Telangana Legislative Assembly budget session will commence from 23rd of this month and Legislative Council meetings will be held from 24th. The Governor has issued a notification in this regard. The assembly is likely to continue for 10 days.
On the first day, the assembly will mourn the late Cantonment MLA Lasya Nandita.The full budget is expected to be presented on 25th of this month. As the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting her budget in the Parliament on 23rd, it will enable the state to incorporate grants and other funds allocated to the state before presenting a final budget in the assembly.
On the 25th of this month, the Cabinet will hold a meeting in the Assembly Committee Hall to approve the budget before it is introduced in the Assembly.The Rs 2.75 lakh crore vote on account budget was approved by the Assembly in February for four months, which will expire at the end of this month.
Apart from the budget, the government hopes to discuss and pass resolutions on Dharani, Rythu Bharosa, BC reservations in local bodies, job calendar, recovery from those who have benefited illegally in welfare schemes, statue of Telangana mother, government emblem etc.
The Leader of Opposition K Chandrasekhar Rao, who was absent from the last assembly sessions, has recently announced that he will attend the assembly session this time. His presence is likely to facilitate interesting encounters between the ruling party and also the opposition.
Meanwhile, during the assembly elections, Congress had 64 MLAs and CPI one seat, making the ruling party strength of 65 MLAs. But after Congress won the Secunderabad Cantonment by-election and as many as 10 MLAs from BRS joined the Congress, the strength of the party has reached 76.
On the 11th of this month, Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy, convened a review of the assembly session’s arrangements with various department heads.

2019 ఎన్నికల్లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తరఫున నరసాపురం ఎంపీగా గెలిచిన రఘురామ.. ఆ తర్వాత సీఎం జగన్ తో విభేదించారు. జగన్ మీద తీవ్రమైన విమర్శలతో విరుచుకుపడడం ప్రారంభించారు. ప్రభుత్వ పాలన గురించి నిశిత విమర్శలతో ఇంటర్వ్యూలు ఇస్తూ, యూట్యూబ్ వీడియోలు విడుదల చేస్తూ.. జగన్ దళాలను ఉక్కిరిబిక్కిరి చేసేశారు. భరించలేకపోయిన జగన్ తన భక్తులైన పోలీసు అధికారుల్ని పురమాయించారు. ఆయన మీద రాజద్రోహం కేసులు బనాయించి సీఐడీని ఉసిగొల్పారు.
హైదరాబాదు నివాసంలో ఉన్న రఘురామను అరెస్టు చేసి తీసుకువచ్చి.. తీవ్రంగా హింసించారు. దీనిపై అప్పట్లోనే కోర్టుల్ని ఆశ్రయించి.. బెయిలు తెచ్చుకున్న రఘురామ.. ఇప్పుడు రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వం మారిన తర్వాత.. హత్యాయత్నం కేసు పెట్టారు. అప్పటి సీఐడీ చీఫ్ సునీల్ కుమార్, ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్ సీతారామాంజనేయులు, సీఎం జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి, మరో సీఐడీ అధికారి, గుంటూరు జీజీహెచ్ సూపరింటెండెంటు మీద కేసులు పెట్టారు.
అప్పటినుంచి రఘురామ అదొక్కటే ఎజెండాగా తిరుగుతున్నారు. ఆయన మంత్రి పదవి అడగలేదు, స్పీకరు కలగన్నారు గానీ పట్టుబట్టలేదు. తనను కొట్టిన వారి భరతం పడితే చాలన్నట్లుగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఈ కేసు సంగతి త్వరగా తేల్చాలని ప్రెస్ మీట్లు కూడా పెట్టిన ఆయన తాజాగా గుంటూరు జిల్లా ఎస్పీని కూడా కలిశారు. హత్యాయత్నం జరిగినట్టుగా తన వద్ద ఉన్న ఆధారాలన్నింటినీ ఎస్పీకి అందజేశారు. తనకు పోలీసులు న్యాయం చేస్తారనే నమ్మకం ఉందని అంటున్నారు.
తమాషా ఏంటంటే.. రఘురామ ఇప్పట్లో మీడియా వారు ఎవరు కలిసినా సరే.. తన మీద హత్యాయత్నం గురించి తప్ప మరో మాట మాట్లాడేలా లేరు. అది తేలితే గానీ.. మరో అంశం మీదికి దృష్టి సారించకూడదని పట్టుబట్టినట్టుగా ఉన్నారని ప్రజలు అనుకుంటున్నారు.
జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా అధికారం స్వీకరించిన తక్షణం విధ్వంసంతో పరిపాలన ప్రారంభించారు. అమరావతిని సర్వనాశనం చేసే దిశగా అడుగులు వేశారు. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ముద్ర ఉంటుందని, ఆయనకు కీర్తి దక్కుతుందని అక్కసుతో జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఇలాంటి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నారని అందరూ అనుకున్నారు. అవన్నీ కూడా చంద్రబాబు మీద ఆయన కక్షపూరిత నిర్ణయాలుగా అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. కానీ పేదవాడి కడుపు నింపే అన్న క్యాంటీన్ వ్యవస్థను రద్దు చేయడం మాత్రం దుర్మార్గమైన నిర్ణయంగా పేరు పడింది. తటస్థులు ఎవ్వరూ కూడా జీర్ణించుకోలేని నిర్ణయం అయింది.
2014 తర్వాత చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పుడు అన్న క్యాంటీన్ల ద్వారా ఐదు రూపాయలకే పేదవాళ్లకు అన్నం పెట్టే కార్యక్రమం ప్రారంభించారు. నిరుపేదలకు, కూలీలకు, రిక్షా ఆటోవాలాలకు ఎంతోమందికి ప్రతి ఊరిలోనూ ఈ అన్న క్యాంటీన్లు ఎంతో సదుపాయంగా ఉండేవి. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా లక్షలాదిమంది అన్నార్తుల ఆకలిని ఈ అన్న క్యాంటీన్లు తీర్చాయి.
అలాంటిది జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అధికారంలోకి రాగానే ఈ క్యాంటీన్లను రద్దు చేయడం బహుధా విమర్శల పాలయ్యింది. జగన్ సొంత పార్టీలో కూడా అనేకమంది నాయకులు అన్న క్యాంటీన్ రద్దు చేయడానికి వ్యతిరేకించారు. చాలామంది మేధావులు కూడా అన్న క్యాంటీలను రద్దు చేయకుండా, కావలిస్తే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి తన తండ్రి వైఎస్ఆర్ పేరుతో వాటిని నడపవచ్చునని సలహా ఇచ్చారు. అయితే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి అవేవీ తలకెక్కలేదు తాను తలచిందే కరెక్ట్ అన్నట్లుగా పేదవాడి కడుపు కొట్టారు.
అన్న క్యాంటీన్లు మూసివేసిన తర్వాత విపరీతంగా విమర్శలు రావడంతో.. బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ వంటి నాయకులు అన్న క్యాంటీన్లను మరో రూపంలో ప్రారంభిస్తామని ఆసుపత్రుల వద్ద రోగులకు వారి బంధువులకు సేవలు అందించేలా చూస్తామని రకరకాల మాయమాటలు చెప్పారు. అవేమీ కార్యరూపంలోకి రాలేదు. పేదవాడికి పట్టెడు అన్నం పెట్టాలనే ఆలోచన ఐదేళ్లలో జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి రానేలేదు.
చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన వెంటనే చేసిన తొలి సంతకాలలో అన్న క్యాంటీన్ల పునరుద్ధరణ కూడా ఉంది. ఆగస్టు 15 నుంచి రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 203 చోట్ల అన్న క్యాంటీన్లను ప్రారంభించబోతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రమంతా ఒకే రీతిలో, ఒకే మెనూతో వీటిని నిర్వహించబోతున్నట్లుగా మంత్రి నారాయణ ప్రకటించారు.
జగన్ కడుపు కొడితే, పేదవాడి ఆకలి తీర్చే నిర్ణయాన్ని చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తిరిగి అమలులోకి తీసుకు వచ్చినందుకు నిరుపేదలు రాష్ట్రమంతా హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.
జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి వైభవోపేతమైన జీవన శైలి నెమ్మదిగా రూపు మార్చుకుంటోంది. అధికారంలో ఉన్నన్నాళ్లు ఆయన రాజభోగాలను ఎలాగైతే అనుభవించారో అందరికీ తెలుసు. ప్రజలు ఓడించిన తరువాత.. ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే ఆయన సామాన్యుల్లాగా బతకడం నేర్చుకుంటున్నారు. అధికారంలో ఉన్న రోజుల్లో ఎక్కడినుంచి ఎక్కడకు వెళ్లాలన్నా సరే.. ప్రత్యేక విమానం తప్ప మరొకటి ఎక్కేవారు కాదు. అలాంటిది.. అయిదేళ్ల తర్వాత తొలిసారిగా బెంగుళూరు నుంచి గన్నవరం విమానాశ్రయానికి ఆయన ఇతర ప్రయాణికులతో కలిసి ఇండిగో విమానంలో వచ్చారు.
