Minister Nara Lokesh Invites U.S. Investors To Andhra Pradesh

During the term of the previous YSRCP government, a vast majority of domestic and international investors abandoned Andhra Pradesh. The present coalition government is working energetically to get back the ones who have gone and also to attract new ones. This week, Minister Nara Lokesh went to the United States and interacted with potential investors in San Francisco and marketed Andhra Pradesh as an ideal destination for business.

He had presentations on discussions with American industrialists, especially those that are shifting from India to the State of Andhra Pradesh, focusing on the gains that one reaps after investing in Andhra Pradesh. He notes the transport infrastructure of the state is excellent, particularly with water, road, and air connectivity, which cannot be rivaled by any other state. He added that Andhra Pradesh boasts having road access along approximately 1,000 kilometers of coastline, which is ideal for many business ventures.

Lokesh says that the Amaravathi capital region is envisaged as a great growth area, where there are $3 billion of public sector investments and $4.5 billion of private sector investment allocations for construction and development projects. He spoke about new greenfield ports that are supposed to come up in Machilipatnam, Ramayapatnam, Kakinada, and Mulapeta.

Looking ahead, Lokesh shared that Bhogapuram International Airport will come up in the next one and a half years; when completed, this is going to herald big time economic activities in the place. The plan is to establish AI University in Amaravati as well, which would provide a talented workforce for the ever-bursting AI industry in the state.

Minister Lokesh motivated the investors to come to Andhra Pradesh by promising them good business conditions there and opportunities to be developed for growth and innovations.

కర్ణాటకలోని కాంగ్రెస్ ఉద్ధండులతో వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి కుటుంబానికి చాలా దగ్గరి సంబంధాలు ఉన్నాయి. వైఎస్సార్ పట్ల వారిలో గౌరవం ఉంది. దాన్ని బట్టి ఆయన పిల్లలతో సత్సంబంధాలు ఉన్నాయి. వైఎస్ షర్మిల తెలంగాణలో ఒక విఫల పార్టీని నడిపిన తర్వాత.. దానిని కాంగ్రెసులో విలీనం చేయడానికి కీలకంగా వ్యవహరించినది కూడా కర్ణాటక కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలోని ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి డీకే శివకుమార్ అనే వాదన ఉంది. ఆమెను ఏపీసీసీ సారథి చేయడం వెనుక కూడా ఆయన హస్తం ఉన్నదని అంటూ ఉంటారు. అయితే అదే డీకే శివకుమార్ తో వైఎస్ జగన్ కు కూడా అత్యంత సన్నిహిత సంబంధాలున్నాయి. ఈ కన్నడ సంబంధాలు ఇప్పుడు ఏపీ రాజకీయాల్లో అన్నా చెల్లెళ్ల తగాదాను కొంత మేర ప్రభావితం చేస్తున్నాయా? అనే అనుమానం ప్రజల్లో కలుగుతోంది.

సాధారణంగా పీసీసీ చీఫ్ ను ఏమైనా నిందిస్తే.. ఆ పార్టీ వారు ఆమెకు మద్దతుగా గళం విప్పాలి. ఆమె రాష్ట్ర పార్టీకి సారథి అయినప్పుడు.. ఆమెకు అండగా పలువురు ముందుకు రావాలి. అలాగని.. రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకులకు దిక్కులేని పార్టీలాగా అయిపోలేదు. ఆ పార్టీకి ప్రజల్లో బలం, ఓట్లు లేకపోవచ్చు గానీ.. అంతో ఇంతో నాయకులు పుష్కలంగానే ఉన్నారు. వైఎస్ఆర్ జమానా నాటి నాయకులు రఘువీరారెడ్డి, చింతామోహన్, శైలజానాధ్, గిడుగు రుద్రరాజు, పల్లం రాజు, హర్షకుమార్, తదితర నాయకులు ఎందరో ఉన్నారు. అందరికంటె మించి.. వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి స్వయంగా తన ఆత్మ అని చెప్పుకున్న కేవీపీ రామచంద్రరావు లాంటి వారు కూడా ఉన్నారు. కానీ వారెవ్వరూ కూడా రష్మిలకు అనుకూలంగా ఒక్క మాట మాట్లాడలేదు. దీనిని బట్టి.. ఈ వ్యవహారం ఆమె సొంత గొడవ అనీ.. అందులో పార్టీ జోక్యం చేసుకోకూడదని అధిష్ఠానం నిర్ణయించిందా? అనే అభిప్రాయం పలువురిలో కలుగుతోంది.

