జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్న రోజుల్లో ఒక సంస్థ ప్రభుత్వంతో ఒక టెండరు దక్కించుకోవడం ద్వారా డీల్ లోకి ఎంటరైంది. ఆ డీల్ ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవడం వెనుక వారికీ వారికీ మధ్య సవాలక్ష లోలోపలి విషయాలున్నాయి. అవన్నీ నెరవేర్చుకోవచ్చునని అనుకుంటున్న సమయంలోనే.. జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం కుప్పకూలింది. ఆ సంస్థకు గుండెల్లో రాయిపడినట్లయింది. ఇప్పుడు ఆ టెండరు ద్వారా తాము అనుకున్న రీతిగా దోచుకోవడం కుదరదు. కాబట్టి టెండరు రద్దు చేసుకుంటే చెడ్డపేరు. తాము అడగకుండానే టెండరు రద్దయిపోయేలా పన్నాగాలు పన్నుతోంది. టెండరు నిబంధనల్లో కొన్ని మారిస్తే తప్ప తాము ఒప్పందం చేసుకోబోం అంటూ భీష్మించుకుంటోంది.

ప్రకాశం జిల్లాలో ఇనుప ఖనిజ ప్రాజెక్టును ఒక ప్రణాళిక ప్రకారం దోచుకోవడానికి గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో కుట్ర జరిగినట్టుగా కనిపిస్తోంది. దీనికోసం టెండరు పిలిస్తే జిందాల్ గ్రూపునకు చెందిన రెండు సంస్థలు మాత్రమే టెండర్లు వేశాయి,ఒకరికి టెండరు దక్కింది. వాళ్లు ఖనిజం తవ్వి అమ్మకాల్లో కొంత శాతం ప్రభుత్వానికి చెల్లించాలి. కానీ ఆ మేరకు వారు ఒప్పందమే ఇంకా చేసుకోలేదు. ఆరునెలలుగా స్పందించకుండా కూర్చుని ఇప్పుడు కొత్తప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత నిబంధనలు మార్చాలంటున్నారు.

టెండర్లలో డిఫాల్టుగా ఉండే రూల్సుకూడా మార్చాలని అనడం చిత్రమైన సంగతి. సాధారణంగా ప్రతి టెండరులోనూ పని సమస్తం మొదలుపెట్టిన తర్వాత.. ఏ నిమిషంలోనైనా టెండరును రద్దు చేసే అధికారం ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉంటుందని ఒక నిబంధన చేరుస్తారు. ఇది డిఫాల్టుగా ఉండే అన్ని రూల్సు లాంటిదే. అన్నిచోట్లా ఉంటుంది. కానీ దీనిని కూడా మార్చాలనడం ద్వారా.. జిందాల్ గ్రూపు పనిచేసే ఉద్దేశంతో లేదని అర్థమవుతోంది.

ఈ టెండరును మర్చిపోవాల్సిందేని..    పలువురు అంటున్నారు. దీనిని పూర్తిగా రద్దుచేసి కొత్త టెండర్లకు వెళ్లాలని, జిందాల్ గ్రూపుతో పాటు ప్రజలు కూడా అదే కోరుకుంటున్నారని తెలుస్తొంది.

ముంబాయి సినీ నటి కాదంబరి జత్వానీని వీలైనంత దారుణంగా పోలీసు కేసులో ఇరికించడమే వారి టార్గెట్. ఆమె ద్వారా తమకు కావాల్సిన రీతిలో సంతకాలు తీసుకోవడమే వారికి కావాల్సింది. అందుకోసం పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు రకరకాల తప్పుడు మార్గాలు తొక్కారు. జగన్ కళ్లలో ఆనందం చూడడానికి అన్నట్టుగా విచ్చలవిడిగా వ్యవహరించారు. తీరా పరిస్థితులు వికటించి, జగన్ ఓడిపోయిన తర్వాత.. వారికి గడ్డు రోజులు తప్పడం లేదు. పైగా కాదంబరి వచ్చిపోలీసులు అధికారుల మీదనే కేసు పెట్టిన తర్వాత.. వారు చేసిన పాపాలు ఒక్కటొక్కటిగా బయటకు వస్తున్నాయి. ఎంత దుర్మార్గంగా వ్యవహరించారో వెలుగు చూస్తున్నది.

