నిజానికి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి చాలా సంకుచిత బుద్ధితో పుంగనూరుటూరు ప్లాన్ చేసుకున్నారు. మైనారిటీ వర్గానికి చెందిన బాలిక హత్యకు గురికాగానే.. దానిని అత్యాచారంగా కూడా పులిమి ప్రచారం చేసి.. చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వంలో అటు మహిళలకు, ఇటు మైనారిటీలకు భద్రతలేదని గొంతెత్తి అరవాలని అనుకున్నారు. కానీ.. కేసే తేలిపోవడం, హత్య కారణాలు వేరు కావడంతో.. ఆయనకు అలాంటి అవకాశం దక్కదని తెలిసిపోయింది. వెళ్లి, అలాంటి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తే పరువుపోతుందని భయపడ్డారు. పాపం పెద్దిరెడ్డి జాగ్రత్తగా సమర్థించుకుని ఉంటే బాగుండేది. అది ఆయనకు చేతకాలేదు.

CPM slams BJP of Attempting To Make Pawan Kalyan As CM, Replacing Chandrababu
CPM State Secretary Srinivasa Rao made sensational comments against the TDP coalition government in AP alleging that the BJP is plotting to make Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan as Chief Minister of the state, replacing present chief minister Chandrababu Naidu. Referring to Jana Sena chief’s new found love towards Sanatana Dharma, he also accused that the BJP is using him as a pawn to destroy the state.
Srinivasa Rao said that the dissatisfaction with the coalition government has started within 100 days. “The people have already started to be dissatisfied and anxious. The prices are increasing and unemployment is increasing. The hopes of the unemployed have been dashed in the name of DSC. They said October, now January is coming. The unemployed are in despair because they do not know when it will come”, he added.
In these conditions, he deplored that attempts have been made to divert public issues by bringing issues like Tirupati laddu into focus. “BJP has already damaged AP by not giving it special status and funds. Now it is trying to attack it like a hawk. BJP and RSS are behind the scenes in provoking these tensions. Their plan is to bring down the Telugu Desam Party within two years and make Pawan Kalyan as Chief Minister”, he alleged.
That is why the CPM leader felt that they were inciting hatred. If this politics of hate is done, he warned that Andhra Pradesh will be engulfed in unrest like Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. From the very beginning Pawan Kalyan has been maintaining cordial relations with Left parties and he himself poses like a `Leftist’ frequently quoting Cheguvera and others.
But, they seem to be unable to digest Pawan Kalyan’s `over active’ response to Tirupati Laddu row by himself taking `Prayachitha Deeksha’ and taking up the cause of `Sanatana Dharma’. The CPM party has alleged that the BJP and the RSS are trying to get a foothold in AP by using Pawan Kalyan as a `pawn’.
Omar will Be chief Minister, says NC chief Farooq Abdullah
The National Conference- Congress alliance is likely to form the government in Jammu and Kashmir with poll trends on Tuesday showing the combine ahead in 52 of the 90 seats while the BJP was leading in 27.
Trends uploaded by the Election Commission showed that the PDP was ahead in five seats in the Union territory while the Independents were leading on seven seats. As the trends showed the NC ahead of its rivals, NC vice president Omar Abdullah asserted there should be no “fiddling” with the mandate of the people in Jammu and Kashmir.
Omar Abdullah will be the chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, his father and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah announced as the party looked on course to come to power in the union territory with ally Congress. “Omar Abdullah will be the chief minister,” the senior Abdullah told reporters when asked who would be the alliance’s CM face.
Omar Abdullah, the former Chief Minister won Budgam seat in Jammu and Kashmir by defeating Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party’s (JKPDP) Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi with a margin of 18,485 votes.
The NC president also said the verdict was proof that the people of J-K were against the abrogation of Article 370. “The people have given their verdict and proven that the decisions taken on August 5, 2019 are not acceptable to them,” he said.
“I am thankful to everyone that the people participated in the polls and did so freely. I am grateful to God for the results.” The former Union minister said the elected government would have to do a lot of work to end the “sufferings” of the people.
“After 10 years the people have given their mandate to us. We pray to Allah that we meet their expectations…It will not be ‘police raj’ here but ‘logon ka raj’ here. We will try to bring out the innocent persons who are jailed. Media will be free. We have to develop trust between Hindus and Muslims. I am hopeful that INDIA alliance partners will fight with us to restore statehood here…”, he said.
“We have to end unemployment and address issues like inflation and drug menace. Now, there will be no LG and his advisors. Now, there will be 90 MLAs who will work for people,” he added.

