Chandrababu’s one-month Regime Marks Several key Decisions

The first one month of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s governance, after the NDA alliance won the elections, marks several key decisions and important initiatives. He took charge on July 12th and soon after he signed on five crucial files honoring his election promises.

The files include Mega DSC to recruit 16,347 teacher posts, abolition of Land Titling Act, increase of pensions and revival of Anna Canteens. It has revived the spirit of Amaravati capital, which was pushed to cold storage by the previous regime and initiated several steps for restoration of construction activity here. First, the government took up cleaning the bushes.  Preliminary discussions were held with the World Bank officials to renew the loan proposal to develop the capital city.

He also focused on another important task of completing Polavaram project. His first official visit after taking charge was to Polavaram and started preparations for speedy clearance of various hurdles involved in it. Global experts from USA and Canada visited the project and provided their suggestions for resolving hardships.

On the other hand, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is conducting reviews on all the key departments. He started releasing white papers on key issues so that people should be aware of the destruction caused by the YS Jaganmohan Reddy regime and also challenges being faced by his government. The first white paper was on Polavaram, followed by Amaravati and Power Crisis.  The next white paper on state finances will be released soon. Free sand policy started into implementation.

During his first official visit to New Delhi, he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, besides over 10 ministers and key officials like NITI Aayog Vice Chairman. He held discussions with them mentioning the support required by his government to recover from the mess created by the previous regime.

He is said to be presented with a requirement of over Rs 1 lakh crore worth financial support from the center in phases. Discussions were held with various industrialists as well as large central government bodies such as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).

The issue of setting up a petrol refinery unit with an investment of 60,000 crores was discussed at length. Discussions were also held with automobile company Winfast. Some more companies have started making efforts to invest in the state.

While focusing on the problems of the state on the one hand, Chandrababu focused on the problems of bifurcation on the other hand. As part of this, he held a meeting with Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy. Both of them agreed to form two key committees, one with chief secretaries and another with ministers to resolve bifurcation issues.

Indian 2 Takes A Moderate opening At Box-office

Kamal Haasan’s long delayed sequel Indian 2, a follow-up to the 1996 iconic vigilante thriller Indian ( Bharateeyudu), finally made it to the screens this Friday amid decent expectations because of the heady combination. Unfortunately, the film opened to mixed reports from early premieres and ended the day on a disappointing note with moderate box office numbers. 

As per trade reports, Indian 2 grossed close to 55 Crores worldwide on the first day. While the domestic gross from all languages sums up to 29.60 Crores, the overseas territories added another 25 Crores to take the overall collections past the 50 Crore mark. Indian 2 fell short of Kamal’s last solo release Vikram which notched up 66 Crores on its opening day. 

In Tamilnadu, Indian 2 managed to gross only 13 crores on the first day and disappointed the trade circles because the openings are not on par to that of the expectations for a Shankar Shanmugam film. In Telugu States, the sequel collected 9.5 Crores. In Karnataka, the first day gross is 3.45 Crores and in Kerala it is 2.3 Crores. 

The biggest shock to trade circles is the lukewarm response in North India. Indian 2 collected a abysmal gross of 1.6 Crores from all territories. 

In North America, the film grossed more than $ 1 million on the first day including premieres. The remaining territories in overseas added decent numbers. 

Overall, Indian 2 took a below-par start given the hype for Shankar – Kamal Haasan combination and also because it is a sequel to a blockbuster film. The reviews and word of mouth are not so encouraging. So, it needs a miraculous turn around during the weekend for the film to sustain in the coming few days.

The the three-member panel constituted by the AICC under the leadership of senior party leader PJ Kurien to look into reason for party’s debacle in Lok Sabha elections in Telangana has abruptly concluded its Hyderabad visit. The Panel that reached the city on a three-day visit, concluded on the second day itself.

While PJ Kurian left for Kerala on Friday morning, the other two members spent the evening till 4 o’clock asking the opinions of MLAs and DCC presidents of the constituency. It is known that the defeated MP candidates who appeared before the committee and the winning MPs wrote the same script and said that they lost because the BRS vote bank went to the BJP.

