While Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his cabinet ministers and MLAs including Nara Lokesh are busy handling the ongoing floods in Vijayawada and other surrounding areas, Deputy Chief Minister and Janasena party supremo Pawan Kalyan is missing in action during the crisis. This has become a talking point in political circles and media because there is no information over his whereabouts even within the party cadres. 

Pawan Kalyan used to be very proactive and vocal whenever the public faced any challenges and adverse situations. He was very critical of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government and never spared any issue to hold them responsible for their inefficiencies. Surprisingly, he has been going into incognito mode whenever some important issues are happening in the state. 

Last week, when the controversial Gudlavalleru issue to came to light, many expected Pawan Kalyan to react and assure the girls who were protesting over the alleged hidden camera scandal in the hostel washroom. But, he chose to ignore and stay silent. Even when a brutal murder took place in Vinukonda and some other incidents of attacks on YSRCP cadre happened in the last two months, Pawan didn’t show any reaction.

What is more shocking is that Pawan Kalyan is no where in picture when torrential rains devastated Vijayawada and thousands of people suffered due to the inundation of so many low lying areas. Though Pawan Kalyan cancelled his birthday celebrations, he didn’t appear in any rescue operations. It seems like he has travelled abroad to meet his family. 

If he stayed in Hyderabad or any other place in India, he would have immediately rushed to Vijayawada atleast for the sake of avoiding criticism from YSRCP cadre. As he didn’t appear in the scene in the last two days, it is very clear that Pawan Kalyan is not India and missing in action during dire circumstances.

‘చట్టం తన పని తాను చేసుకుపోతుంది’ అనేది సాధారణంగా నాయకులు వాడుతూ ఉండే ఒక అద్భుతమైన డైలాగు. అయితే నాయకులు కేవలం తాము అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు మాత్రమే ఈ డైలాగు వాడుతుంటారు. ప్రతిపక్షంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఈ వ్యవహారం వేరేగా ఉంటుంది. ఇప్పుడు అదే జరుగుతోంది. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో వారితో కుమ్మక్కు అయి.. వారి పట్ల భక్తితో చెలరేగిపోయి.. దారి తప్పి నడుచుకున్న అధికారుల తప్పిదాలు బయటకు వస్తుండగా.. వారి మీద చర్యలు తీసుకోవడానిక ప్రభుత్వం ఉపక్రమిస్తోంటే.. వణుకు మాత్రం వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుల్లో కనిపిస్తోంది.

‘ప్రభుత్వాలు మారుతూ ఉంటాయి.. కానీ కొత్త సంప్రదాయాలకు తెరతీయవద్దు’ అని మాజీ మంత్రి అంబటి రాంబాబు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. ఈ మాట అనడం ద్వారా ఆయన ఉద్దేశం ఏమిటో అర్థం కావడం లేదు. పోలీసు అధికారులు.. తాము పోలీసులం కదా అనే అహంకారంతో.. ఎంత విచ్చలవిడిగా ప్రవర్తించినా సరే.. వారి ఘోరాల గురించి పట్టించుకోకుండా విడిచిపెట్టాలా? అనేది ప్రజల్లో కలుగుతున్న సందేహం. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు.. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు సర్కారుతో సన్నిహితంగా మెలిగారనే ఏకైక కారణంతో.. పలువురు పోలీసు అధికారులను వేధించారు. వారు చేసిన నేరాలు ఏమీ లేకపోయినా కూడా వారి మీద కేసులు పెట్టారు. విచారణలు సాగించారు. ఇప్పుడేమో కొత్త సాంప్రదాయాలకు తెర తీయవద్దు అంటూ సన్నాయి నొక్కులు నొక్కుతున్నారు.

బహుశా.. తప్పు చేయకపోయినా సరే కేసులు పెట్టి వేధించడం తమ సాంప్రదాయం అని, తప్పు చేసిన వారి మీద కేసులు పెట్టడం కొత్త సంప్రదాయం అని అంబటి భావిస్తున్నట్టుగా ఉంది. మొత్తానికి కాదంబరి జత్వానీ పట్ల అనుచితంగా వ్యవహరించిన కేసులో ముగ్గురు ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులు విచారణ ఎదుర్కొంటే.. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకుల్లో పలువురి బండారం బయటకు వస్తుందని అంబటి భయపడుతున్నట్టుగా ఉంది.

