun George, claimed that the CBI should also launch a probe, considering the gravity of the case.

Earlier, SFIO had sent notices to Exalogic as per the Companies Act, asking the firm to submit transaction documents to its Chennai office. SFIO intensified the probe after the Karnataka High Court had last month quashed a petition filed by Exalogic Solutions against the agency’s probe.

The central agency found that more than 10 companies had considerable financial dealings with Veena’s firm during 2016-17. Exalogic and CMRL claimed that the money received by Exalogic through CMRL Managing Director S.N. Sasidharan Kartha’s account during the period was charged for IT-related services.

ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారులు అంటే ఖచ్చితంగా వారు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, ప్రభుత్వ సేవకులు మాత్రమే. అయితే ఎలాంటి చట్టబద్ధమైన నియమాలకు, పద్ధతులకు కూడా విలువ ఉండని ఏపీ రాజకీయాల్లో మాత్రం ఈ వైనం మనకు కనిపించదు. ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారులుగా లక్షలకు లక్షల వేతనాలు తీసుకుంటూ.. అన్ని రకాల ప్రభుత్వ సదుపాయాలను పొందుతూ.. ఇప్పుడు కీలకమైన ఎన్నికల సమయంలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి డైరక్టుగా ప్రచారం చేస్తున్న వారితీరు వివాదాస్పదం అవుతోంది. ఒక్కొక్క సలహాదారు మీద ఒక్కరొక్కరుగా ఎన్నికల ప్రధాన అధికారి ముకేశ్ కుమార్ మీనాకు ఫిర్యాదులు చేస్తున్నారు.


జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. సలహాదారులను విచ్చలవిడిగా నియమించుకున్నారు. హోదా పరమైన లాంఛనాలు, మర్యాదలు, ఖర్చులు కాకుండా.. నెలకు సుమారు రెండులక్షల రూపాయల వరకు వేతనాలు తీసుకునే ఈ సలహాదారులు నిజంగా ప్రభుత్వానికి ఏం సలహాలు ఇస్తూ వచ్చారో ఎవ్వరికీ తెలియదు.

అసలు సలహాదారులు అనే వ్యవస్థే హాస్యాస్పదం అయ్యేలాగా జగన్ దానిని మార్చేశారు. గతంలో సాక్షికి ఎడిటర్ గా చేసిన రామచంద్రమూర్తిని సలహాదారుగా నియమించుకుంటే.. అసలు ఈ పోస్టులో పనే లేదు. నాకీ పదవి వొద్దు. సలహాలు అడిగేవాళ్లూ, ఇస్తే తీసుకునేవాళ్లూ ఎవరూ లేరు అని ఆయన ఛీత్కరించి.. ఆ పదవిని వదలుకుని వెళ్లిపోయారు. తన తైనాతీలు, రాజకీయ పైరవీలు చేయడానికి ఉపయోగపడే వారినందరినీ జగన్ తీసుకువచ్చి.. వారికి సలహాదారులు అనే ఒక పదవిని కట్టబెట్టి.. ప్రభుత్వం సొమ్మును పంచిపెడుతున్నారనే విమర్శలు ఉన్నాయి.

ఇలా చాటుమాటుగా ఈ సలహాదారులు ఎన్ని రాజకీయ కార్యకలాపాలు చేసినా ఓకే. ఇప్పుడు ఎన్నికల కోడ్ కూడా అమల్లోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత.. ప్రభుత్వాధికారులు ఎవ్వరూ రాజకీయ కార్యకలాపాల్లో పాల్గొనకూడదు. అలా పాల్గొంటే వేటు పడుతోంది. అయినా సరే.. సలహాదారులు మాత్రం బరితెగించి అదే పనిచేస్తున్నారు.

సజ్జల రామక్రిష్ణారెడ్డిని ఆ పదవినుంచి తొలగించాలని, ఆయన వరుసగా పార్టీ నేతలతో సమావేశాలు పెట్టి.. రాజకీయ సమీక్షలు చేస్తున్నారని తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అచ్చెన్నాయుడు తదితరులు ఎన్నికల ప్రధాన అధికారికి ఫర్యాదు చేశారు. అదే తరహాలో ఆంధ్ర పెన్షనర్స్ పార్టీ వాళ్లు మరో సలహాదారుమీద ధ్వజమెత్తుతున్నారు.

ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమం చూడాల్సిన సలహాదారుగా చంద్రశేఖర రెడ్డిని జగన్ నియమించుకున్నారు. ఆయన ఆ సంగతి పట్టించుకోకపోగా, ఇప్పుడు రాజకీయాలు మాట్లాడుతున్నారంటూ పెన్షనర్స్ పార్టీ ఆరోపిస్తోంది. ప్రభుత్వ పదవిలో ఉండి పెన్షనర్లను మభ్యపెట్టి వైసీపీకి ఓటువేయించాలని చూస్తున్నారని ఇలాంటివారిని పదవినుంచి తొలగించాలని కోరుతున్నారు. ఇలాంటి రాజకీయ కార్యకలాపాల్లో ఫుల్లుగా నిమగ్నమై ఉన్న ఇతర సలహాదారులను కూడా కలిపి ఈసీ వేటు వేసేందుకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్టుగా తెలుస్తోంది.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రచారం సాగిస్తున్న తీరు.. హఠాత్తుగా వేరే గేర్ లోకి మారిపోయింది. ‘మేమంతా సిద్ధం’ పేరుతో బస్సుయాత్రలు నిర్వహిస్తున్న ప్రచార సభలకు ముందు- ఆ ప్రచార సభల తర్వాత పూర్తి వైవిధ్యంగా ఆయన ప్రసంగాలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. మొన్నటి దాకా జగన్ మాటలు మొత్తం కేవలం ఆరోపణల పర్వంగా మాత్రమే కనిపిస్తూ ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడు ఆయన ఆత్మరక్షణలో పడుతున్నారు. పెద్దగా అరుస్తున్నారు గానీ.. ఆ అరుపుల వెనుక బేలమాటలు కూడా దొర్లుతున్నాయి.

ఇడుపులపాయలో తండ్రికి నివాళులు అర్పించాక కడప జిల్లాలోనే జగన్ తన ఎన్నికల ప్రచారాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. ఏ కడప జిల్లాలో అయితే.. తన బాబాయి వివేకానందరెడ్డి హత్య వ్యవహారం ఈ ఎన్నికల మీద తీవ్రమైన ప్రభావం చూపించే అవకాశం ఉన్నదో ఆ జిల్లాలోనే ఆయన తొలిసభలు జరిగాయి. వివేకానందరెడ్డి హత్య కేసు జిల్లాలో ఎంత పెద్ద సంచలనంగా ఇంకా చర్చనీయాంశంగా ఉన్నదో జగన్ కు తెలుసు. వైఎస్ కుటుంబాన్ని ఎంతగానో అభిమానించే జిల్లా ప్రజలకు వివేకాహత్య ఒక పెద్ద షాక్ అని, అది వారిని బాధపెడుతోందని కూడా జగన్ కు తెలుసు. కానీ.. ఆ ఫ్యాక్టర్స్ ఏవీ పట్టించుకోకుండా.. హత్య వెనుక కీలక సూత్రధారిగా ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న అవినాష్ రెడ్డికి మళ్లీ టికెట్ కేటాయించారు జగన్. ఆయన వివేకా హంతకులను కాపాడుతున్నారంటూ తీవ్రమైన ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు.

ఇంత జరుగుతుండగా.. ఆయన మాత్రం తన రాజకీయ ప్రత్యర్థుల మీదికే నెట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుండడమే తమాషా. తనను ఓడించడానికి మూడు పార్టీలు జతకట్టాయని, అయినా సరే.. తనను ఓడించడం చేతకాదేమోనని భయపడి తన చెల్లెళ్లను కూడా తన మీదికి ఎగదోస్తున్నారని జగన్ ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. చెల్లెళ్ల ప్రస్తావన తేవడమే జగన్ లో భయానికి చిహ్నం అని పలువురు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.

జగన్ కు నిజాయితీ ఉంటే, స్వచ్ఛమైన రాజకీయాలే చేస్తూ ఉంటే.. ఆయన తన చెల్లెళ్లతో ప్రేమగా, ఆప్యాయంగా ఉండి ఉంటే, వారికి అన్యాయం చేయకుండా ఉంటే.. రాజకీయ ప్రత్యర్థులు ఎగదోసినంత మాత్రేన.. ఆయన చెల్లెళ్లు వారివైపు ఎందుకు మొగ్గుతారు? అనేది ప్రజల మదిలో మెదలుతున్న ప్రశ్న. ఎందుకంటే.. షర్మిల విషయం గమనించినప్పుడు ఆమె ఎన్నో ఏళ్లుగా జగన్ కు దూరమై, ఆయనకు వ్యతిరేకంగానే ఉన్నారు. ఇన్నాళ్లూ ఆమెను పట్టించుకోని జగన్.. ఏపీ ఎన్నికల్లోకి ఆమె కాంగ్రెస్ సారథిగా ఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చేసరికి అదేదో తెలుగుదేశం కుట్ర అన్నట్టుగా వారి మీదకు నెట్టేస్తున్నారు. సునీత సంగతి కూడా అంతే. తండ్రి వివేకా హత్య కేసును పరిష్కరించాల్సిందిగా, హంతకులను తేల్చాల్సిందిగా ఆమె జగన్ ను ఎంత వేడుకున్నా ఆయన పట్టించుకోలేదు. ఇప్పుడు షర్మిల అండ కూడా తీసుకుని కడపజిల్లాలోనే ఆమె తన ఎన్నికల అవకాశాలకు గండికొడుతుందేమోననే భయంతో మాట మారుస్తున్నారు. అందుకే చెల్లెళ్లను నీమీదకు ఎవ్వరూ ఎగదోయడం లేదు జగన్.. ఇప్పటికైనా వారితో ప్రేమగా వ్యవహరించి, వివేకా హత్య కేసును ఒక కొలిక్కి తీసుకువచ్చి హంతకులకు శిక్ష పడేలాచేస్తే వారు నీ జట్టులోనే ఉంటారు.. అని జిల్లా ప్రజలు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.