The panel members said to be surprised with this uniform script. They wondered whether they all decided to say something before meeting them?

Rikabul Hasan, a member of the Kurian Committee, told the media that they will present their report to the authorities on the 21st of this month. The state leaders poured salt on PCC president and CM Revanth Reddy saying that the selection of candidates was not done properly so that they did not win the majority of MP seats despite being in power.

They alleged that leaders from other parties were included in the party before the elections and weak candidates were selected so that BJP candidates could win in four places. But all those who appeared before the committee did not mention any of these reasons. Are they afraid of the state leadership?

However, Ibrahimpatnam MLA Malreddy Rangareddy told the media that the reason why Congress candidates did not win in the Lok Sabha seats of Chevella, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad and Secunderabad in the joint Rangareddy and Hyderabad districts was because these districts were not represented in the cabinet.

Feroze Khan, who contested as Nampally MLA and lost, gave a different argument, saying that due to the poor alliance of the Congress party with the MIM in the parliamentary elections, the Hindu voters turned towards the BJP.

He complained that this was the reason for the defeat of Congress candidates in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Malkajgiri, Chevella, Medak, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar and Nizamabad seats. Feroze Khan is also known to have said that on the suggestion of MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, the Congress party fielded a dummy candidate in the Hyderabad seat, and if he had been given a ticket from there, he would have definitely won.

ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఐదేళ్లపాటు పరిపాలన సాగించారు. కానీ ఎన్నడైనా సరే రోడ్డు పక్కన ఆగి ప్రజల నుంచి వెనకే పత్రాల స్వీకరించిన సన్నివేశాన్ని ఎవరైనా చూశారా? అసలు రోడ్డుమీద జగన్ ప్రయాణిస్తూ ఉండగా ఆయనను దర్శించుకునే భాగ్యమైనా ప్రజలకు కలిగిందా? జగన్ ఎప్పుడు ఏ ఊరిలో కార్యక్రమానికి హాజరైనా సరే, ఆయన ప్రయాణించే రోడ్లకు రెండు వైపులా గుంజలు పాతి, పరదాలు కట్టేసి, చెట్లను నరికేసి దుకాణాలను మూయించి నానా బీభత్సం సృష్టించి.. దొరవారిని అధికారులు తీసుకువెళ్లేవారు. ప్రజలు అందరూ తనకు శత్రువులు అన్నట్టుగా వారికి దూరంగా మెలగడమే తన జీవితం అన్నట్లుగా పరిపాలన హయాంలో జగన్ తీరు కనిపించింది. అప్పుడప్పుడు ప్రజలతో ఇంటరాక్ట్ అయ్యే కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించేవారు. అవి పూర్తిగా ఎంపిక చేసిన వ్యక్తులను మాత్రమే అనుమతించే కార్యక్రమాలు. ఐప్యాక్ దళాలు తీసుకువచ్చిన వారిని, ముందే శిక్షణ పొందిన వారిని ఆ సమావేశాలలో కూర్చోబెట్టి.. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిని కీర్తించడానికి పరిమితం చేసేవారు తప్ప, వాస్తవంగా ప్రజల సమస్యలను స్వయంగా తెలుసుకునే ఏ కార్యక్రమమూ ఐదేళ్ల పరిపాలన కాలంలో జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి చేయలేదు. అందుకే ఇవాళ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తీరును గమనించిన వారు గత ఐదేళ్లలో ఇలాంటి దృశ్యాన్ని ఒక్కసారైనా చూసామా అని ఆశ్చర్యపోతున్నారు.