తీవ్రమైన వర్షాల తాకిడికి ఏపీ వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రజాజీవితం అస్తవ్యస్తం అవుతోంది. ప్రత్యేకించి విజయవాడ వాసుల కష్టాలు చెప్పాల్సిన అవసరమే లేదు. ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో చంద్రబాబు సర్కారు.. ప్రజలను ఆదుకోవడంలో గరిష్టమైన శ్రద్ధను కనబరుస్తోంది. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఒక సాధారణ రెవెన్యూ పోలీసు సహాయక బృందాల్లోని ఉద్యోగిలాగా పగలూ రాత్రీ ప్రజల మధ్యనే ఉంటూ వారికి ధైర్యం చెబుతున్నారు. ఇన్ని పనులు జరుగుతుండగా.. అభినందించడానికి నోరు రాని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులు.. నీలిదళాలు..మధ్యలో పవన్ కల్యాణ్ మీద బురద చల్లడానికి సాహసిస్తున్నాయి.

ఇంత విపత్తు రాష్ట్రాన్ని పలకరిస్తూ ఉంటే.. డిప్యూటీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కల్యాణ్ ఏమైపోయారు.. అంటూ మొసలి కన్నీరు కారుస్తున్నారు. సహాయక చర్యల్లో పవన్ ఎక్కడా కనిపించడం లేదని అంటున్నారు. కూటమి ఐక్యతలో ముసలం పెట్టడానికి తమ వంతు కుట్ర చేస్తున్నారు.

‘డిప్యూటీ సీఎం పదవిలో ఉండి ఇంతటి నిర్లక్ష్యం వహిస్తే ఎలా’ అని ప్రశ్నించగల నైతిక హక్కు నీలిమీడియాకు ఉన్నదా అని ప్రజలు అంటున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే.. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి హయాంలో డిప్యూటీ సీఎం పదవి అంటే.. కేవలం కులాల వారీగా పదవులు కట్టబెట్టినట్టు లెక్కకోసం ఇచ్చిన నామ్ కే వాస్తే పదవి. ఆ పదవిలో ఉన్నవారికి కనీస గౌరవ మర్యాదలు కూడా ఉండేవి కాదు. పేరుకు డిప్యూటీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయినప్పటికీ తన సొంత నియోజకవర్గంలో అధికారులు కూడా లెక్క చేయడం లేదని, అంతా రెడ్ల రాజ్యమే నడుస్తున్నదని నారాయణస్వామి ఎన్నిసార్లు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారో లెక్కేలేదు.

ఇప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వంలో డిప్యూటీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అనే పదానికి కూడా విలువ ఉంది. ఆ బాధ్యతల్లో పవన్ చక్కగా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. ఆయనకు అధికారమూ, గౌరవమూ కూడా ముఖ్యమంత్రితో దాదాపు సమానంగా ఇస్తున్నారు. దీనిలో పుండుపెట్టడానికి నీలిమీడియా ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది.

 CBI Arrests Former RG Kar Medical College Principal Sandeep Ghosh

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Sandeep Ghosh, the former Principal of RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, after questioning him for 16 consecutive days. This arrest follows the shocking incident on August 9, where a female junior doctor was reportedly assaulted and murdered at the RG Kar Medical College hospital seminar hall. 

In connection with this case, Sanjay Roy, a civilian volunteer, has already been apprehended. The CBI’s interest in Ghosh intensified due to his suspicious behavior, leading to multiple interrogations and searches at his residence.

The CBI is conducting parallel investigations into both the junior doctor’s murder case and alleged financial irregularities at RG Kar Medical College. Ghosh has been extensively questioned regarding both matters. However, the exact charges leading to his arrest today remain unclear, though it is speculated that it may be related to financial misconduct.

Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao has lauded the Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for its proactive response to recent flooding, including deploying six helicopters and 150 rescue boats to assist affected areas. In contrast, KTR has criticized the Congress government in Telangana for its perceived inaction during the crisis.

In a statement on X (formerly Twitter), KTR questioned the effectiveness of the Telangana government’s flood relief efforts, asking, “How many lives have been saved by the Telangana Chief Minister’s helicopters and boats?” He expressed dissatisfaction with the local government’s response, describing it as having achieved “Big Zero” in terms of saving lives.

