Tenders Open For Visakha Railway Zone office

The aspiration of the people of Northern Andhra and the hope of the people of Andhra Pradesh, the Vizag Railway Zone, is about to be realized. A tender has been called for the South Coast Railway Zone Office with Visakhapatnam as its center. The pre-bid will be held on December 2. The bidding will start from December 13.

The DPR for the construction of the zone office was sent to the center earlier with an estimated cost of Rs. 149.16 crore. With the completion of studies for the construction of the railway zone, the Central Railway Department has given the green signal for the construction of the South Coast Railway Zone Office with Visakhapatnam as its center.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav announced that the foundation stone of the Railway Zone Office will be laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting the Visakhapatnam district to participate in the inauguration of the NTPC Green Energy Plant on the 29th of this month.

Earlier, during the previous regime proposals were sent to construct the South Coast Railway Zone Building on 53 acres of land belonging to the Railway Department in Mushidivada in the Arilova area, but the center did not approve this site. Many are of the opinion that the first step towards the establishment of the Railway Zone has been taken after the coalition government came to power.

Arrangements are being made for the construction of a huge 11-storey building on the 16.5-acre railway land in Wireless Colony at Daba Gardens opposite Visakhapatnam Railway Station. The South Coast Railway Zonal Manager’s office will be constructed on a total of 11 floors, including 9 floors and two basement parking floors. Railway Minister Vaishnav has instructed the Railways to complete it within two years.

The Center approved the electrical estimates for the South Coast Railway Zonal Office two days ago. About Rs. 15.7 crore has been approved. The proposed design of the zone office has been prepared by the Central Railway officials in Bhubaneswar, including site survey plan, master plan, aerial view, frontend view, street view, entrance view, etc. from all angles and sent to the railway officials in Waltair.

చేసిన పాపం ఊరికే పోదు. అధికారంలో ఉన్నాం కదా అని నేరాలు చేసేసి పోలీస్ అధికారులు తమ పాలకుల మాట వినే వారే గనుక వారి ద్వారా కేసును నీరుగార్చేసి ఇక అంతా అయిపోయింది అని విర్రవీగితే కుదరదు. రాజకీయ ప్రభుత్వాలు ఎప్పటికీ శాశ్వతం కాదు. ఏదో ఒక నాటికి చేసిన పాపం పండుతుంది. చేసిన నేరానికి తగిన మూల్యం తప్పకుండా చెల్లించాల్సి వస్తుంది. ఇప్పుడు ఏపీ రాజకీయాలలో అదే జరుగుతోంది. ఇదేదో సోషల్ మీడియాలో అసభ్య పోస్టులకు సంబంధించిన సంగతి కాదు. నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు మీద హత్యాయత్నానికి సంబంధించిన సంగతి!

చంద్రబాబు  పర్యటనలో ఉండగా కాన్వాయ్ మీదకు రాళ్లు రువ్వి చంద్రబాబు యొక్క చీఫ్ సెక్యూరిటీ ఆఫీసర్ గాయపడే పరిస్థితిని కల్పించిన దుర్మార్గుల ఆచూకీ ఇప్పుడు పోలీసులు రాబట్టారు. జగన్ కు అత్యంత సన్నిహితులుగా ముద్రపడిన మొండితోక సోదరులను అదుపులోకి తీసుకునేందుకు పోలీసులు రంగం సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్లుగా తెలుస్తోంది. రెండేళ్ల కిందట చంద్రబాబు మీద రాళ్ల దాడి జరిగితే, నమోదైన కేసును విజయవాడ నగర కమిషనర్ కాంతిరాణా తాతా ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా నీరుగార్చి తేలికపాటి సెక్షన్లతో కేసులు నమోదు చేసినట్లుగా పోలీసులు గుర్తించారు. ఇప్పుడు విచారణలను వేగవంతం చేసి అప్పట్లో తెలుగుదేశం విడుదల చేసిన ఆధారాలతోనే కేసును చేదించారు. 17 మందిని నిందితులుగా కేసులో నమోదు చేయగా నలుగురి అరెస్టులు జరిగాయి. వారి ద్వారా అసలు చంద్రబాబు పర్యటనను భగ్నం చేయాలని ఆయన మీద హత్యకు యత్నించాలని కుట్ర ఏ రకంగా పురుడు పోసుకున్నదో కూడా వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. ఈ విషయంలో వారికి శిక్షలు తప్పేలా కనిపించడం లేదు.