ఉండవల్లి నుంచి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కాన్వాయ్ బయలుదేరిన తర్వాత రోడ్డు పక్కగా ఆగి ఉన్న ప్రజలు గొంతే పిలవగానే చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కాన్వాయ్ ను ఆపు చేయించారు. కారు దిగి అక్కడ నిల్చుని ఉన్నవారి నుంచి వినతి పత్రాలను స్వీకరించారు. వారికి ధైర్యం చెప్పారు. స్వయంగా సీఎం తమను చూసి కారు ఆపి దిగి వినతి పత్రాలు స్వీకరించడం మాత్రమే కాకుండా, భరోసా ఇవ్వడంతో వారు సంతోషం వ్యక్తం చేయడం గమనార్హం! ఇలా రోడ్డు పక్కన వేచి ఉన్న వారిలో అరకులోయ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే శివేరి సోమ భార్య ఇచ్ఛావతి కూడా ఉన్నారు. తెలుగుదేశం ఎమ్మెల్యే శివేరి సోమను గతంలో నక్సలైట్లు కాల్చి చంపారు. తమ కుటుంబాన్ని ఆదుకోవాలని తమ కుమారుడి విద్యాభ్యాసానికి ప్రభుత్వం సాయం చేయాలని ఆమె కోరారు. సోమ కొడుకు చదువు బాధ్యత పూర్తిగా తాము తీసుకుంటామని చంద్రబాబు వారికి హామీ ఇచ్చి ధైర్యం చెప్పి పంపారు.

ఇలా అసలు రోడ్డు పక్కన ప్రజలు నాయకుడి కోసం వేచి ఉంటే వారిని చూసి.. వాహన శ్రేణిని ఆపి, వారి నుంచి వినతి పత్రాలు స్వీకరించి, ధైర్యం చెప్పే అలవాటు గత ఐదేళ్లలో జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి మాత్రమే కాదు- ఏ మంత్రి అయినా చేశారా అనేది ఇప్పుడు ప్రజలలో చర్చనీయాంశంగా ఉంది. కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ కూడా ఇదే తరహాలో రోడ్డు పక్కన తనకోసం నిల్చుని ఉన్న వారి నుంచి కాన్వాయ్ ఆపి వినతి పత్రాల స్వీకరించిన సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు కూడా అదే పని చేస్తున్నారు. వీరు నిజంగా ప్రజల కోసం పనిచేసే నాయకులుగా గుర్తింపు తెచ్చుకుంటున్నారని, జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అరాచక పాలన వలన ప్రజలు వీరిని మరింతగా ఆదరిస్తున్నారని విశ్లేషకులు భావిస్తున్నారు.

‘నా ఎస్సీ, నా బీసీ, నా మైనారిటీ..’ అంటూ బహిరంగ వేదికల మీద గొంతు చించుకుని అరుస్తూ ఉండే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి.. ఎప్పుడైనా ‘నా మత్స్యకార సోదరులు..’ అంటూ అరిచారో లేదో పాత వీడియోలు చూస్తే తెలుస్తుంది. ఏ రోటికాడ ఆ  పాట పాడే.. ఏ ఇంటికాడ వారిని తమ్ముళ్లుగా చెప్పుకునే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి మత్స్యకార ప్రాబల్యం ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో అలాంటి పడికట్టు డైలాగులు అనే ఉంటారు. కానీ వాస్తవంలో మత్స్యకారుల పొట్టకొట్టేలా.. చేపలు పట్టుకునే వారి హక్కులను కొల్లగొట్టి, బడాబాబులు కార్పొరేట్ వ్యాపారుల పరం చేసేలా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి సర్కారు గతంలో కుట్ర పూరితంగా తెచ్చిన రెండు జీవోలను మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు రద్దు చేశారు. శుక్రవారం నాడు మంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన అచ్చెన్న.. జగన్ సర్కారు తెచ్చిన 144, 217 జీవోలను రద్దు చేస్తున్నట్లుగా ప్రకటించారు. ఆ రకంగా రాష్ట్రంలోని మత్స్యకారులకు తీపి మిఠాయి లాంటి శుభవార్త చెప్పారు.

