Farmers Happy with Krishna Water In Handri Niva Canals

Farmers are happy with the digging of Krishna water in the Handriniva canals in combined Anantapur district. During the previous YSRCP government, even though the water was flowing from the fields, they were unable to fill the ponds. At present the coalition government has planned to fill all the ponds in the combined Anantapur districts.

Due to the mercy of Lord Varuna, more than 50 percent of the ponds were filled. At that time, the government didn’t respond even though it was complaining that a key YCP leader from Chittoor district politicized water for votes by doing injustice to the farmers lf Anantapur by  diverting the cultivated water.

At present the coalition government has directed the authorities to fill 214 ponds in the district with Krishna water. During the five years of the YSRCP government, farmers here faced severe irrigation problems. The paddy farmers faced difficulties as the then Jagan government did not provide funds for the irrigation sector.

The YSRCP government has failed to irrigate the fields despite abundant rains. The coalition government that has come to power has directed the authorities to divert the water of Krishna and Tungabhadra to the canals as per the plan and fill the reservoirs and ponds everywhere.

Handriniva and HCL canals are the heart of the combined Anantapur district. Apart from satisfying the thirst of the people, they irrigate the crops of the farmers. The TDP government has already paid special attention to these canals which are of such priority.

Due to abundant rains in the Krishna and Tungabhadra river basins, water had to be released from all the reservoirs on the respective rivers. There are 214 ponds in the combined Anantapur district that have the potential to recharge the Krishna waters through the Handri Neeva canal.

Farmers, who say that they have faced many problems for irrigation in the past, are appealing to the coalition government to recognize their problems and provide water to both crops. Water Resources Department Engineers say that Handri Neeva water will be given to all the remaining ponds except the rain fed ponds.

 Kiran Abbavaram’s Latest Film ‘K’ Set For Diwali Release As A Telugu-Only Project

Tollywood young hero Kiran Abbavaram’s latest film ‘K’ is all set to release as a Diwali treat. Directed by the duo Sujit and Sandeep, the film is a period thriller, and the team has been busy with promotions. Initially planned for a pan-India release, the makers are now focusing on launching the film only in Telugu states.

Kiran Abbavaram recently shared in a media interaction that despite actor Dulquer Salmaan initially coming on board to distribute K in Malayalam, the simultaneous release of his film ‘Lucky Bhaskar’ has led to a change in plans. Additionally, due to the unavailability of theaters, K will not release in Tamil Nadu either.

For now, the team has confirmed that K will release exclusively in Telugu. Produced under Kiran Abbavaram’s home banner, K Productions, the film stars Tanvi Ram and Nayan Sarika as the leading ladies.

Telangana’s Indiramma Housing Scheme Set To Launch Soon

Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy says the much-awaited Indiramma Housing Scheme is shortly going to be launched with only the finalization of the list of beneficiaries remaining. At a review meeting on October 26, the minister unveiled a new mobile app meant for increasing transparency in the selection process for this ambitious housing scheme.

Minister Reddy said that the government was planning to hand over houses to all eligible poor families in the state. He said that numerous upgrades have been made to the app and that it will be available next week. One key feature will be making the app available in Telugu, as it will help improve services to the rural segments and make sure that technology is put into practice properly while selecting the beneficiaries and for the allotment of homes.

Indiramma Housing Scheme is one of the six guarantees made by the Congress party in campaigns preceding the Telangana Assembly elections. One of the promises made by the Congress party to the low-income masses in the state is the financial support that this scheme promises to the eligible beneficiaries for building their homes. The government promised to provide the required financial support of ₹5 lakh to the beneficiary and, in case the beneficiary does not possess land, also give the land in order to build homes under the scheme.

The much-promised Indiramma Housing Scheme will soon meet the world, as residents of Telangana eagerly await the government to fulfill this promise of offering a house to every single one among them. On the horizon, therefore, comes the app and the scheme that will see tremendous steps by the state in housing needs for its poorest residents.

Chandrababu set-Up cabinet sub-committee on price control And Market Interventions

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has taken a key decision on price control and market interventions. The government has set up a ministerial committee on price control and market interventions. A committee of ministers has been formed under the leadership of Civil Supplies Minister Nadendla Manohar.

According to the government, Agriculture Minister Achchennaidu, Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav, Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav and Ex-Officio Secretary of Civil Supplies Department will be the convener of the committee. It has issued orders to conduct a study on why the prices of essential commodities and vegetables are suddenly increasing.