ఇదే సమయంలో.. పార్టీ అలా నిర్ణయించేలా జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డే తన బెంగుళూరు సంబంధాల ద్వారా చక్రం తిప్పారా? అనే అనుమానాలు కూడా పలువురికి కలుగుతున్నాయి. డీకే శివకుమార్ ద్వారా.. ఏపీ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులు ఎవ్వరూ తమ కుటుంబ వ్యవహారంలో కామెంట్లు చేయకుండా ఒక అప్రకటిత నిబంధన విధింపజేశారా? ఆ రకంగా షర్మిలను ఒంటరి చేశారా? అనే అభిప్రాయం పలువురికి కలుగుతోంది.
జగన్  కక్ష కడితే గనుక.. సంపూర్ణంగా ఆమె పతనం చూడడానికి నిర్ణయించుకుంటారని.. కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీలో కూడా ఆమెకు భవిష్యత్తు లేకుండా చేయగలరని కూడా కొన్ని వాదనలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. షర్మిల వలన పార్టీకి గొప్పగా వచ్చే మేలు ఏమీ లేదని కాంగ్రెస్ కు గత ఎన్నికల్లోనే స్పష్టత వచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు ఆమెను వదిలించుకున్నా కూడా ఆశ్చర్యం లేదని పలువురు విశ్లేషిస్తున్నారు. అలా జరిగితే, అందులో కూడా జగన్ హస్తం ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఆశ్చర్యం లేదంటున్నారు.

Amrapali Appointed As AP Tourism Development Corporation MD

Recently, IAS officer Amrapali, who was relieved from Telangana and joined Andhra Pradesh, has been given a new posting by the coalition government. Amrapali has been appointed as the Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation. Additionally, she has been entrusted with full additional responsibilities as the CEO of the AP Tourism Corporation. The orders to this effect were issued by AP Chief Secretary Neerab Kumar.

It is noteworthy that several IAS officers recently moved from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh. Along with Amrapali, Vakati Karuna and Vani Prasad have also reported in AP, and they were given their respective postings.

Vakati Karuna has been appointed as the Commissioner for Medical, Health, and Family Welfare, and she has also been assigned additional responsibilities as the Director of the National Health Mission. Vani Prasad has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Labour Department. Additionally, G. Vani Mohan, currently serving as the Commissioner of the Department of Archaeology, has been transferred to the General Administration Department as the Principal Secretary of Service Affairs.

The Janwada Farm House Rave Party case is creating political uproar in Telangana. Police are hunting for BRS working president KTR’s brother-in-law Raj Pakala, who is accused in the case. The Excise Police conducted inspections at Raj Pakala’s brother Shailender’s villa in Rayadurgam’s Orion Villas.

Before that, there was an argument between the police and BRS leaders.BRS MLAs and MLCs stopped the Excise Police going into the villa. The situation became tense. They got into an argument with the police about how they could conduct inspections without a search warrant. The police arrested several BRS leaders including Maganti Gopinath, Vivekananda and Balka Suman.

Meanwhile, BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao telephoned DGP Jitender and inquired about the Janwada Farm House Party controversy. He asked about details about police raids on houses of Raj Pakala and Shailender and questioned how the police could conduct house inspections without a search warrant? He asked the DGP to stop the inspections immediately.

Former minister Vemula Prashant Reddy accused the Revanth Reddy government of conspiring to be unable to face KTR politically. He lamented that they were searching Raj Pakala’s house in Gachibowli as they could not find anything in Janwada.

He said that they are trying to harass family members to take revenge on KTR. He alleged that the police went into Raj Pakala’s house and planted something and tried to file a case. He said that they have information that Congress government leaders are monitoring this case.

