The series of arrests of those who targeted several political leaders of the opposition parties on social media platforms during the previous Jaganmohan Reddy’s regime continues. Ashok Reddy, who played a key role in this matter, was arrested by Mangalagiri police on Sunday in Nizamabad, Telangana.
Later, he was produced in court and remanded for 14 days. With this, Ashok Reddy was shifted to Guntur district jail by the police. On the other hand, the trial of YSRCP leader and rowdy sheeter Borugadda Anil in Kurnool has ended. The police produced Anil before Judge Sarojanamma in the Excise Court.
Later, on the orders of the judge, Borugadda Anil was shifted to Rajahmundry Central Jail amidst heavy security. It is known that Borugadda Anil has been interrogated by the Kurnool Three Town police for the last two days on a PT warrant.
In the past, Borugadda Anil had threatened to kill TDP leader and Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. In this context, TDP ranks filed a complaint against him at the Kurnool Three Town Police Station. In this context, Borugadda Anil was detained by the police and interrogated.
Moreover, last year, senior BJP leader Y Satyakumar extended support for the capital farmers in Thullur in the capital Amaravati area. Later, while he was returning he was attacked by YCP members. Many people were injured in this incident. Due to this, the police registered a case at Thullur Police Station. Anil Kumar was accused in this case also.
Police also arrested Varra Ravinder Reddy, who had posted objectionable posts on YCP social media. However, as many YCP members were arrested in a row in this entire episode the party leader and former Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy reacted strongly on the platform of X.