Talking about Mahesh Babu’s reaction to the Maa Nanna Superhero trailer, Sudheer said, “We sent a rough cut of the trailer to Mahesh, and he responded by saying, ‘Looking good.’ After watching the final trailer, he appreciated it a lot, saying it touched his heart. He also found the dialogue at the end, which includes Mahesh Babu’s name, very funny. Usually, Mahesh doesn’t express much to me, so his praise and even the few words and symbols he used in the message made me really happy.”
NC Emerges As single-Largest party In J&K, BJP Leading In Haryana
The National Conference-Congress alliance has taken the lead on over 45 plus seats in Jammu and Kashmir, while the BJP is leading on 24 seats, according to initial trends.
Prominent among those leading are National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah, Pradesh Congress president Tariq Hameed Karra, AICC general secretary Ghulam Ahmad Mir and CPI(M) leader M Y Tarigami and BJP’s former minister Sham Lal Sharma.
It’s neck-and-neck in Haryana as the numbers keep flipping to the Congress or the BJP’s favour every hour. As things stand currently, the BJP leads in 46 seats, closely followed by the Congress, that leads in 40.
In Haryana, both the Congress and BJP have big names trailing. For the BJP, its chief minister Nayab Singh Saini and six-time MLA Anil Vij who trail their Congress counterparts. Meanwhile, Vinesh Phogat is also trailing from the Julana constituency.
After an intense first 2 hours of counting, where Haryana saw both the Congress and BJP leading at points, the saffron party looks to extend its lead. The BJP, as numbers stand, leads in 46 seats, while the Congress leads in 37.
The vote counting in the assembly elections in Haryana began at 8 am on Tuesday and the much-awaited election results for the 90 seats will be out in a few hours. The state recorded 67.9 per cent voter turnout in the polls.
Jammu and Kashmir, which voted for the first time in a decade recently, will get its first elected government as a Union Territory once the votes are counted on Tuesday.
Ahead of the counting, National Conference President Farooq Abdullah said his party is open to taking support of rival Mehbooba Mufti’s PDP if required. His statement came after the exit polls hinted at a hung assembly.
Mufti, on the other hand, said PDP leadership will take a call on supporting a secular front only after the results are declared.
This comes as the Lieutenant Governor nominated BJP members or associates to the five reserved seats in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. Abdullah said his party would approach the Supreme Court if the BJP-led Centre went ahead with the nominations.
No mention of Visakha Steel, Tirupati Laddu In PM Modi- CM Chandrababu Meet!
In the meeting held by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, the contentious issues of Visakhapatnam steel and Tirupati laddu row did not seem to be figured at all? As in his post after the meeting CM Chandrababu did not mention these issues, it is not known whether he did not mention or PM Modi did not respond in this regard?
After the meeting, CM Chandrababu stated in his X post that “a fruitful meeting was held with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I thanked him for the Cabinet’s approval of the revised cost estimates of the Polavaram project. I explained to him the developments taking place in the state. I thanked the Central Government for its support and assurance in matters related to the financial stress faced by the state. I appreciated his support for the capital city of Amaravati.”
Moreover, nothing about the row over adulteration of Tirupati Laddu’s ghee also not mentioned in Chief Minister’s X post. Observers felt that the Chief Minister would have mentioned both these issues certainly with PM Modi, as those are the most contentious issues at present in the state. But, the Prime Minister is likely to avoid any response on such issues.
Along with Chandrababu, many state ministers have accused YCP leaders of being involved in the ghee adulteration and in the subsequent developments. As this was the first visit of CM Chandrababu after laddu’s row, TDP sources felt that he would have certainly tried to bring to the notice of the PM. Incidentally, except BJP chief and Health Minister JP Nadda on the very first day except speaking to CM Chandrababu, no senior union minister till now responded on this issue.
After this issue of adulteration, the fight against privatization of Visakhapatnam steel became a topic of discussion in the state. The workers are extremely angry with the developments taking place in the steel industry under the orders of the Central Government. They are getting ready for more heated battles than ever in recent times.
They are insisting that the central government should back off from the privatization of the steel plant and expecting a categorical assurance from Prime Minister Modi himself. As this matter has been a topic of discussion in the state for a few days, there have been reports that Chief Minister Chandrababu is likely to take this matter to the attention of the Prime Minister.