చంద్రబాబు మీద రాళ్లతో దాడి జరిగిన రోజున ఏం జరిగిందో పోలీసులు రాబట్టారు. దాడికి రెండురోజుల ముందు ఎమ్మెల్యే మొండితోక జగన్మోహన్ రావు, ఎమ్మెల్సీ మొండితోక అరుణ్ కుమార్ తమ అనుచరులతో సమావేశం అయ్యారు. చంద్రబాబు కార్యక్రమాన్ని భగ్నం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. మూడు బృందాలను ఏర్పాటుచేశారు. ఒకరు విద్యుత్తు సరఫరా అనుకున్నట్టుగా నిలిపివేశారు. రెండు బృందాలను రాళ్లతో దాడి చేయడానికి ఏర్పాటుచేశారు. అంతా స్కెచ్ ప్రకారమే జరిగింది.

అప్పట్లోనే తెలుగుదేశం వారు అనుమానితుల ఫోటోలను విడుదల చేశారు. ఆ ఫోటోల్లో ఇద్దరు ఒకచోట నిల్చుని ఉండగా వారి కాళ్ల వద్ద కవరులో రాళ్లు పోసుకుని ఉండడం స్పష్టంగా కనిపించింది. ఇప్పుడు పోలీసులు వారిని విచారించగా అన్ని పేర్లు బయటకు వచ్చాయి. అప్పట్లో నమోదైన కేసు తో పాటు నేరపూరిత కుట్ర, హత్యాయత్నం తదితర సెక్షన్లను కూడా ఈ కేసులో చేర్చారు. ప్రస్తుతానికి అరెస్టు అయిన వారికి బెయిలు లభించింది. అయితే మొండితోక సోదరుల చుట్టూ ఉచ్చు బిగుసుకున్నట్లేనని వారు కూడా విచారణకు రావాల్సి ఉంటుందని అందరూ అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.

Manchu Vishnu Sets Summer Release for Kannappa!

Manchu Vishnu’s magnum opus ‘Kannappa’ gets an official release date. The actor announced the highly anticipated release date today with a new poster.

On Monday, making it an official announcement, Manchu Vishnu shared the most awaited update, revealing the film’s release date. He shared a new poster on his social media platforms; the poster showcases Lord Shiva’s trishul, highlighting the release date announcement. The film is slated for a grand worldwide release in April 2025.

Earlier, it was planned to hit theaters in December, but it has shifted to avoid clashing with Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated sequel ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ and postponed for a summer release. Now, the film will have a clash with Prabhas’ upcoming horror comedy ‘The Raja Saab.’

Ever since the announcement made on Manchu Vishnu’s dream project, ‘Kannappa,’ a mythological drama based on the true story with special cameos by many renowned superstars, garnered attention, thanks to its stellar cast.

Speaking more about the film, this mythological epic is helmed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and backed by actor-producer Dr. Mohan Babu through 24 Frames Factory and Ava Entertainments. The film boasts a star-studded cast of Manchu Vishnu, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal, Mohan Babu, Sarath Kumar, Mohan Lal, Shiva Rajkumar, Brahmanandam, Preity Mukundan, Madhubala, Brahmaji, and many others in pivotal roles.

Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly Steps Away From The Sankranthi Spotlight

Fans have been worked up regarding speculation that Ajith’s much-hyped film Good Bad Ugly could be released during Sankranthi where it might clash with Ram Charan’s Game Changer. But now, things seem to suggest that the festival release might not happen after all.

Speaking at the Pushpa 2 event held in Chennai recently, Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers mentioned something about Good Bad Ugly. The film is very near to the finish line with only seven days of shooting left, according to him. While being very upbeat about the movie’s potential to become a blockbuster and serve as a grand debut for their Tamil production venture, Naveen hinted that the Pongal release timeline may not be achievable, despite earlier intentions.

