Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor is set to make her Telugu cinema debut with Jr. NTR’s ‘Devara’, scheduled for worldwide grand release on September 27. She will also feature in Ram Charan’s ‘RC 16’, helmed by Buchi Babu Sana. Despite her debut Telugu film yet to be released, she is already receiving numerous offers.

Fueling the excitement, recent rumors suggest that Janhvi will share the screen with Natural Star Nani for his upcoming film. Reports indicate that the Bawaal actress has signed her third Telugu film with Nani, helmed by Srikanth Odela and tentatively titled ‘Nani 33’.

While an official confirmation has not yet been made by the filmmakers, if these rumors hold true, this will mark her third cinema in Telugu, following the collaboration with Jr. NTR and Ram Charan.

Speaking more about ‘Nani 33’, the film will be directed by Srikanth Odela, who earlier made the blockbuster film ‘Dasara’ with Nani. The film marks the second collaboration between the director and Nani. Sudhakar Cherukuri, who also produced ‘Dasara’, will be backing this film.

Earlier, upon completing one year since the action-packed release of ‘Dasara’, Nani and Srikanth Odela revealed about this upcoming project with a new poster. Nani appears in a rugged avatar, with a cigarette in his mouth, in a red-hued announcement poster, indicating the actor’s strong presence and promising intense action in the film.Slated for a release in 2025, further details about the cast and technical crew have not yet been revealed but are expected to be announced soon.

All eyes on budget after Naidu’s Delhi visit

n less than two weeks, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu went to Delhi twice to have deliberations with the top brass of the central government. During his first visit, Naidu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all his key cabinet ministers to seek financial assistance and other promises for the state. He revealed that his visit was fruitful and expressed confidence that the centre is keen on providing all support to the state. 

In his second visit on Tuesday, Naidu along with Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav and TDP cabinet ministers met Home Minster Amit Shah and discussed about the financial situation of the state. Naidu has reportedly put forward a request for alloting adequate funds in the upcoming budget. He asked Shah to look into the clauses in the AP Reorganization Act which led to the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana and requested the centre to consider the interests of the state in this year’s budget. 

Besides seeking financial assistance, Naidu discussed about other crucial aspects relating to the state. He exhorted Shah to grant funds for Polavaram project and Amaravati capital which will have a key role in developing the state. He also brought to Shah’s notice the current situation of National Highways and asked to take steps to have better connectivity of the state with new highway roads. 

Other issues like Vizag Railway Zone, establishment of industrial corridors and creation of employment opportunities for the state came up for discussion during this crucial meeting ahead of the budget sessions. 

After this high-profile meeting, Naidu stated that he discussed with Amit Shah on how the state was pushed into financial crisis during the last five years by explaining about the white papers released on key sectors in the last few days. Naidu blamed the previous government for pushing the state into a irreversible debt trap with its negligence and poor governance. 

As TDP is a key coalition partner of the centre also with Naidu’s assurances after his two visits to Delhi, all eyes are now on the first budget sessions that will commence next week. What special packages and how financial assistance will the central government announce during this budget will be eagerly observed by the entire state. 

Modi’s government will need to extend ample support to Andhra Pradesh if Naidu’s freebies and promises in the manifesto are to be realised in the next five years. So, this budget is going to be very crucial for the state government to fulfill its ambitions.

ఏపీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మరోసారి ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లారు. అయితే ఈ పర్యటన ఎంతో కీలకమైనది. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించి ముఖ్యమైనది^ అని పలువురు భావిస్తున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే ఈనెల 23వ తేదీన పార్లమెంటులో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం బడ్జెట్ ప్రవేశ పెట్టబోతున్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి ఉదారంగా సాయం అందించాలని.. రాష్ట్రం సర్వతోముఖ అభివృద్ధి పథంలో పయనించడానికి, ఆర్థికంగా తన కాళ్ళ మీద నిలబడడానికి తగిన విధంగా తోడ్పాటు ఇవ్వాలని చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కేంద్రంలోని పెద్దలను కోరుతున్నారు. మంగళవారం నాడు ఢిల్లీ వెళ్లగానే కేంద్ర హోమ్ శాఖ మంత్రి అమిత్ షా తో ఆయన నివాసంలో చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు సమావేశం అయ్యారు. అమరావతి పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టుల నిర్మాణానికి కేంద్రం ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ చూపేలా బడ్జెట్ లో నిధులు విడుదల చేయాలని ఆయన కోరినట్లుగా సమాచారం. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ధ్వంసమైన రహదారులను బాగు చేసేందుకు నిధులు కావాలని అలాగే అమరావతి రాజధానిని జాతీయ రహదారులతో అనుసంధానించడంతోపాటు రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాలకు మెరుగైన రవాణా సౌకర్యాలు అందించేందుకు జాతీయ రహదారుల ప్రాజెక్టులను కేటాయించాలని కూడా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కేంద్రాన్ని కోరుతున్నారు. విశాఖ రైల్వే జోన్ విషయంలో కూడా ఈ బడ్జెట్ లోనే గణనీయమైన ముందడుగు పడేలాగా ఆయన విన్నవిస్తున్నారు.

అమరావతి ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు కు చంద్రబాబు ఆల్రెడీ కేంద్రంనుంచి గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ అందుకున్నారు. దీనిని పూర్తిగా కేంద్రమే నిర్మించేలా ఆల్రెడీ ప్రకటన వచ్చింది. అయితే ఈ బడ్జెట్ లోనే దానికి కూడా నిధులు కేటాయించాలని చంద్రబాబు కోరుతున్నారు. అదే జరిగి, ఈ ఏడాదిలో.. అవుటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణానికి సంబంధించిన సన్నాహాలు, పనులు మొదలైతే చాలు… అమరావతి నగర నిర్మాణం మహా జోరందుకుంటుందని అంతా అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. 

కేంద్రంలో అధికారంలో ఉన్న ఎన్డీఏ కూటమిలో రెండో అతిపెద్ద పార్టీగా ఉన్న తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత.. కేంద్రాన్ని మెడలు వంచి రాష్ట్రానికి కావలసిన ప్రయోజనాలు నెరవేర్చుకు వస్తా అని దుందుడుకు ధోరణిని ప్రదర్శించడం లేదు. ఢిల్లీ పెద్దలతో సత్సంబంధాలు కొనసాగించడం ద్వారా మాత్రమే.. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి బాటలు వేయాలని అనుకుంటున్నారు. తెలుగుదేశం కంటే తక్కువ మంది లోక్ సభ ఎంపీలను కలిగి ఉన్న బీహార్లోని జెడియు, కేంద్రాన్ని బెదిరించే ధోరణిలో మాట్లాడుతూ ఉండగా.. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మాత్రం చాలా సానుకూల ఆశావహ దృక్పథంతో కేంద్రం నుంచి నిధులు తీసుకువచ్చి రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధిని తీర్చిదిద్దాలని ప్లాన్ చేస్తున్నారు. బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాల నాటికి గతంతో పోలిస్తే ఏ కొంత ఎక్కువగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు కేటాయింపులు పెరిగినా.. అది కేవలం చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు అనుసరిస్తున్న లౌక్య రాజనీతి ద్వారా మాత్రమే సాధ్యమైనట్లుగా భావించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

ఆయన వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తరఫున టికెట్ దక్కించుకొని మొదటిసారి ఎమ్మెల్యే ఎన్నికలలో పోటీ చేసినప్పటికీ ఘనవిజయం సాధించారు. గెలిచిన 11 మందిలో- ఐదువేల కంటె లోపు మెజారిటీతో చాలామంది ఉన్నప్పటికీ.. ఆ రాజుగారు ఏకంగా 19 వేల పైచిలుకు మెజారిటీతో గెలుపొందారు.