KTR accused the Congress administration of failing to provide timely assistance, citing a specific incident in Khammam where a family of four was stranded from morning until evening without any government intervention. He noted that the family’s relatives had to arrange for rescue operations from Madhira.

Additionally, KTR highlighted the heroic actions of a JCB driver who risked his life to rescue nine individuals amidst the floods, criticizing ministers for their lack of support.

KTR also referenced past statements made by Revanth Reddy, who, while in opposition, had demanded Rs. 25 lakhs in compensation for flood victims. He questioned whether the current administration would now be content with a reduced compensation amount of Rs. 5 lakhs.

YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited flood-affected areas in Vijayawada today after paying tribute to YSR at Idupulapaya. During his visit, he criticized the ruling coalition government, accusing it of negligence in handling the recent floods.

Jagan alleged that the government, led by N. Chandrababu Naidu, failed to act on early warnings from the Meteorological Department, which had forecasted heavy rains due to a depression as early as the 28th of this month. He claimed that the government’s negligence led to the severe flooding and demanded an apology from Chandrababu Naidu to the affected people.

Highlighting the plight of the flood victims, Jagan stated that many are left stranded without basic necessities and have not received any financial assistance from the government. He questioned the government’s preparedness, noting that the current relief measures are insufficient given the scale of the disaster.

Jagan further criticized the government’s response, pointing out that only six relief camps have been set up for the large number of affected residents. He contrasted the current situation with previous instances of heavy rainfall, where, according to him, the volunteer system had been effectively utilized to manage the crisis.

మదనపల్లె ఆర్డీవో కార్యాలయంలో ఫైల్స్ తగులబెట్టేశారని ఆరోపణలు వచ్చినప్పుడు.. తక్షణ విచారణ అవసరం కాబట్టి అప్పట్లో డీజీపీ ని మదనపల్లెకు హెలికాప్టర్ లో పంపిన వైనం గురించి మిధున్ రెడ్డి ఇప్పుడు ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు. ‘డీజీపీని హెలికాప్టర్ లో మదనపల్లికి పంపించారు.. వరద సహాయక చర్యలకు ఎందుకు పంపించలేదు అని ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నా’ అంటూ మిధున్ రెడ్డి నాటకీయ డైలాగులు చెబుతున్నారు. అంత సిల్లీ ప్రశ్న ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో అడగవచ్చునని ఆయనకు ఎలా అనిపించిందో తెలియదు.

భారీ వర్షాలు పడుతున్న ప్రతికూల వాతావరణ పరిస్థితుల్లో మామూలు హెలికాప్టర్లు ఎగరడం అనేది సాధ్యం కాదు. ఈ విషయం అందరికీ తెలుసు. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉండగా వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి కూడా అలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లోనే వర్షం వస్తుండగా హెలికాప్టర్ ప్రయాణం చేసి దుర్మరణం పాలయ్యారు. అలాంటి చేదు, దారుణ అనుభవం తమ సొంత పార్టీ నేతకే ఉండి కూడా.. మిధున్ రెడ్డి ఆ ప్రశ్న ఎలా వేశారో అర్థం కావడం లేదు. మామూలు హెలికాప్టర్లు వాతావరణం ప్రశాంతంగా మారిన తర్వాత.. ఆహారపొట్లాలు వంటివి పంచడానికి ఉపయోగపడవచ్చు.. అంతే! కానీ ఇంకా కొన్నిరోజులు భారీ వర్ష సూచన ఉండగా.. వాటితో పని జరగదు. అందుకే ప్రత్యేకంగా భారత నౌకాదళానికి చెందిన హెలికాప్టర్లను తెప్పించడం జరిగింది.

పెద్దిరెడ్డి మిధున్ రెడ్డి అమాయకత్వంతో ఈ ప్రశ్న అడిగారా.? అజ్ఞానంతో అడిగారా? లేదా, మామూలు హెలికాప్టర్లు పెడితే.. వాటివల్ల ప్రమాదాలు జరిగే ప్రజలు చనిపోతే.. చంద్రబాబు సర్కారు మీదు దుమ్మెత్తిపోయవచ్చుననే కుట్ర ఆలోచనతో అడిగారా ? అర్థం కావడం లేదని ప్రజలు అంటున్నారు.