This update may leave the die-hard fans of Ajith a bit disappointed, but it reflects the commitment of the production team in offering an utmost cinematic experience. On the other hand, Game Changer remains set for its December release; hence the widely expected box-office clash between these two big-budget films may not happen this Sankranthi season.

Pushpa composer Devi Sri Prasad seems to be very much frustrated with the criticism he has been receiving for his delayed work. His spewed out his frustration during the ongoing promotional event in Chennai on Sunday evening. 

It is a known fact that the makers of Pushpa roped in three music composers to complete the background score of the sequel as Devi Sri Prasad couldn’t meet the deadlines on time. This development invited a lot of criticism towards DSP. There are also rumours that the team is unhappy with DSP’s lethargic approach. 

Amidst these rumours, DSP openly expressed his frustration on stage while addressing the crowd during the event. Referring to his producer Ravi Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers, DSP openly said that ‘ Sir, you have been blaming me for not giving songs on time, background score on time and other delays. I know you love me, but it seems like there are a lot of complaints on me than love. Even now you are saying the timing is wrong and I am late to the event. But, I came 25 minutes ago here. However, I was not allowed to come on stage. What can I do”. 

“These matters shouldn’t be discussed off stage. They should be openly expressed on stage and that’s what gives me kick”, said DSP. 

These statements clearly opens up the fact that all is not well between Devi Sri Prasad and the production house. There were reports that director Sukumar is also not happy with DSP’s lazy approach for the sequel.

సినీ దర్శకుడు రాంగోపాల్ వర్మ మరోసారి పోలీసు విచారణకు డుమ్మా కొట్టారు. తన ప్రాజెక్టులతో బిజీగా ఉన్నానని, అందువలన తాను విచారణకు హాజరు కావడానికి రెండువారాల గడువు కావాలని కోరుతూ రాంగోపాల్ వర్మ తన న్యాయవాది ద్వారా పోలీసులకు సమాచారం అందజేశారు. వ్యూహం సినిమా విడుదల అయినప్పుడు.. దాని ప్రచారం కోసం అప్పట్లో చంద్రబాబునాయుడు, పవన్ కల్యాణ్, నారా లోకేష్ ల ఫోటోలను మార్ఫింగ్ చేయించి అసభ్యమైన రాతలు, అనుచితమైన రీతిలో వర్మ తన సోషల్ మీడియా ఖాతాల్లో పోస్టు చేశారు. దానికి సంబంధించి ఏపీలో పలు పోలీసు స్టేషన్లలో కేసులో నమోదు అయ్యాయి.

ప్రకాశం జిల్లా మద్దిపాడులో నమోదు అయిన కేసులకు సంబంధించి పోలీసులు వచ్చి వర్మకు నోటీసులు స్వయంగా అందజేశారు. తీరా విచారణకు హాజరు కావాల్సిన రోజున డుమ్మా కొట్టారు. తనకు నాలుగురోజుల గడువు కావాలని అప్పట్లో ఆయన పోలీసులను అభ్యర్థించారు. అయితే ఈలోగా తన మీద పోలీసులు పెట్టిన కేసును క్వాష్ చేయాలని, కొట్టేయాలని ఆయన హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించినప్పటికీ ఫలితం దక్కలేదు. ఆయన పిటిషన్ ను హైకోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. తనకు అరెస్టునుంచి రక్షణ కల్పించాలని వర్మ కోరినప్పటికీ కూడా హైకోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. ఆ తర్వాత.. ముందస్తు బెయిలు కావాలంటూ హైకోర్టులో మరో పిటిషన్ వేశారు.
ఈలోగా ఈ నెల 20న ఒంగోలు పోలీసులు మరోసారి వర్మకు నోటీసులు ఇచ్చారు. 25వ తేదీన సోమవారం విచారణకు హాజరు కావాల్సిందిగా అందులో పేర్కొన్నారు. అయితే ఇవాళ్టి విచారణకు కూడా వర్మ డుమ్మా కొట్టారు. తన బిజీ షెడ్యూలు కారణంగా విచారణకు రాలేకపోతున్నట్టు, తనకు అదనంగా మరో రెండు వారాల సమయం కావాలన్నట్టు ఆయన లేఖపంపారు.