విజయమ్మ షర్మిల వెంట ఉంటున్నారా? లేదా?

ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిలో ‘షర్మిల ఫోబియా’ చాలా బలంగా ఉంది. తన పార్టీమీద, ప్రభుత్వం మీద, వ్యక్తిగతంగా తన మీద షర్మిల చేస్తున్న సూటి విమర్శలు, తనను ఎండగడుతున్న తీరు, వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి కూతురుగా, తనతో సమానంగా వైఎస్ అభిమానుల్లో ఆమెకు ఉండే ఆదరణ ఇవన్నీ కలిసి తన పార్టీకి ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో చేటు చేస్తున్నాయని ఆయన భయపడుతున్నట్టుగా ఉంది. అందుకే ఆయన వీలైనంత నష్టనివారణ చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నారు. వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి కేవలం తనకు మాత్రమే ఉన్నదని బిల్డప్ ఇవ్వడానికి జగన్ ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. కొన్నేళ్లుగా కన్నతల్లిని కూడా దూరం పెట్టిన జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి.. బుధవారం ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం ప్రారంభిస్తున్న సందర్భంగా ఆమెను ఇడుపులపాయకు పిలిపించి… తండ్రికి నివాళు ఇచ్చే చోట ఆమెను కూడా పక్కన ఉంచుకున్నారు. తద్వారా ‘వైఎస్సార్ అభిమాన ఫ్యాక్టర్’ పూర్తిగా తనకే దక్కాలని ఆయన కోరుకుంటున్నట్టుగా ఉంది.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విజయమ్మ, తనకుమార్తె షర్మిల వెంట, ఆమె రాజకీయ ప్రస్థానంలో  అండగా ఉండబోతున్నారా? లేదా? అనే సందేహం ఇప్పుడు పలువురిలో తలెత్తుతోంది. షర్మిల తెలంగాణలో సొంతంగా పార్టీ పెట్టుకుని, అక్కడ రాజకీయం చేయడం ప్రారంభించిన తర్వాత.. ఏపీలోని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పరిస్థితులు పూర్తిగా మారాయి.

విజయమ్మ ఆ పార్టీకి దూరంగా ఉండిపోయారు. కొన్నాళ్ల కిందట పార్టీ ప్లీనరీకి వచ్చిన ఆమె తొలి సభలోనే.. తనకు కుమారుడు కట్టబెట్టిన ‘వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ గౌరవాధ్యక్ష’ పదవికి రాజీనామా చేసి వెళ్లిపోయారు. ఇన్నాళ్లు కొడుకుకు అండగా ఉన్నానని, ఇప్పుడు కూతురు షర్మిలకు అండగా ఉండాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చిందని, ఇక ఆమె వెంటే రాజకీయంగా ఉంటానని విజయమ్మ పలుసందర్భాల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఇప్పుడు షర్మిల ఏపీ రాజకీయాల్లోకే వచ్చి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి పతనాన్ని శాసించే దిశగా చాలా చురుగ్గా కదులుతున్నారు. మరి ఇప్పుడు కూడా విజయమ్మ కూతురు వెంట రాజకీయ అండగా, పెద్దదిక్కుగా ఉండబోతున్నారా లేదా? అనేది ప్రశ్న! జగన్ ప్రచారం ప్రారంభం సమయంలో ఆమె కూడా కనిపించడంతో ఈ సందేహాలు ఇంకా పెరుగుతున్నాయి. అయితే జగన్ తల్లిని బలవంతంగా ఒప్పించి ఇడుపులపాయ తీసుకువచ్చారని కొందరు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. తొలిరోజు ప్రచార సభలో కూడా పాల్గొనాల్సిందిగా జగన్ తల్లిని కోరినప్పటికీ.. ఆమె ఒప్పుకోలేదని పలువురు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. అయితే.. షర్మిల విషయంలో ఆమె స్వయంగా ప్రచార సభల్లో కూడా కూతురు వెంట పాల్గొనే అవకాశం ఉన్నదని అంచనాలు సాగుతున్నాయి. జగన్ కుటుంబరాజకీయం ఇంకా ఎన్ని మలుపులు తిరుగుతుందో చూడాలి.
