Revanth says BJP And BRS Are Same

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy alleged that both BJP and BRS are same and working in perfect collusion. He pointed out that his government has sought Governor clearance to take action against BRS working president and former minister KTR 15 days ago, but there has been no response from him so far.

The CM alleged that KTR is campaigning in Delhi to pressure the Governor not to give permission to take action against him. He asked whether this is evidence of the relationship between the BJP and BRS parties? Revanth, who participated in the Indian Express Adda program in Delhi, questioned why KCR spoke even a single word during the Maharashtra elections if KCR is against Modi?

He wondered that though NCP leader Sharad Pawar had supported KCR in the formation of Telangana state in the past,  KCR did not make a statement for Sharad Pawar’s party at least? He alleged that the Prime Minister’s Office is telling investors to go to Gujarat if they want to invest in Telangana.

He said that 17 huge investments have been moved from Maharashtra to Gujarat. Revanth Reddy lamented that this policy is not right.  He asserted that the Prime Minister should be like a judge and should not advocate for anyone.

Revanth Reddy expressed confidence that if Modi supports Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, each state can create a trillion dollar economy. The BJP government at the Center has waived off loans worth Rs. 16 lakh crore to corporate companies, but the CM alleged that the BJP would oppose if they give cylinders to the poor at a subsidy of Rs. 500.

CM Revanth alleged that only BRS and BJP leaders are making a controversy over the caste census issue. He questioned what is the objection to providing the details sought by the government when a mobile phone connection is required? The Chief Minister said that by knowing the economic and social status of the people in the society, more welfare benefits and development will be contributed to them.

He said that his government is conducting a survey for social and economic details to provide them. He questioned whether the government should know their details if reservations are to be implemented for BCs according to their population ratio.

Former Kodangal MLA Patnam Narender Reddy Arrested

Aggressively responding to villagers’ protest and attack against district collector and other officials on Monday in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s native constituency Kodangal opposing land acquisition for a pharma company, the police resorted to arrests on a massive scale. After the arrest of more than 50 villagers on Tuesday, they arrested former Kodangal MLA Patnam Narender Reddy on Wednesday.

He was taken into custody while taking a morning walk at KBR Park in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. It seems that Narender Reddy has been arrested on charges of conspiracy in the attack on the Vikarabad Collector. The police action started from midnight on Monday in Lagacharla village of Dudyala mandal of Vikarabad district after the attack on officials.

At midnight the power supply was stopped, the internet services were shut down, the doors of houses were broken and searches were conducted. About 300 policemen caught and arrested 55 people. They were taken to the police station. After the investigation, 16 farmers were remanded to court.

The court sentenced them to 14 days of judicial custody and shifted them to Parigi Sub Jail. Internet services are usually suspended in the relevant areas during religious conflicts and other major crimes. However, internet services were also suspended in the surrounding mandals following the attack during the farmers’ protest in Lagacherla.

Authorities in Dudyala, Kodangal and Bomraspet mandals completely suspended internet services. Along with Lagacherla, where pharma companies are planning to set up, there was a quiet atmosphere in Hakimpet, Polepalli, Rotibanda Thanda and Pulicherla Kunta Thandas on Tuesday. Several houses were locked.

Obstacles preventing anyone from going to Lagacherla. The police stopped the BRS team from coming to express solidarity with the victims of Lagacherla in Dudyala mandal. Checkpoints were set up to prevent anyone from going towards Lagacherla and vehicle inspections were carried out. Check posts have been set up in Parigi and Manneguda and other places.

Opposition leader Madhusudhanachari, BRS state leader RS Praveen Kumar, former MLAs of Vikarabad, Kodangal and Parigi, Methu Anand, Patnam Narender Reddy, Koppula Mahesh Reddy, former BC Commission member Subhaprad Patel and state leader Karthik Reddy were intercepted and arrested by the police in Manneguda itself, while leaving for Lagacharla from Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, SP Vikarabad SP Narayana Reddy warned that legal action will be taken against those responsible for the attack on the Collector and other officials in Dudyala Mandal Lagacharla. He said that security arrangements have been made during the public consultation of officials in Lagacharla. He said that since no farmers came to the meeting place, the collector went to Lagacharla along with the officials, and after they left, the villagers attacked the officials three times.

The police are tightening their noose in the case of YCP social media activists in AP who posted inappropriate posts on opposition leaders Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, Vangalapudi Anitha, other leaders and their family members.

The police, who have already arrested YCP social media activists Varra Ravinder Reddy, Inturi Ravikiran and some others, have issued look-out notices to some others on Tuesday based on the details they gave during the investigation.

The police are preparing to arrest the party’s social media department in-charge Sajjala Bhargav Reddy, who is responsible for the YCP social media posts. The police have formed special teams to arrest Bhargav Reddy, who has already gone into hiding. Search operations have been carried out in Hyderabad and Vijayawada as well as in several places.

At the same time, the Kadapa police have also issued look-out notices against Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy’s son, who has not fled abroad. Along with Bhargav Reddy, the police have issued lookout notices against Arjun Reddy, a key figure in the YSRCP social media department, and some others.

It is reported that they are being searched for in both the Telugu states and Bengaluru. The police are already arresting several YSRCP social media activists. They are making arrangements to prevent them from getting bail. Due to this, YSRCP social media activists are going into hiding.

Several criminal cases have already been registered against Bhargav Reddy in the state. Special teams have taken up search operations for the two based on the statement of Varra Ravinder Reddy. An SC and ST case has been registered in Pulivendula, Kadapa district, against Bhargav Reddy.