జగన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా వెలగబెట్టిన వైభవం అనూహ్యమైనది. తాడేపల్లి నుంచి తెనాలి వెళ్లాలన్నా కూడా ఆయన హెలికాప్టర్ లో మాత్రమే వెళ్లేవారు. తాడేపల్లి నుంచి కడప వెళ్లాలంటే కూడా ప్రత్యేక విమానం మాత్రమే ఎక్కేవారు. ఈ స్థాయిలో ఆయన వైభవం పరిఢవిల్లింది. ఆయన అధిరోహించే ప్రత్యేక విమానాలే.. ఎంత విలాసవంతంగా ఖరీదుగా ఉంటాయో తెలియజెప్పే ప్రత్యేక కథనాలు కూడా మీడియాలో అనేకం వచ్చాయి. జగన్ అయిదేళ్లలో కేవలం ప్రత్యేక విమానాల కోసం పెట్టిన ఖర్చు మొత్తం గణిస్తే వందల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఉంటుందని అంచనా. నిజానికి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి సీఎం కావడానికి ముందు ఇంకా చాలా సింపుల్ లైఫ్ గడిపేవారు. హైదరాబాదు లోటస్ పాండ్ లో నివాసం ఉండే ఆయన తరచూ కడప లేదా ఇతర ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లాల్సి వచ్చినప్పుడు.. ఎక్కువగా రైలు ఎక్కేవాళ్లు. ప్రతి స్టేషన్లోనూ తలుపు దాకా వచ్చి అక్కడ గుమికూడే వందల మంది పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలకు అభివాదం చేసి.. ఒకటిరెండు మాటలు మాట్లాడి వెళ్లేవారు.
అంత సింప్లిసిటీ నుంచి సీఎంగానే జగన్ ఒక్కసారిగా టాప్ గేర్ వేసేశారు. అన్నీ ప్రత్యేక విమానాలే. తీరా ఓడిపోయిన తర్వాత.. బెంగుళూరు నుంచి గన్నవరంకు సాధారణ పౌరవిమానంలో రావడం విశేషం. నెమ్మదిగా జగన్ పాత బాటలోకి వెళ్తారని.. రైలు ప్రయాణాలు కూడా చేస్తారని, ప్రజలతో మమేకం కావడానికి ఇవన్నీ ఉపయోగపడతాయని పార్టీ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. అధికారం పోయిన వెంటనే.. ఇలా వైభవం మొత్తం హరించుకుపోవడం పట్ల మాత్రం జనం నవ్వుకుంటున్నారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో శాంతిభద్రతల పరిస్తితుల పరంగా అల్లకల్లోలం సృష్టించడానికి వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కుట్రరచన చేస్తున్నట్టుగా గుసగుసలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడ ఏం జరిగినా సరే, తమ పార్టీ వారి మీద దాడులు జరుగుతున్నాయంటూ అడ్డగోలు ఆరోపణలతో ఆ పార్టీ వారు రెచ్చిపోతున్నారు. ఎక్కడికక్కడ కవ్వింపు చర్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు మద్యం దుకాణంలో పనిచేసే ఒక వ్యక్తి హత్యకు గురైతే.. దానికి రాజకీయ రంగు పులిమి.. పరామర్శ కోసం జగన్ వినుకొండ వెళుతున్న సందర్భంగా కూడా అల్లర్లకు రెచ్చగొట్టాలని ప్లాన్ చేస్తున్నట్టుగా తెలుస్తోంది.
రాష్ట్రంలో వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో చెదురుమదురు సంఘటనలు జరుగుతూనే ఉన్నాయి. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు ఎదురుదెబ్బలు తగులుతున్నాయి. సొంత పార్టీ వారు కూడా వారి దగ్గరకు రావడం లేదు. ఇలాంటి సమయంలో తెదేపా కార్యకర్తలు కూడా గత అయిదేళ్లలో వారి అవినీతిని ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు. కొన్నిరోజుల కిందట తంబళ్లపల్లెలో ఎమ్మెల్యే ద్వారకనాధ రెడ్డిని స్థానికులు వ్యతిరేకించారు. దొంగ ఓట్లు వేయించుకుని గెలిచిన ఆయన వెనక్కి వెళ్లిపోవాలంటూ నినాదాలు చేశారు. తంబళ్లపల్లెలో ఉద్రిక్త పరిస్థితులు నెలకొన్నాయి. అంతే తప్ప పరిస్థితులు అదుపు తప్పలేదు. అయితే.. ఆ సంఘటన తర్వాత.. వైసీపీ నాయకులకు కొత్త అయిడియా వచ్చినట్టుంది.