Former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav alleged that as KTR is aggressively questioning anti-people acts of Revanth Reddy’s government, they are targeting him. He wandered over a police search in Raj Pakala’s house and asked how far it is from Janwada Farm House? He deplored the police harassing him as he is brother-in-law of KTR.

Strongly condemning the police attitude, former minister T Harish Rao accused that when people can’t face their opponents directly,  they target their families.

“The Congress govt couldn’t face KTR and that’s why they are resorting to cheap politics. I condemn the vindictive politics and defection tactics being followed by the Revanth Reddy government, including the illegal arrest of BRS MLAs and party cadre”, he added. With these arrests Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Mohabbat ka Dukan’ has been completely exposed, he added.

Speaking to the media, he mentioned, “Balakrishna’s show Unstoppable continues to achieve remarkable success, and following the phenomenal response to the first episode of Season 4, featuring AP CM Chandrababu Naidu as the chief guest, I wanted to seek Lord Venkateswara’s blessings.”

Discussing future film plans, Ravi revealed, “I am looking forward to directing films with Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja. Once Vishwambhara is completed, we plan to begin work with Chiranjeevi. Audiences have enjoyed his dance and action performances, but they also appreciate his roles in socially relevant films. When major actors tackle these themes, they bring awareness to wider audiences, and we aim to create such a project with him. Currently, I’m also working as a writer on a Hindi film and will remain engaged with Unstoppable for the next few months.”

Ravi, who gained recognition as a screenwriter with films like Khadgam, Satyam, and Tulasi, made his directorial debut with Wanted, starring Gopichand, and later directed Jawaan with Sai Dharam Tej. He has also acted in films such as Krack, *hamaka, and Mr. Bachchan.

ఆస్తుల్లో నలుగురు చిన్న బిడ్డలకు సమాన వాటా ఉంటుందన్న వైఎస్ఆర్ మాండేట్ అబద్ధం అని మీ బిడ్డల మీద మీ ప్రమాణం చేసి చెప్పగలరా? అని విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని షర్మిల సూటిగా ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు. మీరు చదివింది జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి స్క్రిప్ట్ కాదని చెప్పగలరా? ప్రమాణం చేయగలరా? అని  నిలదీస్తున్నారు! వైయస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి మరణానికి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కారణం అంటూ విజయసాయిరెడ్డి అడ్డగోలుగా నింద వేస్తే ముమ్మాటికి కాంగ్రెస్ కారణం కానేకాదని ఆమె ఖండిస్తున్నారు.

చనిపోయిన తర్వాత చార్జిషీట్లో వైయస్సార్ పేరు చేర్పించడం ద్వారా ఆయనకు ద్రోహం చేసింది జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అని షర్మిల దెప్పిపొడుస్తున్నారు. తన సొంత ప్రయోజనాల కోసం తల్లిని కూడా కోర్టు కీడ్చిన జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి విషపు నాగు లాంటివాడని ఆమె అంటున్నారు. చంద్రబాబును తన బిడ్డ పెళ్లికి ఆహ్వానిస్తే దానికి కూడా విపరీత అర్ధాలు తీసే మీలాంటి వాళ్లకు సంస్కారం ఉందని ఎలా అనుకోవాలి అంటూ ఆమె విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని కడిగిపారేశారు.

Two New Flights Launch Between Visakhapatnam And Vijayawada

Visakhapatnam Airport is excited to announce the addition of two new flight services connecting Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, providing a boost to local travelers. This decision comes in response to the growing number of passengers utilizing this route. Currently, only one flight operates daily, leading to increased demand and higher advance bookings. To better meet this demand, airport officials have decided to expand the flight offerings.

Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu will commission new services today, Sunday. Air India Express will fly from Visakhapatnam at 9:35 am and will reach Gannavaram Airport in Vijayawada by 10:35 am. The return journey would be when it leaves from Vijayawada at 7:55 pm to reach Visakhapatnam at 9:00 pm.

Further, service to the city will include flights starting from Vijayawada at 7:15 PM and coming into Visakhapatnam at 8:20 PM. This flight back into Vijayawada departs Visakhapatnam at 8:45 PM and lands by 9:50 PM.