కాదంబరి జత్వానీని అరెస్టు చేసి విజయవాడకు తీసుకువచ్చిన తర్వాత.. జిందాల్ కేసుకు సంబంధించి ఆమె ఒత్తిడి చేశారనే సంగతి ఇప్పటికే బయటకు వచ్చింది. అలాగే పోలీసు కస్టడీలో ఉన్న రోజుల్లో ఆమెతో ఆమె వాడుతున్న ఐఫోన్ ఓపెన్ చేయించడానికి పలు ప్రయత్నాలు చేశారు. వారు ఎంత బెదిరించినా సరే.. ఆమె ఫోను ఓపెన్ చేయడానికి ఒప్పుకోలేదు. ఆమె ఐఫోన్ ఓపెన్ చేస్తే.. ఆమ చేస్తున్న ఫిర్యాదులకు సంబంధించి ఆమె ఫోనులో ఉండే ఆధారాలను ధ్వంసం చేసేయవచ్చు అనేది పోలీసుల కుట్ర అయి ఉండచ్చునని ఆమె తన భయాన్ని గతంలోనే వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

ఆమె ఒప్పుకోకపోయేసరికి పోలీసులు కొత్త ఎత్తుగడ వేశారు. విజయవాడలోని ఒక స్పా సెంటర్ పై దాడి చేశారు. ఒక ఈశాన్య రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన మహిళను అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఆమెను స్పాసెంటర్లకు సరఫరా చేసే ఏజంటుగా ఢిల్లీకి చెందిన అమిత్ కుమార్ సింగ్ పేరును చేర్చారు. కేవలం అమిత్ కుమార్ మీద ఏదో ఒక తప్పుడు కేసు పెట్టడం కోసమే పోలీసులు స్పాసెంటర్ మీద దాడి అనే ఎపిసోడ్ డ్రామా నడిపించారనేది కొందరిలో ఒక అనుమానం. ఇదంతా ఎందుకంటే.. అమిత్ కుమార్ సింగ్.. కాదంబరి జత్వానీకి సన్నిహితుడు. అతనిని అరెస్టు చేసి, ఆమె ద్వారా కాదంబరి ఫోను తెరిపించవచ్చుననేది పోలీసుల కుట్ర. కానీ అది ఫలించలేదు. పోలీసులు ప్రత్యేకంగా ఢిల్లీకి విమానంలో వెళ్లినా అమిత్ కుమార్ దొరకలేదు. దాంతో కాదంబరి ఫోను ఓపెన్ చేయడం వారికి కుదర్లేదు. కానీ.. ఆమెను ఇరికించడానికి సరికొత్త తప్పుడు కేసులతో రకరకాల తప్పుడు పనులు పోలీసులు చేయడం మాత్రం ఇప్పుడు బయటకు వచ్చిది.

5వేల కోట్ల అప్పు.. జగన్ తీసుకోలేదు ఎందుకు?

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్న రోజుల్లో లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల అప్పులు తీసుకువచ్చి ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నడిపించారు. ఉద్యోగుల జీతాలకు కూడా ప్రతినెలా అప్పులు చేసే పరిస్థితి. సంక్షేమ పథకాల పేరుతో ప్రజల జేబుల్లో డబ్బులు పెడుతూ పోతేచాలు.. తనకు జీవితపర్యంతమూ ఓట్లు వేసి గెలిపిస్తూ ఉంటానే  భ్రమలో ఆయన బతికారు. అందుకోసం ఆయన నెలనెలా వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల అప్పులు చేస్తూ నెట్టుకొచ్చారు. కేంద్రం నుంచి వివిధ పథకాలకు డబ్బు వచ్చినా కూడా సమస్తం ఈపథకాలకు తగలేస్తూ వచ్చారు. అభివృద్ధి పథకాల గురించిచ అసలు అయిదేళ్ల కాలంలో ఏమాత్రం పట్టించుకోలేదు.  ఇలా ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నడిపిన జగన్.. 5 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల రుణాన్ని మాత్రం మంజూరైనా కూడా తీసుకోలేదు. ఆ అప్పు ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోకుండానే మురిగిపోయింది. ఐదు వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల అప్పు మంజూరైతే తీసుకోకుండా జగన్ ఎందుకు వదిలేశారు. ఎవరికైనా  ఈ సందేహం వస్తంది.

ఎందుకంటే అది చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తన ప్రయత్నమ్మీద మంజూరు చేయించిన అప్పు.  ఆయన తొలివిడత అధికారంలో ఉన్న  రోజుల్లో పట్టణాల అభివృద్ధికి బ్యాంకుల నుంచి  ఆమేరకు అప్పు మంజూరు చేయించారు. ఆ నిధులను కేవలం పట్టణాల అభివృద్ధి పనులకు మాత్రమే ఖర్చు పెట్టాలి. కానీ అలాంటి పనులంటే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి కిట్టదు కదా. ఆయన  ఒక్క పని కూడా చేయడానికి  ఇష్టపడలేదు. ఒక్కరూపాయి కూడా తీసుకోనేలేదు. అది కాస్తా 2024లో రద్దయింది.