The government also instructed the committee to make recommendations on the measures to be taken to reduce the prices of essentials and vegetables. It also ordered to study the aspects related to production, supply, demand, prices, crop patterns, exports and imports. It said that a report should be given on the measures to be taken to ensure that the consumers get essential items and vegetables at affordable prices.

It has issued instructions to submit a report to the government for designing the necessary mechanism to bring the prices under control. Orders to establish a database on these issues so that decisions can be taken quickly. It has been revealed that instructions should be given to set up a price control fund on a permanent basis to implement market intervention when prices rise.

It suggested studying the recommendations given by the Committee of Officials on price rise, control and market interventions. The government also sought recommendations on the implementation of long and short term plans regarding production, supply and storage of food crops and essentials.

Orders have been issued to prepare a price control plan throughout the year through the use of modern technology in production and storage. A meeting was ordered with farmers, millers, Chamber of Commerce, food grains, pulses, cooking oil dealers, exporters and importers. After the study, the AP government has issued instructions to the committee of ministers to submit a comprehensive report for further decision.

Srikakulam: In a move to ease travel for Ayyappa devotees, Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu announced that those observing Ayyappa Deeksha may now carry their irumudi as cabin luggage rather than checking it in. Previously restricted for security reasons, this exemption will be in effect until January 20, allowing devotees to keep the irumudi with them during their journey. The minister made this announcement on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday and later confirmed it in a press conference held in Srikakulam.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, convened on Saturday for a session spanning over four hours, during which several significant decisions were made.

‘చిన్న పామునైనా సరే పెద్ద కర్రతో కొట్టాలి’ అనే సిద్ధాంతాన్ని అమలు చేస్తున్నారు మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి! తమ కుటుంబ ఆస్తుల పంపకానికి సంబంధించిన వివాదం చిన్నదే అయినప్పటికీ దాని గురించి ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం ఏ కంపెనీల ట్రిబ్యునల్ లో అయితే పిటిషన్ వేశారో.. ఆ న్యాయస్థానం కూడా చిన్నదే అయినప్పటికీ జగన్ మాత్రం చాలా సీరియస్ గా తీసుకుంటున్నారు. చిన్న పామునైనా పెద్దకర్రతో కొట్టాలి అన్నట్లుగా ఈ చిన్న కేసు విషయంలో తమ వాదనలు వినిపించడానికి ఏకంగా సుప్రీంకోర్టులో పేరుమోసిన న్యాయవాదులను కార్యరంగంలోకి తెస్తున్నారు.

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి మీద ఉన్న అవినీతి కేసులు, సిబిఐ ఈడి కేసులను గతంలో సుప్రీంకోర్టులో ఎంతో అనుభవం ఉన్న సీనియర్ న్యాయవాదులు వాదించారు. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన తర్వాత ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున వేసిన అనేక కేసుల విషయంలో కూడా సుప్రీంకోర్టు ప్రముఖ న్యాయవాదుల సేవలను వాడుకున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు ఆయన సొంత కుటుంబ వివాదం కోర్టుకెక్కింది. దీనిని పరిష్కరించడానికి ఆషామాషీగా వ్యవహరించకూడదని జగన్ అనుకుంటున్నారు.

చిన్న వివాదమే అయినా సరే ఒకేసారి దీనికి ఫుల్ స్టాప్ పెట్టేయాలని జగన్ అనుకుంటున్నారు. అందుకే ఢిల్లీకి చెందిన న్యాయనిపుణులతో మంతనాలు సాగిస్తున్నట్టు సమాచారం. తాజాగా బెంగుళూరు యలహంక ప్యాలెస్ కు వెళ్లిన జగన్.. అక్కడినుంచి న్యాయనిపుణులతో చర్చలు సాగిస్తున్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇప్పటినుంచే సుప్రీం న్యాయవాదుల్ని రంగంలోకి దించడానికి మరో కారణం కూడా ఉన్నదని పార్టీ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.

ట్రిబ్యునల్ లో ఈ పిటిషన్ నెగ్గుతుందనే నమ్మకం జగన్ కు కూడా లేదని, ఇక్కడ కేసు వీగిపోయిన తరువాత హైకోర్టులో అప్పీలు చేసుకోవాల్సి వస్తుందని.. అప్పటికైనా సుప్రీం న్యాయవాదుల అవసరం పడుతుందని ఆయన ముందే ఫిక్సయినట్టుగా చెబుతున్నారు. అందుకే ఇప్పుడే  బాగా సీనియర్లను రంగంలోకి దించుతున్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది.

