రాష్ట్రంలో శాంతి భద్రతల పరిస్థితులు అదుపుతప్పాయన్నమాట వాస్తవం. ప్రజలు భయాందోళనలకు గురయ్యే పరిస్థితి. ఘర్షణలు చెలరేగుతున్న చాలా ప్రాంతాలలో ఇప్పటిదాకా దుకాణాలు తెరిచిన దాఖలాలు లేవు. ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితులలో రాజకీయ పార్టీలు కూడా సంయమనం పాటించాలి. కానీ మరో 20 రోజుల్లో అధికారికంగా ప్రకటితమయ్యే ఓటమిని సమర్ధించుకోవడానికి యిప్పటినుంచే సాకులు వెతుక్కుంటున్న వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ.. ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి బురద పులమాలని చూస్తున్నది. తాము చేయించుకున్న సర్వేలలో ఓటమి తప్పదనే సంకేతాలు అందుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆ పరాభవం తమ వైఫల్యం కాకుండా తమకు వ్యతిరేకంగా జరిగిన కుట్ర అని చాటి చెప్పడానికి వారు పక్కా ప్రణాళికను సిద్ధం చేసుకుంటున్నారు. అందులో భాగంగానే ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి తెలుగుదేశంతో అక్రమ సంబంధం అంటగట్టడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.
ఎన్నికల సమయంలో సాధారణంగా ఎన్నికల సంఘానివే సర్వాధికారాలు! ఏ పార్టీ అయినా సరే పాలక ప్రతిపక్షం అనే హోదాలతో నిమిత్తం లేకుండా.. ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి లోబడి ఉండాలి. అయితే ఓటమి భయం వెన్నాడుతున్న వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకులు.. ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి అక్రమ ఉద్దేశాలను ఆపాదిస్తున్నారు.
ఎన్నికల సంఘంతో కుమ్మక్కు అయ్యి తమ స్వార్ధ ప్రయోజనాలను నెరవేర్చుకోవడం కోసం మాత్రమే తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ప్రధాని మోడీని బతిమాలి బిజెపితో పొత్తు కుదుర్చుకున్నదని వైసీపీ నాయకులు అంటున్నారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి తరఫున ఆయన గళం తానే అయినట్లుగా ప్రెస్ మీట్ లలో పార్టీ విధానాలను ప్రకటించే సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి చేస్తున్న ఆరోపణ ఇది. ఇలాంటి ఆరోపణల ద్వారా.. ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘాన్ని కూడా ప్రభావితం చేస్తున్నారు అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు అని సజ్జల పరోక్షంగా నిందిస్తున్నారు.
ఆవు చేలో మేస్తే దూడ గట్టున మేస్తుందా అన్న సామెత చందంగా.. అధినేత మౌత్ పీస్ అయిన సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి ఏకంగా ప్రధాని మోదీ, కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి ముడిపెట్టి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తుంటే.. ఆ పార్టీ ఇతర నాయకులు తమ తమ నియోజకవర్గాల జిల్లాల పరిధిలో ఎన్నికల సంఘం నియమించిన అబ్జర్వర్ల మీద ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈసీ తరఫున అబ్జర్వర్లుగా వచ్చిన ఉన్నతాధికారులు తెలుగుదేశం సానుభూతిపరులతో కుమ్మక్కు అయి వ్యవహారం నడిపించారని చెబుతున్నారు.
ఏ రకంగా చూసినా సరే కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీకి మద్దతు ఇచ్చింది.. అని పదేపదే చెప్పి ప్రజలను నమ్మించడం ద్వారా రేపు తమ ఓటమి ఖరారు కాగానే అది కూడా ఎన్నికల సంఘం కుట్ర అని నింద వేయడానికి వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ వ్యూహాత్మకంగా ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది.

Tensions Continue In Palnadu, Bombs In YCP Leaders Houses
Tensions continue in Palnadu district even after three days of polling. Incidents like attacks, clashes, destruction of property and burning of vehicles continue. While police seized a large number of bombs in the houses of YCP leaders’ houses, they recovered a stone-laden vehicle in Macherla.