With these two added new flights, the count of services between Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada becomes three, thus a considerably upgraded travel option is going to be available with it that will make travel quite convenient for the customers.

చంద్రబాబు కళ్ళలో ఆనందం కోసమే షర్మిల ప్రెస్మీట్లు పెడుతున్నారంటూ, చంద్రబాబుతో కలిసి ఆమె పని చేస్తున్నారంటూ.. జగన్ పట్ల మహిళల్లో వ్యతిరేకత రావడం కోసమే ఇదంతా చేస్తున్నారంటూ విజయ్ సాయి రెడ్డి అభివర్ణిస్తున్నారు. ఇంతవరకూ పరవాలేదు. వైసీపీ నాయకులు అందరూ చేస్తున్న పని ఇదే. అయితే విజయసాయిరెడ్డి నిందలు వేయడంలో కూడా తనదైన సొంత ముద్ర ఉండాలని తపన పడుతున్నారో ఏమో తెలియదు గానీ, వైయస్సార్ మరణ కారణాలను కూడా ఇప్పుడు తెరమీదకు తెస్తున్నారు.

వైయస్సార్ ఘోరమైన మరణం పొందుతారని చంద్రబాబు అన్నారట! ఆ మాట అన్నారో లేదో తర్వాతి సంగతి అలా అని పేర్కొంటూ ‘మీ తండ్రి మరణానికి కారణమైన వ్యక్తులతో చేతులు కలుపుతారా? చంద్రబాబుతో కలిసి జగన్ పై కుట్ర పడటం న్యాయమేనా? షర్మిల చేసే పనికి దిగంగత వైయస్సార్ ఆత్మ శోభించదా?’ అని విజయసాయిరెడ్డి చిత్రంగా ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు! వైఎస్సార్ మృతికి కారణమైన కాంగ్రెస్, చంద్రబాబులతో చేతులు కలుపుతారా అని ఆయన అడుగుతున్నారు. ఇతర ఆరోపణలు ఎన్ని అయినా చేయవచ్చు.. రాజకీయలేకితనానికి అవి నిదర్శనం అని మనం సరిపెట్టుకోగలం. కానీ, వైయస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి ప్రమాదవశాత్తు మరణిస్తే దానిని కూడా చంద్రబాబు చేయించిన హత్య లాగా విజయసాయిరెడ్డి మాట్లాడడం అనేది పతనానికి పరాకాష్ట లాగా కనిపిస్తోంది! మరి ఈ వ్యవహారాన్ని ఇంకా ఎన్నెన్ని మలుపులు తిప్పుతూ ఎన్ని కొత్త ఆరోపణలతో రక్తి కట్టిస్తారో వేచి చూడాలి!!

Nara Lokesh says 5 Billion Dollars Development works carried out In Capital Region

Minister Nara Lokesh said that development works worth 5 billion dollars are being carried out in Krishna and Guntur Capital Region. He said that the construction work of Amaravati will start from December and the data center of the Civil Aviation University will come up in Visakhapatnam, which is the financial capital.

Lokesh attended a round table meeting organized with industrialists under the auspices of Indian Consulate General Srikar Reddy in San Francisco, USA. Lokesh said that his government is taking steps in decentralization of development and speed of doing business. He said that the TCS company will start its operations soon.

He said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced six policies in line with the goal of providing 20 lakh jobs to the youth in the next five years. Lokesh said that Chandrababu is waiting for massive investments from expatriates. He said that there is a favorable environment for investment in the state.

He stated that the Chief Minister has decided to make Kurnool district a drone valley. He explained that plans are being made to make the combined districts of Chittoor and Kadapa an electronics hub.

Lokesh revealed that as part of decentralization of development, bio fuel eco system is being developed in Prakasam district. He  appealed to the industrialists of different fields in America to come to Andhra Pradesh and participate in the comprehensive development of the state.

In this regard, Minister Lokesh visited the central office of Equinix Data Center, a famous data services company in San Francisco, USA. The company’s Global MD Kaushik Joshi and Robert Allen, Senior Strategic Sales Engineer, explained the data services and activities provided by their company to the minister through Power Point presentation.
