 Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Announces Upcoming DSC

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has delivered encouraging news for the unemployed, announcing that another District Selection Committee (DSC) notification will be released soon.

Addressing the media, Vikramarka revealed, “We have already issued a notification for the recruitment of 11,000 teacher posts. Additionally, another 5,000 to 6,000 positions will be filled through the forthcoming DSC.”

He assured the public that Telangana’s government is committed to addressing unemployment. “When we assumed office, we discovered 16,000 vacant teacher positions. We responded promptly by announcing the DSC to fill these roles,” he stated.

Vikramarka emphasized that this upcoming DSC will not be the last, hinting at more to come. “Our goal is to provide employment opportunities swiftly,” he concluded.

అధికారం ఉన్నది కదా అని అడ్డగోలుగా చెలరేగిపోయిన పాపానికి.. తిరుపతి మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే భూమన కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి, ఆయన కొడుకు ఓడిపోయిన అభ్యర్థి భూమన అభినయ్ రెడ్డి ఇద్దరూ ఇప్పుడు భయం గుప్పిట్లో గడుపుతున్నారు. గత ఐదేళ్లలో తండ్రీకొడుకులు తిరుపతి ఎంఎల్ఏ, డిప్యూటీ మేయర్ గా పదవులు అనుభవించారు. తండ్రి చివరి దశలో టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ కూడా వెలగబెట్టారు. ఆయా పదవుల ముసుగులో పాల్పడిన అవినీతి, అరాచక వ్యవహారాలపై ఇప్పటి ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారిస్తే తమ పాపం పడుతుందని వారు భయపడుతున్నారు.

కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి ఎంఎల్ఏ గా ఉండగా తిరుపతిలో ప్రభుత్వ స్థలం ఖాళీగా కనిపిస్తే చాలు కబ్జా చేసేసారని ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. సజ్జల రామకృష్ణ రెడ్డి, చెవిరెడ్డి భాస్కర రెడ్డి తో కలిసి అన్ని ఖాళీ స్థలాలు దిగమింగారు. ఇదంతా ఒక ఎత్తు అయితే, కొడుకు డిప్యూటీ మేయర్ అయిన తరువాత.. తండ్రి కొడుకులు ఇద్దరూ కలిసి తాము కబ్జా చేసిన అన్ని స్థలాలకు రోడ్లు వేయించుకున్నారు. తిరుపతి నగరంలో రోడ్లు దారుణంగా ఉండగా.. కబ్జా స్థలాలకు మాత్రం పక్కా రోడ్లు వేయించుకున్నారు.

టీడీఆర్ బండ్ల రూపంలో తిరుపతిలో జరిగిన వందల కోట్ల అవినీతి వెనుక ఈ తండ్రీ కొడుకుల పాత్ర ఉందనేది స్థానికంగా వినిపిస్తున్న మాట.

కొడుకును ఎంఎల్ఏ గా పోటీ చేయించాలని డిసైడ్ అయిన తర్వాత, భూమన కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ పదవి తీసుకున్నారు. ఆ పదవిలో చేసిన అక్రమాలన్నీ ఇప్పుడు తెరపైకి వస్తున్నాయి. ఉదయాస్తమాన సేవల టికెట్ల విక్రయాలు మాత్రమే కాకుండా.. భూమన నిర్ణయాలు అనేకం వివాదాస్పదం అవుతున్నాయి.

మొత్తానికి తండ్రీ కొడుకులు ఇద్దరూ ఇప్పుడు ఏ క్షణాన తమమీద ఎలాంటి కేసులు నమోదు అవుతాయో అనే భయం గుప్పిట్లో బతుకుతున్నారు.