గతంలో జనసేనాని పవన్ కల్యాణ్ ఈ జీవోలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పెద్ద పోరాటమే చేశారు. నరసాపురంలో సభ నిర్వహించి.. జీవోనెం.217 ప్రతులను ఆయన చించిపారేశారు. మత్స్యకారుల పొట్టకొట్టేందుకే జగన్ అవి తీసుకువచ్చారని విమర్శించారు. ఆ జీవో ప్రకారం.. మత్స్యకారులు పెద్దపెద్ద చేపల చెరువుల్లో చేపలు పట్టే అధికారం కోల్పోతారు. ఆ హక్కును ప్రభుత్వం వేలం వేసేస్తుంది. బడా వ్యాపారులు చొరబడి గద్దల్లా తన్నుకు పోతారన్నమాట.

కేవలం తీర ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉండే చిన్న చేపల చెరువులు మాత్రమే మత్స్యకారులకు దక్కుతాయి. 100 హెక్టార్లకంటె పెద్ద చేపల చెరువులన్నీ బడా వ్యాపారుల పరం అవుతాయి. అయితే ఆయా వర్గాల నుంచి ఎన్ని నిరసనలు వెల్లువెత్తినప్పటికీ.. ఈ జీవో వల్ల వారికి లాభమే తప్ప నష్టం లేదంటూ ప్రభుత్వం బుకాయిస్తూ వచ్చింది. నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలో పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా 27 రిజర్వాయర్లను వేలం వేసి.. మత్స్యకారుల పొట్ట కొట్టారు. ఎన్ని పోరాటాలు జరిగినా వృథా అయ్యాయి.

చివరికి తెలుగుదేశం అధికారంలోకి రాగానే.. ఆ శాఖ మంత్రిగా అచ్చెన్నాయుడు బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన వెంటనే.. మత్స్యకారుల జీవితాలను నాశనంచేసే ఆ రెండు జీవోలను రద్దు చేసేయడం పట్ల హర్షాతిరేకాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి.

అధికారం తమ చేతిలో ఉంటే ఆ పార్టీ నాయకులంతా రకరకాల దళారీ అవతారాలు ఎత్తి ఇటు ప్రజలను, అటు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, ఆదాయం దండిగా ఉండే అన్ని రకాల వ్యవస్థలను కూడా దోచుకోవడం చేస్తుంటారు. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన అయిదేళ్లలో మూడుసార్లు తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానాల ధర్మకర్తల మండలి నియామకాలు జరిగాయి. వైవీసుబ్బారెడ్డి రెండుసార్లు, భూమన కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి ఒకసారి ఛైర్మన్ లు అయి తమ దందాలు కొనసాగించారు. ఇప్పుడు వెలుగులోకి వస్తున్న వివరాల ప్రకారం.. వీరు తమ తైనాతీలతో దళారీ పనులు చేయించడం మాత్రమే కాదు.. వీవీఐపీలను కూడా దళారీలుగా తయారుచేసే సరికొత్త నిర్ణయాలను అమల్లోకి తీసుకువచ్చారు.

తిరుమల స్వామివారి సేవలో ఉదయాస్తమాన సేవ అనేది అన్నింటికంటె అత్యంత విలువైన సేవగా గుర్తింపు ఉన్నది. ఈ సేవ టికెట్ ధర  మామూలు రోజుల్లో అయితే రూ.కోటి, శుక్రవారాల్లో రూ.కోటిన్నర! ఈ సేవ టికెట్ తీసుకున్న వారు.. 25 ఏళ్లపాటు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం తాము కోరుకున్న ఒక రోజున తిరుమలేశునికి ఉదయం నుంచి రాత్రి వరకు జరిగే అన్ని ఆర్జిత సేవలలోనూ పాల్గొనవచ్చు. ఒక టికెట్ మీద వారు ముందుగానే ఆన్ లైన్ లో పేర్కొన్న అయిదుగురిని అనుమతిస్తారు. ఆ అయిదుగురు మాత్రమే అన్ని సేవల్లోనూ 25 ఏళ్లపాటు పాల్గొనడానికి అధికారం ఉంటుంది. ఇలాంటి ఉదయాస్తమాన సేవ టికెట్లను జగన్ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో.. ఏకంగా 531 ఆన్ లైన్ లో విడుదల చేస్తే హాట్ కేకుల్లా అమ్ముడుపోయాయి. ఈ డిమాండును గమనించి.. అప్పటి బోర్డు గతంలో బుక్ చేసుకుని.. 25 ఏళ్ల కాలం వాడుకోకుండా చనిపోయిన గడువు ముగిసిన వారి టికెట్లను కూడా ఆఫ్ లైన్ లో ఎలాంటి ప్రకటన లేకుండా రూ.కోటిన్నర వంతున అమ్మేసింది.