Ruling party leaders are resorting to indiscriminate attacks against those who voted against them. People panicked when they saw Macharla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy raiding Karampudi in broad daylight with hundreds of people. Gurazala MLA Kasu Mahesh Reddy and MP candidate Anilkumar Yadav went on a raid with hundreds of people to the village of Kotha Ganeshunipadu in Machavaram mandal.
The police force failed to conduct the polls peacefully by deploying forces on the polling day, and was also unable to prevent the subsequent incidents. Bombs created commotion in Pinnelli village of Machavaram mandal. Police found raw bombs and petrol bombs in the houses of YSRCP leaders of the village.
The police went to the village to investigate the post-election clashes and tried to arrest those responsible. YSRCP activists seem to have prepared these bombs for destruction on polling day.
The village of Pinnelli was the most problematic from the beginning. After YSRCP came to power in 2019, due to frequent attacks by YCP activists, TDP cadres left the village and went to Hyderabad and Guntur. Even the police could not protect them. TDP cadres returned to the village only recently after the police provided protection on the orders of the High Court.
Meanwhile, police caught a trolley auto full of stones and empty beer bottles near the house of MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy. It is learned that Pinnelli took the same vehicle on his raid in Karampudi along with his convoy and YCP leaders attacked the TDP workers. The fear of the people of the villages under Macherla constituency has not gone away till now.
On the other hand, police restrictions are continuing with the imposition of Section 144 in Macherla area of the district. The police marched through the main roads of the town. Police have put up barricades in Macherla town and are checking vehicles.
SC Angry Over Illegal Sand Mining In AP
The Supreme Court expressed its anger over the illegal sand mining in AP. The Apex Court was furious with the AP government for carrying out illegal sand mining without even heeding the orders of the Supreme Court. It has directed the AP government to set up a special committee to stop illegal sand mining.
The Supreme Court ordered that Collectors and senior police officers should also be appointed in the committee. It issued orders to visit the illegal sand reaches within four days and take appropriate measures to stop them. The Court has also ordered to set up special cells for redressal of complaints in each district.
“Large scale publicity should be given to ban illegal sand mining. Toll free numbers and e-mail ids should also be set up for complaints. If anyone violates their orders, they will take legal action. The officers of the committee should identify themselves as officers appointed by the Supreme Court and perform their duties. Take criminal action against the violators,” the Supreme Court has issued orders.
The Union Department of Environment and Forests in its interim report has confirmed that illegal sand mining is going on indiscriminately in AP. Siddhartha Luthra, the lawyer representing the defendant, brought it to the attention of the Supreme Court that there was illegal transportation of sand to the extent of Rs. 10,000 crore.
Defendant Danda Nagendra Kumar has placed before the Supreme Court today, along with photos and proofs of the illegal sand mining going on by the AP government. The hearing was held before a bench headed by Justice Abhay Oka.
Last week, the Supreme Court issued orders to immediately send teams of officials to the field level to immediately stop illegal sand mining. The Supreme Court rejected the affidavit filed by the AP government that it would take action on the complaints about sand irregularities.
The Supreme Bench said that they know that all the actions of the AP government are limited to papers. It ordered the AP government to submit an affidavit regarding the steps taken by the Supreme Court to stop illegal sand mining.

Local Police Officers’ Covert Operations Ignited Violence In Palnadu!
The large scale violence that spread in Palnadu district on the polling day and also in post- polling period is mainly said to be due to covert operations by some local CIs and SIs, who colluded with YCP MLAs and provided information to them on the movement of opposition leaders and special police forces movements.
Higher police authorities, who are going in depth into local police covert operations, said to be surprised at the nasty role they played to spread violence, and to terrorise TDP activists.
On the polling day in Macherla constituency, it was found that some CIs and SIs followed instructions of YCP MLA brothers, then their higher officials. On the day of polling, an SI working at the border police station of Macherla Constituency, in a pro-TDP village, provoked YCP workers and sent TDP agents out.
In another village, when an SI tried to prevent YCP agents who were throwing out the TDP agents, the CI called him immediately and stopped from interfering. The CI was silent when the Pinnelli brothers were moving in dozens of vehicles. Moreover, he is suspected of providing information about the movement of their opponents to them, so as to attack them.