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి పార్టీ  తరఫున గెలిచి, ఆయన అరాచక పోకడలకు విసిగి, ఆయన ప్రభుత్వం మీద ఐదేళ్లపాటు పోరాడిన నాయకుడు.. కలిదిండి రఘురామ కృష్ణంరాజు! నరసాపురం ఎంపీగా పెద్ద పదవిలో ఉన్నప్పటికీ కూడా.. రఘురామను జగన్ సర్కార్ టార్గెట్ చేసింది. వారం వారం రచ్చబండ లైవ్ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా రఘురామ , జగన్ ప్రభుత్వ అరాచక విధానాలను, దుర్మార్గపు నిర్ణయాలను ఉతికి ఆరేసేవారు.

ఆయన నిజాలు మాట్లాడడం సహించలేని జగన్ సర్కారు కక్ష పెంచుకుంది. ఆయన మీద రకరకాల కేసులు బనాయించింది. ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం పెట్టిన కేసులు ఇస్తున్న సంకేతాలు ప్రకారం.. ప్రభుత్వం పోలీసు, సిఐడి వ్యవస్థల ద్వారా రఘురామను చంపించడానికే ప్రయత్నించింది.

 హైదరాబాదు తన నివాసంలో ఉన్న రఘురామను చాలా అరాచకంగా అరెస్టు చేసి సిఐడి పోలీసులు తీసుకు వెళ్లారు. ఆ రాత్రంతా తీవ్రంగా హింసించారు. మొహాలకి మాస్కులు ధరించి, లాఠీలతో తీవ్రంగా కొట్టారు. ఛాతీపై పోలీసులు కూర్చుని, ఊపిరి ఆడనివ్వకుండా చేసి చంపడానికి ప్రయత్నించారని కూడా రఘురామ ఆరోపించారు. అప్పట్లో పలు విడతలుగా ఆయన న్యాయపోరాటం చేశారు గానీ.. ఏదీ ఒక కొలిక్కి రాలేదు.

ఈ ఎన్నికల సమయానికి రఘురామ నరసాపురం ఎంపీ టికెట్ ఆశించినా పొత్తుల్లో బిజెపికి పోవడంతో నిరాశ తప్పలేదు. జగన్ దుర్మార్గాల మీద అలుపెరగని పోరాటాలు సాగించిన రఘురామకు.. న్యాయం చేసే ఉద్దేశంతో చంద్రబాబు ఉండి ఎంఎల్ఏ టికెట్ ఇచ్చారు. రఘురామ తాను అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకరు కావాలని కలగన్నారు.

రకరకాల సమీకరణాల వల్ల అవేమీ ఫలించలేదు. జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం తనను చంపడానికి ప్రయత్నించింది అంటూ ఇప్పుడు సిఐడి కేస్ పెట్టారు. అప్పటి సిఐడి చీఫ్, ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్, గుంటూరు జీజీహెచ్ సూపర్నెంటు అందరిమీదా కేసు పెట్టారు. ఆయన మీద జరిగిన హత్య యత్నానికి సంబంధించి ఇప్పటికైనా న్యాయం జరుగుతుందా లేదా అని ప్రజలు అనుకుంటున్నారు.

Without Fans I am Zero : Prabhas on ‘Kalki’ Success

The roaring box-office success of Kalki 2898AD has left Prabhas and his team in high spirits. The film punched out more than 1000 Crores gross worldwide and emerged as one of the biggest hits of all time ever in the history of Indian cinema. As the team gears up for the much anticipated part 2 of this magnum opus futuristic action spectacle, Prabhas has left a sweet note to his fans for making the film a massive hit. 

In the small video released by the team, Prabhas said ” My fans I thank you so much for giving me a huge hit. Without you I am Zero”. He praised director Nag Ashwin to the sky for his big ambition and hard work for five years. He also appreciated the producers for making such a huge film with top-notch technical values and larger-than-life canvas. He thanked Ashwini Dutt and his daughters for giving a highest quality film without compromising on the budget. 

Prabhas also expressed his gratitude towards stalwart actors Amithabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan by saying that they all grown up watching their films. He called Deepika Padukone the most gorgeous lady. He concluded saying that the part two is much bigger. 