ఇదంతా ఒక ఎత్తు అయితే టీటీడీలో భూమన పాలన మొదలయ్యాక ఇంకో దుర్మార్గం జరిగింది. ఈ ఉదయాస్తమాన సేవ టికెట్ తీసుకున్న వాళ్లు నిబంధనల ప్రకారం.. ముందుగా ఆన్ లైన్ లో పేర్కొన్న అయిదుగురు మాత్రమే అన్ని సేవలకు హాజరు కావాలి. అలాకాకుండా.. ఉదయం నుంచి రాత్రి వరకు జరిగే వివిధ రకాల సేవలకు వేర్వేరు వ్యక్తులనుల వెంట తీసుకుని వెళ్లేలా నిబంధనలు మార్చారు. ఉదయం నుంచి సాయంత్రం దాకా ఆరు సేవలు ఉంటాయనుకుంటే..  ఒక టికెట్ మీద 30 మంది సేవల్లో పాల్గొనే అవకాశం వస్తుందన్నమాట. కొన్నిసేవలకు చాలా డిమాండ్ ఉంటుంది. ఒకసారి కోటిరూపాయల టికెట్ కొన్నవారు.. ఒక్కోసేవకు వేర్వేరు వ్యక్తులను తీసుకెళ్తూ వారినుంచి లక్షల్లో మారు బేరానికి ఆ అవకాశాన్ని అమ్ముకునే దళారి తనానికి టీటీడీ శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది. ఇలా వీవీఐపీలను కూడా దళారీలుగా మార్చే వ్యవస్థ వచ్చింది. దీనిపై ఇప్పుడు కూలంకషంగా విచారణ జరిపి నియమాలు మార్చాలని పలువురు కోరుకుంటున్నారు.

Center May Not Ignore After Bihar’s Call For Special Category Status

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has reiterated the State’s long-standing demand to be granted the special category status by the Centre, a move that would increase the amount of tax revenues that the State gets from the Centre.

The demand for special category status right now is significant because Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP government depends on the crucial support from TDP and JDU for its survival. With the General Elections throwing up a fractured mandate, it will be difficult for the center to ignore concerns of AP and Bihar.

As a result, their past demands for special category status for Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, respectively, are back in focus. The TDP won 16 seats, and the JDU 12. They are both part of the BJP-led NDA.  Notably, the Bihar Cabinet had passed a resolution late last year demanding special category status to the State.

As Bihar is going to assembly polls early next year, special category status is likely to be a contentious issue there.  Soon after the General Election results started coming in on June 4, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said his party would guarantee special status to Andhra Pradesh, as was promised by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, if it came to power.

However, the Narendra Modi government has been arguing that special category status was a closed chapter as the Fourteenth Finance Commission removed the concept of special category status from states. However, experts point out that the definition of a special category status may not have to be changed as there is no Planning Commission that used to decide on the Plan expenditure. As a result, it is now turning into a political issue.

The demand by Bihar and Andhra Pradesh for special category status is not new, and has been raised as far back as 2005 by Nitish Kumar when he was first sworn in as Chief Minister of Bihar, which has been a backward and poor state. He reiterated this demand last year in November when he released the caste census.

Naidu too has been campaigning for special category status after the AP Reorganization Act promised for it. On this issue only he had left from the NDA in 2018. A recent demand by Odisha for a similar dispensation was not taken up by the Centre.

As a strategy as of now Chandrababu Naidu is not  raising the issue of special category status and mainly focusing on getting liberal financial assistance from the center. However, when Bihar is insisting on it. But the Center may not ignore AP claims also.

ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఒక్క చాన్స్ అడిగిపుచ్చుకున్న జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఆ పదవిలో అయిదేళ్ల పాటు ఉన్నప్పటికీ.. ప్రజలకు ఇబ్బందులు కలగకుండా పరిపాలన సాగించడం అనేది ఆయనకు చేతకాలేదు. జగన్ పాలనలో రాష్ట్రంలో రోడ్లన్నీ ఎంతటి దీనస్థితిలో ఉన్నాయో ప్రజలందరికీ తెలుసు. ఆయా రోడ్ల మీద ప్రయాణించే ప్రజలు ప్రతిరోజూ జగన్ ను తిట్టుకుంటూ జీవితాలు సాగించారు. రోడ్ల మీద ఎలాంటి గోతులు ఉండేవంటే.. పొరబాటుగా ఆ రోడ్డులోకి ఎంటరైనా వాహనం గోతిలో పడితే.. ఇక లేచే అవకాశం కూడా లేనంత పెద్ద గోతులుండేవి. జగన్ పట్టించుకోలేదు. కేవలం సంక్షేమం ముసుగులో డబ్బు పంచి ఓటు బ్యాంకు నిర్మాణం ఒక్కటే తన లక్ష్యం అనుకున్నారు.

జగన్ ఎలాంటి అభివృద్ధి పాలన అనేది చేతకాకుండా పోయిందో.. అదే కోణంలో చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తన పరిపాలన సమర్థతను నిరూపించుకుంటున్నారు. ఆర్ అండ్ బీ అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించిన చంద్రబాబునాయుడు.. కొత్త రోడ్ల ప్రతిపాదనలను ప్రస్తుతానికి పక్కన పెట్టి.. పాత రోడ్ల మరమ్మతులను తక్షణం పూర్తిచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. మొత్తం 7087 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర రాష్ట్రంలో రోడ్లకు మరమ్మతులు జరగనున్నాయి.
రోడ్ల గోతులను పూడ్చి మరమ్మతులు చేయించడంలో సరికొత్త టెక్నాలజీలను కూడా వినియోగించాలని చంద్రబాబు ఆదేశించడం విశేషం. రోడ్ల  మరమ్ముతుల కోసం ఆన నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో కేవలం ఆర్ అండ్ బీ అధికారులు మాత్రమే కాదు.. సెంట్రల్ రోడ్ రీసెర్చి ఇన్స్ టిట్యూట్, తిరుపతి ఐఐటీ, ఎసఆర్ఎం యూనివర్సిటీల ప్రతినిధులు, రోడ్ల గురించి తెలిసిన నిపుణులైన ఇంజినీర్లు ఉండడాన్ని మనం గమనించాలి. ఇది చంద్రబాబు శ్రద్ధను ప్రతిబింబిస్తుంది. కొత్త టెక్నాలజీతో తక్కువ ఖర్చుతో ఎక్కువకాలం మన్నే మరమ్మతులను చేపట్టడం గురించి వీరంతా వివిధ రకాలసూచనలు చేశారు.

కొత్త టెక్నాలజీతో మరమ్మతులను పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా కొన్ని చోట్ల చేసి చూడాలని చంద్రబాబు సూచించారు. రాష్ట్రం మొత్తం రోడ్ల మరమ్మతులు పూర్తయిన తర్వాతే.. కొత్తరోడ్ల విస్తరణపై దృష్టిపెట్టాలని చంద్రబాబు అన్నారు. అలాగే రాష్ట్ర రోడ్లలో రద్దీ ఎక్కువ ఉన్నవాటిని ఎంపిక చేసి బిల్డ్, ఆపరేట్, ట్రాన్స్‌ఫర్ (బీఓటీ) పద్ధతిలో వాటిని అభివృద్ధి చేయడం గురించి కూడా నివేదిక చేయాలని చంద్రబాబు ఆదేశించడం విశేషం. మొత్తానికి జగన్ కు చేతకాని రోడ్ల మరమ్మతు అనేది చంద్రబాబు చేసి చూపుతున్నారు. ప్రజల ప్రయాణాల కష్టాలు త్వరలోనే తీరనున్నాయి.