An SI under the Karampudi circle informed the Pinnelli brothers about the activities of the opposition leaders and the movements of the police personnel on the polling day. The role of the said SI was also found in the incidents of Tuesday in Karampudi.
It was found that due to CI’s covert operations the forces did not reach the place even after an hour of the attack on Brahma Reddy in Rentachintala Mandal. YCP mob vandalized the car of Telugu Desam MP candidate Lau Srikrishna Devaraya, who went to check the polling pattern in Dondapadu of Narasaraopet mandal, allegedly prior information on his movement was provided by SI to YCP goons.
It was also alleged that SI helped YCP goons for pelting stones on Narasaraopet TDP candidate dr Chadalawada Arvind Babu. The SI is said to be loyal to YCP MLA G Srinivasa Reddy, who had posted him here.
Moreover, a CI who colluded with the ruling party at Narasaraopet district headquarters contributed for igniting tensions by taking his own decisions without informing higher authorities on problematic issues.

BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who had led an aggressive poll campaign against Congress government in the state, has swung into `war- path’ on `anti- farmer’ policies of the Congress government soon after completion of polling. Though three major parties in Telangana claim to win more than half of Lok Sabha seats KCR seems to be preparing ground for a long-run battle against the government.
Rao has called for State-wide protests on Thursday against the anti-farmer decisions of the Congress government in Telangana. The call for protest comes amidst growing discontent among farmers who feel deceived by the government’s recent decisions.
During the election campaign also he mainly focused on `betroyl of farmers’ by the Revanth Reddy government. He expressed outrage over the State government’s decision to provide Rs.500 bonus per quintal only for fine rice.
He lashed out at the State government for taking a U-turn on its promise to provide the bonus to all farmers after the Lok Sabha elections and betraying the farmers’ trust. He blamed that the Congress government cheated farmers on all accounts without giving them Rythu Bandhu or Rythu Bharosa and all other benefits promised before the elections.
He pointed out that nearly 90 per cent farmers in Telangana cultivate coarse rice during the Yasangi season. He expressed his anger at the government’s disregard for this crucial aspect and said the Congress was exploiting farmers for political gain.
“The Congress government’s sudden change in stance after the elections reveals its true intentions. They misled farmers for their political benefit without fulfilling their promises. If the same announcement was made before the elections, farmers would have taught the Congress a fitting lesson,” he added.
In response to the government’s actions, the BRS chief asked the party cadre to mobilise and join the protests in support of farmers. He asked BRS leaders to visit harvesting and storage points as well as procurement centres on a daily basis to safeguard the farmers’ interests.
TDP Complains Governor On Rayalaseema, Palnadu Violence
Leaders of TDP and its alliance partners complained to the Governor Abdul Nazir at Raj Bhavan about the incidents of post-poll violence in Palnadu and Rayalaseema. The leaders disclosed that they have brought to the notice of the Governor that the police have acted inefficiently in preventing violent incidents.
They said that the Governor was shocked to see the incidents of violence when they handed over all the video evidence on the pen drive to the governor. The leaders said that it was a shame for the government that ECI issued summons to the Chief Secretary and DGP over the violence.
They expressed anger that the ruling party resorted to instigating this kind of violence predicting their defeat is certain. Telugu Desam leaders Varla Ramaiah, Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Kollu Ravindra, BJP leader Lanka Dinakar and Jana Sena leader Chillapalli Srinivas met Governor Abdul Nazir.
TDP leader Varla Ramaiah alleged that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, after realizing his defeat, attempted to create anarchy at the polling stations on the polling day. He said that they explained to the governor on the violent incident that took place after the polling, along with the evidence.
He said they presented videos showing how police colluded with the YCP leaders. As the Election Commission also realized the indiscriminate violence in the state, he said both the Chief Secretary and DGP were summoned to Delhi.
Meanwhile, the ECI is said to be furious against four SPs in the state, where post-poll violence incidents were reported. It has already indicated that it will take action against them. They are Tirupati, Anantapur, Nandyal and Palnadu SPs. Already, ECI authorities from Delhi have reportedly given some indications to DGP in this regard.