Kalki 2898AD is a dystopian science fiction thriller inspired by towering characters in the epic Mahabharata. Prabhas played Bhairava who turns Karna and Amithabh Bachchan appeared as Ashwathama. 

The filming for second part will resume very soon and the team has already wrapped up 60 % work. It is expected to hit the screens in 2025.

BRS leaders seem to be worrying over growing clout of the AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at the Center after TDP emerged as the key partner of BJP-led NDA. Naidu’s cloud was reflected with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nod for a Rs 60,000 crore petrochem hub and the BPCL refinery, one of the promises in the 13th Schedule of the AP Reorganisation Act.

Unable to digest Naidu’s pro-active initiative soon after becoming chief minister of the state for the fourth time, BRS has protested over it. Labering it as a continued discrimination towards Telangana, BRS former MP B Vinod Kumar alleged that Modi was bowing down to pressure by Naidu on account of the TDP’s support to the NDA.

He demanded that eight BJP MPs from the Stateshould spell out their stance. Moreover, he ridiculed that the net contribution of the eight BJP MPs to the development of the State was insignificant so far.

He wanted the BJP MPS from the State to spell out their stand on the Bayyaram steel plant and Kazipet coach factory for which the BRS was fighting for long. He accused that the Modi government had also deprived Telangana of the ITIR.

Though 23 new districts came into existence newly as part of the reorganisation revenue system, not even a single Navodaya Vidyalaya was given to the State, he said. He asked why the Modi government had failed to consider the bifurcation commitments given to Telangana.

Referring to BJP’s two union ministers from Telangana, Vinod Kumar said that he wanted to know from them what role they would play on their part to ensure Telangana its due share in the upcoming budget.

With regard to BRS MLAs switching to the ruling party undermining the mandate given by the electorate, VInod Kumar cautioned that  the defections engineered by the Congress leadership would prove to be counterproductive for the Congress only.

By taking the BRS MLAs into its fold, he said that the Congress party had upset the priorities for which the people had voted. However, he asserted that BRS that survived many turbulence during its long eventful history and would overcome the setback.

Key Accused In Tamil Nadu BSP Chief Murder, killed In police Encounter

One of the 11 accused in the murder of BSP Tamil Nadu chief K Armstrong was shot dead in Chennai on Sunday. The key accused was in police custody. The accused – K Thiruvengadam – was killed when he attempted to assault police personnel and flee from custody.

When Thiruvengadam was taken by sleuths to a location in north Chennai as part of an investigation to unearth weapons concealed in a spot, he managed to escape and hid in a shed inside a vegetable market and when the police team reached there, he fired at the police team with his country-made gun and was killed by the police in retaliatory action. 

Though he was taken to a hospital, doctors declared him dead. Thiruvengadam, in his thirties,  is a history sheeter. A couple of days ago, a court  had granted police five-day custody of the accused persons.

However, AIADMK general secretary and Leader of Opposition Edappadi K. Palaniswami condemned the encounter death and said the police version of the events looked suspicious. He questioned whether the police failed to take adequate security measures before taking a murder accused to his possible hideout.

Meanwhile, the police released CCTV visuals of Armstrong’s murder, aiming to dispel rumours that those arrested were not the actual suspects. 

The video shows the accused men approaching Armstrong dressed as food delivery personnel. The video shows the accused, all clad in red t-shirts, arriving at a spot, a construction site, separately before jointly attacking Armstrong. The BSP leader who was overseeing the construction work was fatally stabbed, after which the accused men fled in the two-wheelers.

Earlier, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Tuesday called on Porkodi, wife of Armstrong and assured her that the perpetrators of the crime would be brought to justice. Stalin conveyed his condolences and sympathies to Porkodi and the other family members of Armstrong and assured them that all those involved in the ghastly murder would be punished according to the law.

After his daughter K Kavitha, who is now lodged in Tihar Jail as accused of Delhi Liquor policy case, finding it difficult to come out of bail even after four months, BRS chief and former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is said to be in dilemma on the issue of `surrendering’ to the BJP leadership.