అయినా సరే ఎమ్మెల్యే పదవి ఆయనకు స్వల్పకాలిక భాగ్యంగా మారుతుందేమో అనే భయం వెన్నాడుతోంది. ఆయన మీద అనర్హత వేటు వేయాలంటూ ఓడిపోయిన అభ్యర్థి న్యాయపోరాటం ప్రారంభించడంతో ఆయనలో గుబులు మొదలైంది. ఆయన మరెవరో కాదు  ఎమ్మెల్యే మత్స్యరాస విశ్వేశ్వర రాజు. ఉత్తరాంధ్రలో వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి ప్రజలు దయపెట్టిన రెండు సీట్లలో ఒకటైన పాడేరు ఎమ్మెల్యే.

చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మరో అభ్యర్థిని ఎంపిక చేసినప్పటికీ, చివరి దాకా టికెట్ కోసం పోరాడి దక్కించుకున్న తెలుగుదేశం అభ్యర్థి గిడ్డి ఈశ్వరి పాడేరు ఎన్నికల్లో ఓడిపోయారు. అయితే నెల రోజుల తర్వాత మత్స్యరాస విశ్వేశ్వర రాజు విజయం  మీద ఆమె హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ వేశారు. గతంలో ఎస్టీ కమిషన్ సభ్యుడిగా ఉంటూ లక్షల రూపాయల వేతనం తీసుకున్న సంగతిని విశ్వేశ్వర రాజు ఎన్నికల నామినేషన్ సమర్పించిన అఫిడవిట్ లో పేర్కొనలేదని.. ఆ రకంగా ప్రభుత్వాన్ని మోసం చేశారని గిడ్డి ఈశ్వరి ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు.

ఇదే నిజమైతే.. తప్పించుకోవడం అంత సులువు కాదు. ఎందుకంటే ఆమె ఇతరత్రా అంశాల మీద ఆరోపణ చేయలేదు. ఆయన ఎస్టీ కాదు, ఆయన ఎస్టీ అనే తప్పుడు ధృవపత్రాలు పెట్టారు.. లాంటి ఆరోపణలు చేసి ఉంటే.. నిజా నిజాలు తేలడానికి చాలా కాలం పట్టేది. అలాకాకుండా చాలా స్పష్టంగా ఎస్టీ కమిషన్ సభ్యుడిగా ఉండగా లక్షల రూపాయలు వేతనాలు తీసుకున్న వైనం మాత్రమే ఆమె ప్రస్తావించారు. ఆ వివరాలు ఇవ్వకుండా ప్రభుత్వాన్ని మోసం చేశారని ఆరోపించారు. ఇలాంటిది చిటికెలో తేలిపోయే వ్యవహారం.

న్యాయస్థానంలో విచారణ సాగవలసి ఉంది. మత్స్యరాస విశ్వేశ్వర రాజు చేసిన తప్పును కోర్టు ఎలా పరిగణిస్తుందో తేలవలసి ఉంది. ఆయనను అనర్హుడిగా ప్రకటించి ఆస్థానంలో తాను గెలిచినట్లుగా ప్రకటించాలని గిడ్డి ఈశ్వరి హైకోర్టును కోరుతున్నారు. మరి ఓడినా సరే శాసనసభలోకి ఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వాలని అనుకుంటున్న గిడ్డి ఆశలు నెరవేరుతాయో లేదో వేచి చూడాలి.

ఈనెల 22 నుంచి ఏపీ శాసనసభ బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాల కోసం కొలువు తీరనుంది. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి సర్వనాశనం చేసేసి వెళ్లిన రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితిని అర్థం చేసుకోవడానికే కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానికి ఇప్పటిదాకా సమయం చాలడం లేదు. ఒక్కరో రంగాన్ని అధ్యయనం చేస్తూ శ్వేతపత్రాలు విడుదల చేస్తూ, వాస్తవాలు ఏమిటో ప్రజలకు తెలియజెప్పడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.

ఇలాంటి నేపథ్యంలో పూర్తి స్థాయి బడ్జెట్ కాకుండా.. ఓటాన్ అకౌంట్ బడ్జెట్ నే కొనసాగించాలని స్తూ ఆర్డినెన్స్ తేవాలని అనుకుంటున్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. మరో నాలుగునెలలో ఇదేకొనసాగిస్తే.. వివిధ శాఖల ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి తెలిసిన తర్వాత.. సెప్టెంబరులో పూర్తి స్థాయి బడ్జెట్ ప్రవేశ పెట్టవచ్చునని అనుకుంటున్నారు. మొత్తానికి 22నుంచి శాసనసభ బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలు జరగబోతున్నాయి.