తాను అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి అందరూ పురుగుల్లా కనిపించారు. మనుషుల్లా కనిపించలేదు. తను తలచుకుంటే ఆ పరుగుల్ని నలిపేయగలనని ఆయన అనుకున్నారు. తనను వ్యతిరేకించిన వారిని, తన మీద విమర్శలు చేసిన వారిని.. సీఐడీ ఇతర వ్యవస్థలను వాడుకుని ఏ రకంగా వేధించారో అందరికీ తెలుసు. సోషల్ మీడియాలో.. అమరావతి గురించి తమ ఆవేదనను వ్యక్తం చేసినందుకు కూడా.. 60 ఏళ్లు దాటిన వృద్ధ మహిళ లని కూడా చూడకుండా విచారణ పేరుతో వేధించిన జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి పాపాలు ఒక్కటొక్కటిగా బయటకు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు ఉండి ఎమ్మెల్యే రఘురామ క్రిష్ణ రాజు ఏకంగా జగన్ మీద హత్యాయత్నం కేసు పెట్టారు. జగన్ తో పాటు అప్పటి సీఐడీ చీఫ్ సునీల్ కుమార్, ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్ పీఎస్ఆర్  ఆంజనేయులు మీద కూడా కేసులు పెట్టారు. మరికొందరు అధికారుల పేర్లు కూడా ఈ కేసులో ఉన్నాయి.

జగన్ దుర్మార్గపు పాలన సాగుతున్న రోజుల్లో రఘురామ , వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకే చెందిన ఎంపీగా ఉన్నారు. ఆయన మీద పార్టీ వ్యతిరేక కార్యకలాపాల ఫిర్యాదు చేసి అనర్హత వేటు వేయించాలని జగన్ అండ్ కో ఎంత ప్రయత్నించినా.. అందుకు ఆధారాలు చూపించలేకపోయారు. రఘురామ వైసీపీ పార్టీని కీర్తిస్తూనే.. జగన్ ప్రభుత్వ లోపాలను విమర్శిస్తుండేవారు. ఆగ్రహించిన జగన్ దళాలు ఆయన మీద ఏకంగా రాజద్రోహం కేసు నమోదుచేయించాయి.
హైదరాబాదులోని ఇంట్లో నన్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని, ట్రాన్సిట్ వారంట్ కూడా లేకుండా, వైద్య పరీక్షలు చేయించకుండా గుంటూరు సీఐడీ ఆఫీుకు తరలించారని.. అక్కడ రబ్బరు బెల్టు, లాఠీలతో తీవ్రంగా కొట్టారని, బైపాస్ సర్జరీ చేయించుకున్న తాను మందులు వేసుకోడానికి కూడా అనుమతించలేదని రఘురామ ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. కొందరు వ్యక్తులు నా ఛాతీపై కూరక్చుని ఊపిరాడనివ్వకుండా తనన చంపేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారని ఆయన అన్నారు. సీఐడీ చీఫ్ సునీల్ కు మార్ చంపేస్తానని బెదిరించారని.. ఇదంతా జగన్ చెప్పడం వల్లనే జరిగిందని అంటూ.. వారి మీద హత్యాయత్నం కేసు పెట్టారు.

రఘురామ ఫిర్యాదుపై న్యాయసలహాల తర్వాత పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. అయితే.. ఇప్పుడు జగన్ పరిస్థితి ఇరకాటంలో పడింది. ఇప్పటిదాకా ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ఆర్థిక నేరాల వైట్ కాలర్  కేసులు మాత్రమేకాదు.. ఇప్పుడు క్రిమినల్ విచారణ కూడా  ఎదుర్కోవాలి. ఈ కేసుల్లో ఆయన అరెస్టు రిమాండు త్వరలోనే ఉంటుందని పలువురు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.