Sharmila Responds Strongly to Y.V. Subba Reddy’s Remarks on Asset Dispute

Y.V. Subba Reddy remarked yesterday, saying, “If Sharmila’s claim of a share in Jagan’s assets were true, the ED would have already filed cases against her.” In response, Sharmila reacted sharply, accusing Subba Reddy of questioning whether names alone warrant property shares. She pointed out that she named her son after Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy’s father, Raja Reddy.

Sharmila questioned, “If the assets are mine, should I go to jail too? And if the assets belong to Bharati, should she go to jail?” She went on to say that it would have been better if Subba Reddy had thought more carefully before making such statements. “Disputes may arise in every family, but has anyone dragged their own mother to court? Is taking one’s mother to court a common family dispute?” Sharmila asked, criticizing Jagan’s actions.

She added, “My mother and I endured a lot for Jagan’s benefit. I undertook padayatras in two elections for him, once walking as far as 3,200 kilometers. I ask the YSRCP cadre, what mistake did I make?”

Reflecting further, Sharmila questioned, “I went through so much for Jagan… but what has he done for me? I held onto MoU documents related to the assets for five years but never used them, despite the challenges. I never spoke ill of the YS family. Who is responsible for dragging Vijayamma to court? Isn’t it outrageous that her own son did this? My mother now wonders if she’s alive just to witness this sorrow.”

She concluded with a strong message to the YSRCP members, “If Jagan thinks someone is beneficial, he will use them. If not, he will crush them. The YSRCP cadre should decide if he is their leader or just a tyrant.”

కుటుంబ ఆస్తులలో షర్మిలకు రావాల్సిన వాటాల గురించి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఒక ఒప్పందపత్రం ఎంఓయూ రాసి ఇచ్చారు. 2019 ఎన్నికలు పూర్తయిపోయిన తర్వాత.. ఆ ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రచారానికి చెల్లెలిని కూడా బాగా వాడుకున్న తరువాత.. ఆమె ద్వారా మరియు అమ్మ ద్వారా సాగించిన ఎన్నికల ప్రచారం కూడా ఉపయోగపడి తాను ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన తర్వాత.. జగన్ ఇక వారి అవసరం లేదని అనుకున్నారు. తాను వేస్తున్న బిస్కట్ పథకాల ప్రభావంతో.. మరో ముప్ఫయ్యేళ్లపాటు తానే ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా అలరారుతూ ఉంటానని ఆశపడ్డారు. అందుకే చెల్లెలిని వదిలించుకోదలచి.. ఆమెకు ఆస్తులలో వాటాలు పెడుతూ ఒక ఎంఓయూ సంతకం చేసి ఇచ్చారు.

ఈడీ ఎటాచ్ మెంట్ లో ఉన్న ఆస్తులన్నింటిలో వాటాలు ఇస్తూ.. అన్నీ క్లియర్ అయిన తర్వాత అందులో వాటాలు ఇస్తాననేది దాని సారాంశం.ఈ ఎంఓయూమీద అన్నా చెల్లెళ్లు ఇద్దరూ సంతకాలు చేశారు. వారి బాబాయి వైవీ సుబ్బారెడ్డి సాక్షి సంతకం చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు వివాదం ట్రిబ్యునల్ దాకా వెళ్లిన తర్వాత.. పాపం షర్మిల సాక్షి సంతకం చేసిన పెద్దమనిషిగా బాబాయి న్యాయం చేస్తారని భావించారు. కాకపోతే ఆయన జగన్ కోటరీలోని చిలుకలాగా మాట్లాడుతూ.. చంద్రబాబు కుట్రలో భాగంగా మారి షర్మిల గొడవ చేస్తున్నట్టుగా ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో ఆరోపించారు. దీనిపై షర్మిల భోరున విలపించడం గమనార్హం. జగన్ ఇచ్చిన పదవుల ద్వారా సంపాదించుకున్న బాబాయి.. ఆయనకు అనుకూలంగా మాట్లాడడం వింత కాదని ఆమె వాపోతున్నారు.