అయితే ఈలోగానే వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులు తమ తొందరపాటును దాచుకోలేకపోతున్నారు. ఏదో ఒకటి చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం మీద నింద వేస్తే తప్ప తమకు నిద్ర పట్టదన్నట్టుగా వారి వైఖరి ఉంటోంది. అందుకే.. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి నెలరోజులు గడుస్తున్నా ఇంకా బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలు పెట్టలేదని.. ఆయన సమర్థత ఇదేనా అని వారు ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు.

వాస్తవాల్ని గమనిస్తే..
జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి 2019లో మే 30న సీఎం అయ్యారు. ఆ తరువాత 42 రోజులకు శాసనసభ బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలను జులై 12న నిర్వహించారు. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఇప్పుడు జూన్ 12న సీఎంగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. జులై 22న బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలు జరగబోతున్నాయి. 39 రోజుల్లోనే జరుగుతున్నాయి. జగన్ కంటె సమర్థత ఉన్నట్టే కదా అని పలువురు అంటున్నారు. నిజానికి ఇంకా కేంద్రం కూడా బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలు జరపలేదని, కానీ వైసీపీ వారికి తిట్టడానికి ఆత్రపడుతున్నారని అంటున్నారు.

నిలదీయడం బాగానే ఉన్నది గానీ.. చంద్రబాబు సర్కారు పెట్టబోయే బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలకు హాజరయ్యే ధైర్యం వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు ఉన్నదా? అనేది ప్రజల సందేహం. అధినేత ఆల్రెడీ బెంగుళూరు పారిపోయాక.. పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు శాసనసభకు వస్తారా? బడ్జెట్ నేపథ్యంలో ఆర్థికంగా రాష్ట్రాన్ని జగన్ ఎంతగా కుంగదీశారో.. సభాముఖంగా తెలుసుకోవడానికి వారు సుముఖంగానే ఉంటారా? అనేది ఇప్పుడు ప్రశ్నగా ఉంది. సభకు హాజరుకావడం చేతకానివాళ్లు కూడా.. సమావేశాలు పెట్టడం లేదని అడగడం చిత్రంగా ఉన్నదని ప్రజలు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబునాయుడు నాలుగోసారి ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన తర్వాత ఆయన వేస్తున్న ప్రతి అడుగులోనూ అపరిమితమైన పరిణతి కనిపిస్తోంది. నలభైనాలుగేళ్ల సుదీర్ఘ రాజకీయ అనుభవం.. ఢక్కామొక్కీలు తిన్నటువంటి, ఎత్తుపల్లాలు చవిచూసినటువంటి అవగాహన ఆయన నిర్ణయాల్లో వ్యక్తం అవుతోంది.

తాజాగా మంత్రులు ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు చంద్రబాబు చేసిన సూచన గమనిస్తే శెభాష్ అనకుండా ఉండడం కష్టం. ఎందుకంటే.. ప్రధానంగా ఏ విషయంలో వేలు పెట్టడం ద్వారా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వంలోని మంత్రులు, సకల ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అందరూ భ్రష్టు పట్టిపోయారో.. సరిగ్గా అదే విషయంలో చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తమ వారికి ముందుగానే హెచ్చరిస్తూ కళ్లేలు వేస్తున్నారు.