Sources said that KCR’s son and BRS executive president K T Rama Rao,and nephew and former minister T Harish Rao, who were in Delhi earlier this week, came to meet BJP leaders to explore the chances for an arrangement for Kavita’s release.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has been accusing that BRS surrendered to BJP in recent Lok Sabha elections facilitating winning of their candidates in several constituencies, which led Congress winning confined to 8 seats, an equal number of seats won by BJP.

It may be recalled that Revanth Reddy had successfully led the Congress to gain absolute majority in last year’s assembly elections by convincing people that both BRS and BJP are  in collusion, that’s why Kavitha was not arrested in Liquor Scam.

This helped Congress to hijack anti- establishment votes, pushing BJP to third place.

That’s why, it is believed Kavita was arrested ahead of Lok Sabha polls to give a clear signal to voters that BJP has no commitment with the BRS. Only to please BJP leadership, KCR mostly confined his Lok Sabha campaign against Congress, hardly mentioned BJP.

At a time several of its MLAs are migrating to Congress, KCR finding it difficult to politically fought against BJP government at the center against arrest of his daughter. Even opposition parties at the center are also not trusting him.

Moreover, Revanth Reddy, who is known to bear a deep grudge against KCR and his family, has initiated probes into alleged irregularities in a number of projects under the previous BRS government, apart from into phone tapping charges. Both KTR and Harish Rao said to be of the opinion it would be suicidal if the party want to fight with both Revanth Reddy and also BJP government at the Center at a time.

KTR has reportedly favouring for a truce with the BJP top leadership which would give some moral support in facing tirade from Revanth.  As part of truce, it is learnt that he is proposing to `offer’ four of its Rajya Sabha members for BJP.

Though BJP-led NDA is now having a simple majority in the Rajya Sabha, it need more support at critical junctures. That’s why, sources indicating bringing pressure on BRS leadership let four of its Rajya Sabha members may merge with BJP.

However, a section of BRS leadership is cautioning that  the party should not make any hasty moves out of “fear of revenge politics from Revanth Reddy”. The leader added that the Chief Minister would be wary after what had happened in Andhra Pradesh, where YSRCP leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s  move as CM of arresting his rival N Chandrababu Naidu of the TDP had boomeranged, with the TDP sweeping the Assembly polls that followed. “Revanth is unlikely to repeat the mistake,”  they felt.

After Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s first official visit to Northern Andhra, the shelved Visakha Metro Rail project regained prominence. Naidu committed to developing Visakha as the financial capital of the state and announced that the Port City would soon get its metro. Although he proposed this project during his previous term, the YS Jagan regime put it on hold.

As per the instructions of the Chief Minister, the officials will make some changes in the previous designs regarding this project. The authorities will link the metro designs to the flyovers that the National Highways Authority will construct.

To this extent, officials are drawing up a plan to move ahead in coordination with NHAI. There is a possibility to make some changes in the comprehensive project report regarding the metro.

During the review of North Andhra projects, Chandrababu conveyed his priority to AP Metrorail Corporation MD UJM Rao  to take the metro works forward. NHAI has already prepared proposals for the construction of flyovers at many places in the city to control traffic congestion.

He expressed the opinion that problems may arise if they build the bridges for the metro after constructing them. Demolishing the existing ones and building new ones leads to financial loss and brings problems.

In this context, the CM stated in the review that constructions should, in principle, serve both NHAI and the Metro. At present, NHAI has prepared a DPR to construct 12 flyovers in Visakhapatnam.

The YSRCP government severely neglected the Visakha Metro Rail Project. They did no work except for shifting the office from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam. The then TDP government held a pre-bid meeting in 2017 itself. In 2018, Essel Infra Consortium filed a financial bid after 5 qualified construction companies showed interest.

The whole process came to a standstill due to the aftermath of the election during the project’s completion. After the YSRCP government came into power in 2019, they canceled the DPR and the previously called tenders, undertaking a new one instead.