రాంగోపాల్ వర్మ ఈ రకంగా పదేపదే గడువు కోరుతూ ఉంటే పోలీసులు అనుమతిస్తారా? లేదా, అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని విచారించేలా తదుపరి చర్యలకు ఉపక్రమిస్తారా? అనేది ఇప్పుడు చర్చనీయాంశంగా ఉంది. అయితే రాంగోపాల్ వర్మ న్యాయవాది మాత్రం రాంగోపాల్ వర్మ మీద పెట్టిన కేసులోనే బలం లేదని అంటున్నారు. ఆయన మీద తప్పుడు కేసు పెట్టారని ఆయన అంటున్నారు. మరి వర్మ వైఖరి ఈ కేసును ఎలాంటి మలుపులు తిప్పుతుందో చూడాలి.

Hemant Soren To Take oath As Jharkhand CM on November 28

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha executive president Hemant Soren on Sunday met Governor Santosh Gangwar and staked a claim to form the next government. He was accompanied by Congress in-charge for Jharkhand GA Mir and other INDIA bloc partners and their representatives, including the RJD and the CPIML.

Soren resigned as the Chief Minister before staking a claim to form the government. He will officiate as the Acting Chief Minister till oath is administered to him on November 28. Significantly, with the swearing ceremony set to take place on November 28, Hemant Soren for the fourth time is set to be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

“On 28 November, the oath ceremony of the new government will take place. Today we have started the procedure to form the (Indian) alliance government, and in that series, we have staked a claim to form a government in front of the Governor. I also tendered my resignation to him…Congress and the RJD in charge were also present here…On November 28, the oath ceremony will take place,” Soren said.

Earlier, leaders and MLAs of the alliance held a meeting at Hemant Soren’s residence here and unanimously elected him as the coalition’s leader. Congress’s Jharkhand in-charge and party general secretary Ghulam Ahmad Mir and senior party leader Rajesh Thakur also attended the meeting, besides legislators of the coalition parties.

On Saturday, he led the ruling coalition to a comfortable majority in the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly becoming the first incumbent to return to power. Soren successfully beat anti-incumbency and BJP’s aggressive narratives built around his alleged corruption and encouragement to illegal immigration and settlement in tribal lands of the state. Soren’s party won 34 seats, Congress 16, RJD 6 and CPI ML 2.

In 2019, the JMM-alliance had won 47 seats, wresting power from the BJP. The JMM had won 30 seats, while Congress bagged 16, apart from the one seat secured by the RJD.

Polavaram Project Clears Two-Phase Confusion

Polavaram Project Authority has given clarification on the height of the Polavaram project. Responding to the information sought by RTI activist and senior journalist Inuganti Ravikumar, the PPA stated that there are no two phases in the project.

It revealed that the state government has requested that payments under the water component be divided into two between 2021-23. The Polavaram Project Authority said that it has requested the central government to divide the Polavaram project into two for reimbursement of funds.

The PPA has responded to the information sought under RTI on 14 issues. In fact, it has clarified that there is no mention of two phases in the height issue from the Polavaram project proposal. It has been revealed that in June 2021, the AP government had recommended that the work be divided into +41.15 meters and +45.72 meters for R&R works and rehabilitation of project evacuees.

With this recommendation, it has been clarified that the Secretary of the Central Jal Shakti Department recorded this proposal in April 2023 and approved the funds under the first phase. This is why the decision to proceed with the first phase of the project has come to the fore, RTI activist Inaganti Ravi said.

The AP government has explained the issues regarding the fee payment made to design consultant AFRY India. It has been clarified that the contractor appointed for the construction of the project should pay for the designs, but the Water Resources Department is making payments for this.

The PPA stated that alluvium had accumulated there after the construction of the guide bund, and in this context, the retaining wall should not be built without changing the design. But it said that the guide bund has sagged due to soil extraction. The project authority stated that a new D-wall should be constructed as per the recommendation of the expert panel.

It has been clarified that this should be completed between November 2024 and July 2025. It has been revealed that an expert committee has been formed to find ways to resolve the damage caused to the project. It has been stated that the cut-off wall and guide bund are under the defect liability period and should be rebuilt at the contractor’s expense as per the terms of the agreement.