మళ్లీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ప్రధాని మోడీతో ప్రత్యేకంగా మాట్లాడి.. తిరిగి రుణం మంజూరు చేయించారు. దీంతో ఆ నిధుల మేరకు ప ట్టణాల్లో అభివృద్ధి పనులు  ఈ అయిదేళ్లలో జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. చంద్రబాబు హయాంలో మొదలై.. జగన్ దురాలోచన వల్ల అసంపూర్తిగా మిగిలిపోయిన పనులన్నీ పూర్తయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.

విభజిత ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రాన్ని పురోగమన పథంలో ముందుకు తీసుకువెళ్లడానికి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తన తొలిపరిపాలన రోజుల్లోనే అనేక ప్రయత్నాలు చేయగా.. రెండో ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా వచ్చిన జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి.. చంద్రబాబు ముద్ర ఉన్న వాటన్నింటినీ సర్వనాశనం చేయడానికి కంకణం కట్టుకున్నారు. అమరావతిని స్మశానంగా మార్చే కుట్రలతో పాటూ, సింగపూర్ కన్సార్టియంను తరిమికొట్టడం, విశాఖలో అతిపెద్ద లులూ మాల్ రాకుండా తరిమికొట్టడం వీటిలో కొన్ని. విశాఖలో లులు మాల్ రాకుండా జగన్ కుట్రలు అమలు చేసిన తర్వాత.. సదరు లులు మాల్ తెలంగాణకు వెళ్లింది.

అలాంటి నేపథ్యంలో మళ్లీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన చంద్రబాబునాయుడు… లులు మాల్ పెట్టుబడులను మళ్లీ రాష్ట్రానికి తీసుకువస్తున్నారు. ఏపీ పర్యటనలో సీఎం చంద్రబాబుతో చర్చలు సఫల అయినట్టుగా లులు గ్రూప్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ ఛైర్మన్ యూసఫ్ ఆలీ ఎక్స్ లో ఒక పోస్టు పెట్టరు. ఏపీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబుతో 18 ఏళ్లుగా సుదీర్ఘ సోదర అనుబంధం ఉన్నదని ఆయన చెప్పారు. మొత్తానికి జగన్ వేసిన వినాశనం ముద్రలను చెరిపివేస్తూ కొత్త అద్భుతాలు సృష్టించడానికి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు కసరత్తు చేస్తున్నారు.

ఇప్పుడు లులు గ్రూపుతో కుదిరిన ఒప్పందాల మేరకు.. విశాఖలో ఎనిమిది స్క్రీన్లతో పాటు ఐమ్యాక్స్, అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి షాపింగ్ మాల్ ఏర్పాటు అవుతుంది. అలాగే విజయవాడ, తిరుపతిల్లో కూడా అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి హైపర్ మార్కెట్లను లులు గ్రూపు ఏర్పాటు చేయబోతున్నది. వీటితో పాటు ఆధునిక ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్, లాజిస్టిక్ సెంటర్లను కూడా ఏర్పాటు చేయబోతున్నారు.

జగన్ పాలన యావత్తూ.. తిరోగమన ఆనవాళ్లతోనే సాగిపోగా.. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. గతంలో తలపెట్టిన పనులు అనేకం మళ్లీ ఊపిరిపోసుకుంటున్నాయి. లులు మాల్ కూడా అలాంటి ప్రయత్నాల్లో ఒక కీలకమైన ముందడుగుగా భావించవచ్చు. గతంలో విశాఖలో మాత్రమే లులు మాల్ ప్లాన్ చేయగా.. ఇప్పుడు దానితో పాటు విజయవాడ, తిరుపతిలో కూడా లులు హైపర్ మార్కెట్లు రాబోతున్నాయి.

ఒక మతానికి చెందిన వాళ్లు మరొక మతం ఆలయాలకు, ప్రార్ధనా స్థలాలకు వెళ్లడం అనేది తప్పు కాదు. కానీ, ఏ ఆలయానికి, ప్రార్థనా మందిరానికి వెళుతున్నారో అక్కడి నిబంధనలను పాటించడం మాత్రం మన విధి. వారి మతానికి, వారి ఆలయానికి సంబంధించి.. వారు ఎలాంటి నిబంధనలైనా పెట్టుకోవచ్చు గాక.. ఆ నిబంధనలను గౌరవించేటట్లయితే మనం ఆ గుడికి వెళ్ళాలి. లేదా, ఆ గుడికి దూరంగా ఉండాలి. అంతేతప్ప నిబంధనలు పెట్టేట్లయితే మీ గుడిలో ఉన్న వాడు అసలు దేవుడు ఎందుకు అవుతాడు? అన్నట్టుగా అడ్డగోలు చిత్రమైన ప్రశ్నలు సంధించకూడదు! ఈ విషయంలో అర్థం లేని దూకుడు ప్రదర్శిస్తున్న వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధినేత జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి వైఖరికి చెంపపెట్టు లాగా సుప్రీంకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి చంద్రచూడ్ బృందం వ్యవహరించడం విశేషం. తిరుమల వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి వారిని దర్శించుకున్న చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా బృందంలో ఒక అన్యమతస్తులు పాటించిన నియమాల స్ఫూర్తిని జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అర్థం చేసుకోగలరా.. ఆయనకు అంత సదవగాహన శక్తి ఉన్నదా అనేది ఇప్పుడు ప్రజలలో చర్చ జరుగుతోంది.