On the other hand, the Chief Minister is scheduled to meet several Union Ministers on Tuesday. It is noteworthy that there is no steel minister in the list of ministers Babu will meet, even though there is a possibility of speaking on the steel industry of Visakhapatnam on this occasion.
Mumbai Actress Jethwani Told The Court conspiracy Against Her planted In The CM Jagan’s office
Mumbai actress Kadambari Jethwani testified before the judge that she was intimidated by filing a false case against her during the previous regime. In the statement, she mentioned the names of the police officers who registered a false case against her. Moreover, she alleged that the seed of this conspiracy was planted in the then Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s office.
She revealed that the then Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu had summoned the then Vijayawada Police Commissioner Kanti Rana Tata and DCP Vishal Gunni on January 31. It was YCP leader Kukkala Vidyasagar, who registered a false case against her at the Ibrahimpatnam police station, after colluding with those three police officers, she added.
The actress further testified in the court that Vishal Gunni’s team had booked flight tickets to Mumbai even before registering the FIR. The Magistrate recorded her statement in Vijayawada Principal Junior Civil Juddi Court. Along with her, another witness, Goriparthi Srinivasa Rao statement was also recorded.
Jethwani claimed that the case was registered at the Ibrahimpatnam police station as part of a move to force her for withdraw the rape case she filed against an industrialist in Mumbai. She said it was part of the conspiracy to come to Mumbai and arrest her and her parents immediately after registering the FIR.
She said that male police officers interrogated her for a long time from 8 am to 12 midnight in police custody. ACP Hanumantha Rao and Inspector Kashi Vishwanath were interrogated. Jethwani revealed that they threatened her to withdraw the Mumbai case.
Jethwani also revealed that YCP leader Vidyasagar created a fake agreement document and spun a story. She said that he had developed a grudge against her as she rejected his marriage proposal way back in 2015.
During the arrest of her parents in Mumbai, she alleged that the then investigating officer Satyanarayana, Inspectors Sridhar, Srinu, Additional DCP Ramanamurthy, SI Sharif, Durga etc. have misbehaved with her.
Jethwani said that since January 31, the movements of her phone have been tracked. She also stated that the police showed her temporary driver as a relative and as if they informed him (relative) about her arrest.
In her statement to the Magistrate, she stated that the false case registered by the police on the basis of bogus documents and false witnesses has damaged her honor and reputation.
Center Released Rs 2,800 crore For Polavaram Project
As per the promise given in the AP Reorganization Act, the central government has released funds of Rs.2,800 crore for the Polavaram project. However, the clear information under which this amount has been released is yet to be known.
According to the project officials, Rs.800 crores have been released under reimbursement of old dues and Rs.2,000 crores as advance for undertaking the works. It is known that Polavaram was declared as a national project in 2014 during the bifurcation of the combined States.
After the bifurcation of the state, the construction work of the project was taken up by the state government. If the funds are spent first and the works are done, after the bills are sent, the center will examine them and release the funds step by step.
The central government last month approved the new DPR of the project with a cost of Rs 30,436 crore after the formation of the new government in the state. With this, there is an opportunity to get an additional amount of Rs.12,157 crores from the Center in addition to the previously given funds.
The Center has given a green signal to sanction Rs.6,000 crores in the current financial year and Rs.6,157 crores in the next year. But, the officials say that up to Rs.7,000 crores are needed in the current financial year.
Meanwhile, dues of Rs.1,615.47 crore are due from the Center in connection with the Polavaram project works. However, while the government has completed works worth Rs 1,615.47 crore, only Rs 800 crore has been paid to the contractor. Moreover, according to the old DPR, there was no opportunity to give those funds.
Now with the approval of the new DPR, there is flexibility to take funds. With this, it is reported that the state government has already paid and reimbursed Rs 800 crore. In addition to this, Polavaram officials believe that Rs.2,000 crores will be given as an immediate advance.
Also, during his meeting with the Prime MInister on Monday evening, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has requested to restart the Polavaram project and to start the new diaphragm wall work in November as soon as the flood recedes and complete it by summer.
Emraan Hashmi Injured During Action Scene on G2 Set
Adivi Sesh’s film Goodachari was a well-known success, and now its sequel G2 is in the works. Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist, while Banita Sandhu takes on the lead role, with Madhu Shalini and Supriya Yarlagadda in key supporting roles. The movie is currently being shot at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. During the filming of some action scenes, Emraan Hashmi suffered an injury. While performing a jumping sequence, his neck was slightly cut, causing some bleeding, and the shoot had to take a brief break. Doctors immediately treated Emraan’s injury.