It was revealed that the Dam Design Review Panel has specified how the rock fill guide bund should be located on the left side of the approach channel as per the authorized drawing.

సామాజిక సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రి డోలా బాల వీరాంజనేయ స్వామి మాట్లాడుతూ.. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఫీజు రియంబర్స్మెంట్ గురించి ప్రశ్నించడం అంటే నవ్వు వస్తున్నదని ఎద్దేవా చేస్తున్నారు. జగన్ పరిపాలన కాలంలో విద్యార్థులు ఫీజులు చెల్లించలేదనే కారణంతో పరీక్షలు రాయకుండా ఆగిపోవాల్సి వచ్చిందని.. పరీక్షలు రాసి పాసైన వారికి కూడా కాలేజీలు ధ్రువపత్రాలు ఇవ్వకపోవడంతో వారు పైచదువులకు వెళ్లలేక ఒక ఏడాది వృధా అయ్యే పరిస్థితి దాపురించిందని గుర్తుచేస్తున్నారు.అలాంటి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఇప్పుడు విద్యార్థులకు ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ ఆలస్యం అయినందుకు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేయడం కామెడీగా ఉన్నదని అంటున్నారు. అలాగే జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి పరిపాలన కాలానికి సంబంధించి ఫీజు రియంబర్స్మెంట్ రూపేణా మూడు వేల కోట్ల బకాయి పెట్టి వెళ్లారని, ఆ మొత్తాలు అన్నీ కూడా ఇప్పుడు ఎన్డీఏ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం విడతలు విడతలుగా చెల్లిస్తున్నదని బాల వీరాంజనేయ స్వామి చెబుతున్నారు.

అదా నీ దగ్గర నుంచి స్వీకరించిన ముడుపుల వ్యవహారం రాష్ట్రమంతా చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారుతున్న తరుణంలో- జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రజల దృష్టిని పక్కకు మళ్ళించడానికి ఇలాంటి డ్రామా ఆడుతున్నట్లుగా కనిపిస్తోంది. ఒకవైపు రాష్ట్రమంతా కూడా 1750 కోట్ల రూపాయల లంచం తీసుకుని రాష్ట్ర ప్రజల మీద దాదాపు లక్ష కోట్ల భారం వేసినందుకు.. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి స్వార్థ బుద్ధి గురించి చర్చించుకుంటూ ఉండగా, ఆయన ప్రభుత్వం ఫీజు రియంబర్స్మెంట్ చెల్లించ లేదంటూ కాకుల లెక్కలతో ఎక్స్ ఖాతాలో పోస్టులు పెడుతున్నారు. సాక్షిలో వచ్చిన కథనాలను ట్యాగ్ చేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని విమర్శించడానికి ప్రయత్నించడం సాహసమే అని పలువురు వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తున్నారు. జగన్ తన తీరు మార్చుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని అందరూ అంటున్నారు.

In Vikarabad district’s Nawabpet mandal, actor Ali is under scrutiny for carrying out construction activities at his farmhouse in Ekmamidi village without obtaining the necessary permissions. This has led to Ekmamidi village secretary Shobharani issuing notices to the actor.

Several years ago, Ali purchased nearly 14 acres of agricultural land in Survey Number 345 within the Ekmamidi village panchayat limits, where he has been engaged in farming, including growing crops and fruit orchards with the assistance of local laborers. However, recently, Ali began constructing structures on this land without prior approval from the village panchayat, prompting local opposition and complaints to the authorities.

Following the complaints, panchayat officials conducted inspections and confirmed the presence of illegal constructions. The village panchayat secretary subsequently issued notices to Ali.

Former sarpanch of Ekmamidi village expressed his frustration, stating that during his tenure, Ali had been unresponsive to queries regarding construction activities, accusing him of negligence. He called for action against Ali for the unauthorized constructions.

In response to the notices, Ali explained that he had leased the land for the construction of a convention center. He clarified that the responsibility for the buildings on the farmland lies with the lessees, who should address the issues raised in the notices. The village panchayat staff is preparing to take further action regarding the illegal constructions.