సిజెఐ చంద్రుచూడ్ స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు. ఆయన బృందంలో ఒక ఇతర మతానికి చెందిన వ్యక్తి కూడా ఉన్నారు. ఆయన ఎలాంటి అభ్యంతరమూ వ్యక్తం చేయకుండా తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానాల నిబంధన ప్రకారం డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారం సమర్పించి స్వామిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.

లడ్డు తయారీకి కల్తీ నెయ్యి అందించేలా చేసిన పాపం గురించి.. తలా తోకాలేని తన సమర్ధింపు మాటలు చెప్పాలని అనుకున్నారో, లేదా ఆ పాపానికి ప్రాయశ్చిత్తం, పరిహారం కోసం దేవుడిని దర్శించుకోవాలనుకున్నారో తెలియదు కానీ.. జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి కూడా తిరుమల దైవ దర్శనానికి షెడ్యూలు చేసుకున్నారు. అయితే ఆయన క్రిస్టియన్ కావడం వలన డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారం పై సంతకం పెడితే తప్ప అనుమతించేది లేదని టిటిడి చెప్పండంతో ఆయన తన దైవదర్శనాన్ని రద్దు చేసుకున్నారు. ఈ చర్య గమనిస్తే ఇంతకు ఆయన అసలు దేవుడు కోసం వెళ్లదలచుకున్నారా? కేవలం తన పంతం కోసం వెళ్లదలుచుకున్నారా? అనేది మనకు అర్థమైపోతుంది. దేవుడు ఆయనకు ప్రయారిటీ అయితే, ఆ దేవుడు కోసం డిక్లరేషన్ సంతకం కాదు కదా మరే ఇతర పని చేయమన్నా సరే చేసి గానీ వెళ్ళరు.

పైగా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి నన్ను డిక్లరేషన్ అడుగుతారా అంటూ దబాయిస్తున్నారు. ఒక సాధారణ ఎమ్మెల్యే తానేదో మహాశక్తిమంతుడిని, మహామహుడిని, మహాదేవుడిని అన్నట్టుగా భావించుకుంటూ.. అడిగే నిర్ణయాన్ని తప్పు పట్టడం అనేది తీవ్రమైన సంగతి. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి లాంటి మత అతివాదులకు బుద్ధి వచ్చేలాగా చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ బృందంలోని వ్యక్తి సంతకాలు చేయడాన్ని మనం గమనించాలి పదవి హోదాలలో వాళ్ళు చిన్నవాళ్ళు అయినప్పటికీ కూడా వారు అందించిన స్ఫూర్తి తాను తీసుకోవాలని జగన్ భావిస్తే కనుక ఆయనకు భవిష్యత్తు కూడా ఉంటుంది. లేకపోతే కష్టం!

Harish Rao assured the victims that even if they come in the middle of the night, they will provide shelter to them. “Call us if it is urgent.. we will be there in fifteen minutes”, he asserted. He urged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to end his silence, come out and give assurance to the victims and avoid beautification.

If Revanth Reddy has funds for beautification, Harish Rao advised him to first construct toilets and hostels for girls in schools, who are suffering and also provide better treatment by buying medicines in Gandhi Hospital.

Meanwhile, unmoved by the agony of the people facing an uncertain future with the State government firm on demolishing their homes on the banks of River Musi, the two officials at the helm of the demolition drive however claimed there would be no forceful evictions. In fact, they claimed that many families had already agreed to shift to double bedroom houses constructed in different areas in the city.

Musi Riverfront Development Corporation officials had conducted a drone survey and identified 10,600 houses and structures along the 55 km stretch. These structures were in the riverbed and buffer zone limits and had to be relocated.

However, not a single family would be evicted forcefully and all oustees would be provided 2BHKs, which were worth Rs.25 lakh to Rs.30 lakh, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Principal Secretary Dana Kishore  Said.

Accompanied by HYDRA Commissioner AV Ranganath, he said officials had surveyed 974 houses in different areas along the river stretch over the last two days. Of these, 576 houses were on the riverbed limits and families in 406 houses were ready to relocate, he added.