ఉచిత ఇసుక విధానంలో మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఎవ్వరూ జోక్యం చేసుకోవద్దని చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తమ వారికి మార్గదర్శనం చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు ఇప్పటికే ఉచిత ఇసుక విధానాన్ని అమల్లోకి తీసుకు వచ్చిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఇసుక తవ్వకానికి అయ్యే ఖర్చు, సీవరేజీ చార్జీలు, రవాణా ఖర్చులు తప్ప ఇసుక కొనుగోలు కోసం ప్రజలు ఒక్కరూపాయి చెల్లించకుండా ఉండేలా ఇసుకవిధానం ఇప్పటికే అమలవుతోంది. అయితే ఇసుక వ్యవహారంలో ప్రభుత్వంలోని ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు ఎవ్వరూ కూడా జోక్యం చేసుకోవద్దని చెప్పడం.. చాలా ముందు చూపుతో చేసిన హెచ్చరికగా పలువురు భావిస్తున్నారు.

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి హయాంలో.. ఆయన అధికారంలోకి రాగానే.. రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడా ఇసుక తవ్వకాలు గానీ, విక్రయాలు గానీ జరగకుండా నిలిపేశారు. కొత్త విధానం తీసుకువస్తానంటూ సుదీర్ఘకాలయాపన చేశారు. ఈలోగా భవన నిర్మాణ రంగంపై ఆధారపడిన కొన్న వేల లక్షల కుటుంబాలు రోడ్డునపడ్డాయి. ఆత్మహత్యలు, ఆకలి చావులు కలిపి వేలల్లో జరిగాయి.

ఆ తర్వాత తమ నాయకులు దోచుకోవడానికి అనుకూలమైన ఒక కొత్త ఇసుక విధానం తెచ్చారు జగన్. దాంతో ఎక్కడికక్కడ వైసీపీ నేతలు చెలరేగిపోతూ వచ్చారు. ఇసుక దందాల్లోనే ప్రతిచోటా ప్రతి వైసీపీ నాయకుడూ కోట్ల రూపాయల దందాలు సాగించారు. ఇసుక అంటేనే.. అది వైసీపీ వారికి దోపిడీ మార్గంగా ప్రజల్లో ముద్రపడిపోయింది.

యావత్తు వైసీపీ నాయకులంతా ఇసుక దందాల పుణ్యమాని భ్రష్టు పట్టిపోయారు. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తీరు చూస్తోంటే.. తమ పార్టీకి గానీ, ప్రభుత్వానికి గానీ, నాయకులకు గానీ అలాంటి చెడ్డపేరు రాకూడదని చూస్తున్నట్టుగా ఉంది. అందుకే ఆయన ఇసుక వ్యాపారంలో ఎవ్వరూ వేలు పెట్టవద్దని సూచించారని తెలుస్తోంది.

ఎన్నికలు ముగిసి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ విజయం సాధించిన తర్వాత కూడా- ఆ విజయం ఒక అబద్ధమని ఈవీఎంలను మానిప్యులేట్ చేయడం ద్వారా గెలిచారని కారు కూతలు కూస్తూ కొన్నాళ్లు వాళ్ళు బతుకీడ్చారు. ప్రభుత్వం మీద విమర్శలు చేయడానికి కూడా వారికి సరైన పాయింట్ ఏమీ దొరకడం లేదు. అలాంటిది పేర్ని నాని ఇప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వమ్మీద విమర్శలు చేయడానికి పూనుకొని- కమెడియన్ లాగా తనను తాను నిరూపించుకుంటున్నారు.

పేర్ని నాని మాటల్లోనే చెప్పాలంటే.. రాష్ట్రంలో ఈ నెల రోజులలో ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు పెన్షన్లు ఇవ్వడం తప్ప రాష్ట్రం కోసం ఇక చేసింది మీ లేదుట! ఈ మాటలు విని సదరు ‘‘పేర్ని నానికి ఒక కళ్ళజోడు కొనివ్వండ్రా బాబూ’’ అని ఆయన మాటల చాతుర్యం మాత్రం తెలిసిన వారు సెటైర్లు వేస్తున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మొదటి సంతకం పెట్టి ప్రకటించిన మెగా డీఎస్సీ వైసీపీ నాయకులకు కనిపించడం లేదా? అమరావతిని రాజధాని ప్రాంతంగా నోటిఫై చేయడం దగ్గర నుంచి అమరావతి చుట్టూ ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డును కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ద్వారా సాధించుకురావడం కనిపించడం లేదా? అని ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు.