గతంలో పోలీసులు వద్దని చెప్పినప్పటికీ.. తాజాగా ఎంపీ పెద్దిరెడ్డి మిధున్ రెడ్డి పుంగనూరు పర్యటన ప్లాన్ చేసుకుని.. పరిస్థితులు అదుపు తప్పేలా ప్రణాళిక రచించారు. ఘర్షణలు జరిగాయి. వారు కోరుకున్నదే జరిగిందని పలువురు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. ఇలాంటివి జరిగితే.. రాష్ట్రంలో శాంతి భద్రతలు అదుపుతప్పుతున్నట్టుగా ప్రభుత్వంపై బురద చల్లవచ్చునని వారి ప్లాన్ గా తెలుస్తోంది.

ఏ ఆరోపణల గురించి అయితే వారు ఎక్కువ సీరియస్ అయ్యారో.. అవి పెద్ద ఇబ్బందిగా మారకపోవచ్చు. కానీ చాప కింద నీరు లాగా జరుగుతున్న విచారణ తీరును గమనిస్తే, ఆ ఇద్దరు కలిసి శిక్షలు ఎదుర్కొనే ప్రమాదం లేదని చెప్పలేం. భూకబ్జాలు, దేవాదాయ శాఖకు చెందిన ఆస్తులను స్వాహా చేసిన వైనం ఇవన్నీ కలిసి వారిని కటకటాల వెనక్కు పంపే అవకాశం ఉంది. విచ్చలవిడిగా సాగించిన దందాలు, అనుచిత మార్గంలో సహకరించిన తీరు ఇవన్నీ కూడా ఇప్పుడు తెరమీదకు వస్తున్నాయి. ఎంపీ విజయసాయిరెడ్డి, దేవాదాయ శాఖ అసిస్టెంట్ కమిషనర్ శాంతి ఇద్దరి పాత్రలు బయటకు రానున్నాయి.

Story:
Raghava (Priyadarshi) dreams of establishing a successful life, marrying a beautiful girl, and honeymooning in Paris. Review : Priyadarshi, renowned for his comedic flair, displays his range by embodying various emotions and expressions in Darling. He tries to anchor the film with his performance, highlighting his skill in handling a leading role. However, his efforts only partially succeed, as they are overshadowed by the film’s broader flaws.
Nabha Natesh, entrusted with a role that demands a wide array of expressions, body language, delivers a strong performance. She infuses her character with vitality and charm, contributing a lively essence to the film. Ananya Nagalla, taking on a key role, delivers a commendable performance that enhances the film’s storyline. Vishnu Oi and Krishna Teja also contribute effectively as friends. The supporting cast, including Muralidhar Goud, Brahmanandam, and Raghu Babu, each fulfill their roles effectively, adding depth to the film. Despite the film’s flaws, the actors’ performances provide a ray of hope, highlighting their talent and commitment in the midst of a lackluster storyline.
Aswin Ram’s Darling is a romantic comedy centered around a distinctive premise: a female lead grappling with multiple personality disorder. While the initial concept grabs attention, the film quickly loses its charm, devolving into a predictable and clichéd comedic formula. The film suffers from painfully slow pacing, with the director opting for an extended storyline that feels overly inflated and repetitive. The humor, instead of being engaging, depends on worn-out clichés and predictable jokes, missing the mark on eliciting genuine laughter or amusement. The characters are shallow and forgettable, which exacerbates the film’s overall dullness. The second half mirrors the first, offering no break from the tedium and dragging viewers through a series of repetitive scenes and uninspired humor.
The potential of multiple personality disorder as a captivating plot element is diminished by the film’s poor execution. The narrative comes across as contrived and artificial, failing to establish a genuine connection with the audience. The screenplay lacks depth and creativity, and the direction is equally uninspired. The music by Vivek Sagar is pleasing, and the songs are visually attractive. However, they function as obstacles, further impeding the film’s already slow momentum.
Overall, Darling fails to provide a satisfying experience and comes across as dull. Tirumala: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced significant changes to the Sri Vani darshan ticket quota, effective immediately. Starting now, authorities will limit the daily allocation of Sri Vani offline tickets to 1,000 to prioritize accessibility for common devotees. This change comes in response to the increasing number of visitors seeking darshan of Lord Venkateswara, the presiding deity of Kaliyuga.
Starting July 22, the Tirumala Gokulam rest house will distribute 900 Sri Vani Darshan tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, the current booking counters at Tirupati airport will reserve 100 tickets exclusively for Sri Vani donors, who can collect them by presenting their boarding pass.
The TTD emphasized that these offline tickets will be accessible at the Tirupati airport counter, ensuring smoother facilitation for devotees.