తాను చెప్పిందంతా నిజమేనని తాను బిడ్డల మీద ప్రమాణం చేస్తానని, వైవీ సుబ్బారెడ్డి కూడా అలా ప్రమాణం చేయగలరా అని షర్మిల సవాలు విసురుతున్నారు. అయితే వైవీ సుబ్బారెడ్డి ప్రమాణాలు అంటేనే తెగ భయం అనే సంగతి ఆమె గుర్తించారోలేదో! తిరుమల లడ్డూ నెయ్యి వివాదం అంతగా ముదిరినా సరే.. అప్పట్లో తానే ఛైర్మన్ అయినా వైవీ ప్రమాణం చేయలేదు. భూమన చేసినా కూడా తాను చేయలేదు. ప్రమాణం అంటే  భయపడ్డారు. అలాంటిది.. చాలా స్పష్టంగా అబద్ధాలు చెబుతున్న ఈ కుటుంబ ఆస్తుల గొడవలో బిడ్డల మీద ప్రమాణం చేసి చెప్పడం సాధ్యమేనా? అని ప్రజలు అనుకుంటున్నారు.

ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల విషయంలో రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న రెండు ప్రధాన పార్టీలలో పరస్పర విరుద్ధమైన, పూర్తి భిన్నమైన వాతావరణం కనిపిస్తోంది. ఒక వైపు అధికార ఎన్డీయే కూటమిలోని తెలుగుదేశం అభ్యర్థులను ప్రకటించి.. వారి విజయం కోసం కార్యకర్తల సమావేశాలు కూడా నిర్వహిస్తూ.. వారికి స్ఫూర్తి ఇవ్వడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుండగా.. అదే సమయంలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో కనీసం ఎన్నికలకు సంబంధించిన కనీస కసరత్తు కూడా కనిపించడం లేదు. ఆ పార్టీ మొత్తం జగన్ ఆస్తుల గొడవ గురించి మాట్లాడుకోవడంతోనే సరిపోతోంది.

ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో రెండు పట్టభద్ర ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాలకు ఎన్నికలు జరగబోతున్నాయి. కృష్ణా-గుంటూరు, ఉభయ గోదావరి జిల్లాల పట్టభద్ర స్థానాలకు ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికలు జరుగుతాయి. ఈ రెండు స్థానాలకు ఆలపాటి రాజేంద్రప్రసాద్, పేరాబత్తుల రాజశేఖర్ లను అభ్యర్థులుగా తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ప్రకటించింది.ఇప్పుడు వీరిని గెలిపించుకోవడానికి సంబంధించిన కసరత్తును పార్టీ ప్రారంభించింది. గత ఎన్నికల్లో కూటమిలోని మూడు పార్టీలను సరిగ్గా సమన్వయం చేసుకోవడం వల్లనే.. 93 శాతం సీట్లు సాధించాం అని చంద్రబాబునాయుడు తన పార్టీ శ్రేణులకు దిశా నిర్దేశం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు కూడా అదే రీతిగా తెలుగుదేశం నాయకులు జనసేన, బిజెపి నాయకులతో కూడా స్థానికంగా సమన్వయం చేసుకుని ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల్లో రెండు సీట్లను కూడా మంచి మెజారిటీతో దక్కించుకోవాలని అంటున్నారు.

ఈ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికలకు సంబంధించి నవంబరు 6వ తేదీన ఓటర్ల నమోదు కార్యక్రమం పూర్తవుతుంది. తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం ఈ అయిదేళ్లు పదవీకాలంలో 20 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాల కల్పన అనే లక్ష్యంతో అడుగులు వేస్తున్నదనే వాస్తవాన్ని యువతరానికి  తెలియజెబుతూ.. డిగ్రీ చదివిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరినీ కూడా ఓటరుగా నమోదు చేయించేలా పార్టీ శ్రేణులు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పనిచేయాలని చంద్రబాబునాయుడు వారికి సూచిస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం మంచిగా పనిచేస్తూ సరైన సేవలు అందించడం ఎంత ముఖ్యమూ, తాము చేస్తున్న పని గురించి ప్రజల్లోకి ప్రచారం చేసుకోవడం కూడా అంతే ముఖ్యమని చంద్రబాబు అంటున్నారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, నాలుగునెలల్లో తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలు, పాలసీలు అన్నింటిగురించి ప్రజల్లో చర్చ జరిగేలా చూస్తే తమ పార్టీ పట్ల ప్రజాదరణ అదే పెరుగుతుందని ఆయన సూచిస్తున్నారు.