Based on the complaint filed by Hari, a Dalit from Simhadripuram mandal of YSR district, the police have registered a case against Bhargav Reddy and two others under non-bailable sections. Pulivendula town police officials said that a case has also been registered against Arjun Reddy, the state-level leader who runs the YSRCP social media, and Varra Ravinder Reddy, who fled from the police.

In the past, there were jumbo cabinets. There were more than 70 ministers in T Anjaiah’s cabinet. The number was limited due to the rules made to prevent these. With this, the number of cabinet ministers in the Lok Sabha as well as in any state assembly cannot exceed 15 percent.

But now in Andhra Pradesh, TDP chief and state Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has appointed whips like never before. In a word, it can be said that there are more whips in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly now than YSRCP MLAs. A total of 15 whips have been appointed, providing space for coalition parties Jana Sena and BJP as well as TDP members.

It can be said that there have never been such a large number of whips in the past. Naturally, whether it is the chief whip or the whips, they are appointed for coordination between the parties in the assembly and other needs. Now, if YSRCP is one of the four parties in the assembly in AP the remaining three parties, namely… TDP, Jana Sena and BJP, are partners in the government.

Vinukonda MLA GV Anjaneyulu has been appointed as the Chief Whip in the AP Assembly and Panchumarthi Anuradha as the Chief Whip in the AP Legislative Council.

If a total of 15 people are given a place as whips in the AP Assembly, among them are Bendalam Ashok, Yanamala Divya, Bonda Uma, Thatla Subbaraju, Dr. Thomas, Jagadeeswari, Kalva Srinivasulu, Madhavi Reddappa, Ganababu, PGVR Naidu, Tangirala Soumya, Yarlagadda Venkat Rao from TDP.

Bolisetty Srinivas, Bommidi Naykar, Arava Sridhar have been appointed as whips from Jana Sena and Adinarayana Reddy has been appointed as whip from BJP. However, when it comes to the post of Assembly Chief Whip, the sudden emergence of G.V. Anjaneyulu, a name that was not in the campaign anywhere, has shocked even the TDP circles.

However, party leaders say that a lot of behind-the-scenes dealings have taken place in this matter. TDP leaders are expressing the opinion that other factors played a key role than his performance while in the opposition.

Firebrand politician Kanumuri Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, popularly known as RRR, has finally been recognised by the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president Chandrababu Naidu has appointed him as the Deputy Speaker of Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly late on Tuesday evening following NDA legislative meeting during which the government announced the list of Chief Whips and Whips to both Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council. 

The appointment of RRR as Deputy Speaker comes as a mere eyewash after his alleged dissent on the party high command for not honouring him with any significant post despite his repeated requests. After his resounding victory in the 2024 assembly elections, RRR expected to get some prominent post in the new government. There were initially speculations that he might be given a notable ministry in Chandrababu Naidu’s cabinet. Unfortunately, he didn’t secure even a cabinet rank post. 

At one point, there were rumours that RRR might be given TTD chairman post to balance the social equation as none from the Kshatriya community get any recognition in the new government. Later, it was believed that RRR might even be appointed as the Speaker of the Assembly. In what could be a consolation to placate RRR, who was the first one to revolt against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his party when he was affiliated to YSRCP as Narsapur MP, the government of Andhra Pradesh conferred him with an inconsequential post as Deputy Speaker. 

After a prolonged battle with YSRCP in the last five, RRR joined TDP and expected Narsapur MP ticket. But, he was sidelined from contesting as BJP didn’t agree to concede the seat to TDP as part of alliance. He finally managed to get MLA ticket and contested as Undi MLA and won with a solid majority.

Tollywood’s talented and promising actor Satyadev is currently busy promoting his highly anticipated film ‘Zebra’, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 22. A grand Mega event is set to take place tomorrow at the Park Hyatt, Hyderabad, starting at 6 PM, with Megastar Chiranjeevi gracing the event as the chief guest.

In a recent promotional interview with M9, Satyadev made an interesting reveal that he was part of the pan-world film ‘RRR’. When the anchor asked Satyadev about shooting for a 16-minute role in SS Rajamouli’s RRR, the actor was surprised at asking this question. He was taken aback and later revealed that it was not known to many that he was initially part of RRR and shot for a few days, although his scenes ultimately didn’t make the final cut.

He said, “Out of respect for the filmmaker, I remained silent and never revealed to anyone about my involvement in RRR until now. I shot for a few days and did my part well, but my role didn’t fit in the movie. So, it was trimmed in the final cut. Sometimes, some scenes will get away in the editing, and I understand that.”

Sharing about his experience with SS Rajamouli, he expressed no complaints on the editing and said, “I had a wonderful experience working with him. The experience of shooting those 10 days was like a masterclass for me.”

Sudheer Babu’s recent release ‘Maa Nanna SuperHero’ is all set to make its digital debut on an OTT platform. Directed by Abhilash Reddy Kankara, the film was released in theaters on October 11, on the occasion of Dussehra.

Now, one month after its theatrical release, the family entertainer is gearing up for its OTT premiere. Renowned streaming platform Zee 5 took to social media to share the exciting news, revealing that the film will premiere on Zee 5 starting November 15. They shared this announcement with a new poster.

The film ‘Maa Nanna SuperHero’ is an emotional drama between a father and son. It revolves around Johnny (Sudheer Babu), a young boy who, after losing his father, ends up in an orphanage. He is later adopted by a wealthy man; however, their relationship gets strained when financial troubles arise. In a series of unexpected turns of events, he encountered his biological father, leading him to choose between his two fathers.

Apart from Sudheet Babu in the lead role, the film features a talented cast, including Sayaji Shinde, Sai Chand, Aamani, Raju Sundaram, Annie, and others in significant roles. The movie is backed by Sunil Balusu in collaboration with CAM Entertainments and V Celluloids. NBK 109 Title and Teaser Release Date Announced
