New Deep-Tech Hub Set for Amaravati

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has instructed officials to prepare a proposal for the construction of a deep technology iconic building in Amaravati on the lines of the Hi-Tech City in Hyderabad. He said that the future of today’s youth will depend on technologies like deep technology and artificial intelligence.

The CM expressed the opinion that a high-tech city has been built in Hyderabad to promote IT, and a deep technology iconic building should be built to seize the opportunities currently arising from deep technology. He conducted a review of the IT department at the Secretariat.

The CM also discussed the incentives to be given to IT companies and IT developers. He directed that plans be prepared to set up 5 lakh work stations in the state by 2029 and 10 lakh work stations by 2034.

The CM directed the officials on issues such as leasing out land required for the construction of co-working spaces and office complexes on a subsidized basis, granting permissions for infrastructure development under the single window system, and bringing IT companies under the industrial power tariff.

Chandrababu suggested the officials prepare plans to provide seed funding of up to Rs. 25 lakhs to SC, ST, BC, minorities and women as part of the startup policy. The CM made several suggestions on the establishment of 5 zonal innovation hubs linked to the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub for the development of innovation and startup ecosystem in the state.

He said that the ‘Ratan Tata Innovation Hub’ should function in Amaravati as the center for zonal hubs in 5 regions namely Central Andhra, Rayalaseema, South Andhra, Godavari and Northern Andhra. Chandrababu said that officials should work with the goal of providing jobs to people in the state per month.

After the policy announcement, district collectors should also identify suitable places for setting up workstations. They should assess how many people are working from home across the state with the secretariat employees. They should develop the skills of those who come to work at the work stations according to future needs.

Special Police Hunt for Missing Ram Gopal Varma

Police said that controversial film director Ram Gopal Varma is absconding and special police teams are searching for his whereabouts. The Ongole police gave RGV the opportunity to appear for questioning twice. However, RGV is requesting the police to appear for questioning digitally, for which the police refused.

It seems that the police are ready to arrest Ram Gopal Varma after he defied the notices despite being called for questioning twice. The police are exploring alternative ways as RGV’s phone has been switched off. It is reported that RGV is being tracked with the help of Telangana police.

It seems that special teams have been launched in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Hyderabad. It is known that the Prakasam district police registered a case on the complaint of TDP leaders that RGV had posted inappropriate posts on Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan and Lokesh during the YSRCP regime.

Ram Gopal Varma approached the AP High Court seeking anticipatory bail in this case. Arguments were held in the High Court on Tuesday on these petitions. The High Court adjourned the next hearing on anticipatory bail to Wednesday. However, since he did not appear for the questioning, the police announced that RGV was absconding.

Several cases have been registered against RGV in Ongole, Visakhapatnam and Guntur districts on charges of posting objectionable posts on social media. RGV recently filed a quash petition in the AP High Court to dismiss the case of inappropriate posts on social media. However, the court dismissed his petition.

Due to this, petitions were filed to grant anticipatory bail in this case. Police said that RGV and his staff have not been available since Monday morning. The AP police went to Varma Den in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad for Ram Gopal Varma and searched for him after finding out that he was not at home.The police went there after receiving information that RGV was hiding in a farmhouse in Shamshabad and Shadnagar, but turned back after finding out that he was not there.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఖాళీ అయిన మూడు రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ స్థానాలకు ఉప ఎన్నికకు నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ అయింది. సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల్లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ దారుణంగా ఓడిపోయిన తర్వాత.. ఆ పార్టీకి ఇక భవిష్యత్తు కూడా లేదనే అభిప్రాయానికి వచ్చిన ఎంపీలు పార్టీ సభ్యత్వంతో పాటు రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ పదవులకు కూడా రాజీనామా చేయడంతో ఏర్పడిన దుస్థితి ఇది. ఎమ్మెల్యే కోటాలో జరిగే ఈ ఎంపీ ఎన్నికలను మొత్తంగా ఎన్డీయే కూటమి పార్టీలు గెలుచుకోవడం గ్యారంటీ. అయితే ఈ మూడు స్థానాలను కూడా ప్రస్తుతానికి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ తీసుకోనున్నట్టుగా విశ్వసనీయంగా తెలుస్తోంది.

వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీలు మోపిదేవి వెంకటరమణ, బీద మస్తాన్ రావు, ఆర్.కృష్ణయ్య సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల తర్వాత తమ పదవులకు రాజీనామాలు చేశారు. దాంతో మూడు ఖాళీలు ఏర్పడ్డాయి. వీరిలోనూ మోపిదేవి వెంకటరమణ, బీద మస్తాన్ రావు ఇద్దరూ తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో చేరిపోయారు. ఆర్.కృష్ణయ్య ఇప్పటిదాకా ఏ పార్టీలోనూ చేరలేదు. బీసీ సంఘాల జాతీయ నాయకుడిగానే, బీసీలకు రాజకీయ కోటా ఉండాలనే డిమాండ్లతో పోరాటాల గురించి మాత్రమే ఆయన పనిచేస్తున్నారు. వైసీపీని వదలిన తర్వాత ఆయన వేరే పార్టీలో చేరలేదు.

చంద్రబాబునాయుడు మోపిదేవి వెంకటరమణ, బీద మస్తాన్ రావులకు వాళ్లు రాజీనామా చేసినప్పుడే మళ్లీ ఎంపీగా అవకాశం కల్పించడం కల్పిస్తానని వారికి హామీ ఇచ్చినట్టుగా ఒక పుకారు ప్రచారంలో ఉంది. చంద్రబాబునుంచి ఆ హామీ పొందిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే వారు రాజీనామాలు చేసినట్టు సమాచారం. అంటే ఇప్పుడు ఉప ఎన్నక జరుగుతున్న మూడు స్థానాల్లో రెండు ఆల్రెడీ బుక్ అయినట్టే. మిగిలిన ఒక స్థానాన్ని మాత్రం ఎవ్వరికి కేటాయిస్తారు అనేది కీకలమైన విషయంగా మారుతోంది.

తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ పదవిని కోరుకుంటున్న వారు అనేకులు ఉన్నారు. ప్రధానంగా  మాజీ ఎంపీ కంభంపాటి రామ్మోహన్ రావు ఈ జాబితాలో ముందున్నట్టుగా సమాచారం. అదే సమయంలో గతంలో గుంటూరు లోక్ సభ ఎంపీగా గెలిచి.. 2024 ఎన్నికల నాటికి పూర్తిగా రాజకీయాలకు దూరం అయిన గల్లా జయదేవ్ కూడా రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ పదవిని కోరుకుంటున్నట్టుగా సమాచారం. ఇంత ఒత్తిడి ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో ప్రస్తుతం ఖాళీ అయిన మూడు స్థానాల్లో జనసేన, బిజెపిలకు ఎన్డీయే కూటమి భాగం ఇవ్వకపోవచ్చునని, ఈసారి ఖాళీ అయ్యే సీట్లలో మాత్రం వారికి సీట్లు వాటా పంచవచ్చునని విశ్లేషణలు సాగుతున్నాయి.

Vijayawada: On the occasion of Constitution Day, Andhra Pradesh Congress President YS Sharmila participated in a padyatra in Vijayawada, where she addressed the media. During her speech, she expressed concerns about the lack of freedom for minorities in states such as Uttar Pradesh and Manipur, attributing this to the alleged conspiracy by Prime Minister Modi and RSS leaders to undermine secularism in the country.

Sharmila further criticized the BJP for implementing a version of the Constitution that, according to her, contradicts the principles of equality and social justice enshrined in the Indian Constitution. She accused the BJP of failing to promote equality, pointing out that the party had neglected to implement policies that align with constitutional values.

“The BJP and RSS do not consider SCs, STs, BCs, and minorities as equal citizens. They treat the public merely as vote-casting machines. Despite Congress’ repeated demands for caste-based enumeration, the BJP has not taken any meaningful steps,” she said.

The Congress leader also spoke against what she described as corporate favoritism, alleging that the BJP protects business interests over the welfare of citizens. She criticized the lack of accountability for individuals like Adani, who, according to her, have evaded scrutiny despite evidence of wrongdoing.

Sharmila reiterated the Congress’ demand for a caste census, emphasizing that it is essential for ensuring that all communities receive their rightful share of welfare benefits, employment opportunities, and representation in legislative bodies. She called for greater clarity through caste enumeration to address these issues and ensure justice for all sections of society.

During his visit to Delhi, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan had a discussion with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav regarding key railway infrastructure projects in the state. High among the issues raised was the urgent need for a Railway Over Bridge on the Samarlakota-Uppada Road within Pithapuram Municipality.

Highlighting the persistent traffic bottlenecks in the region, Pawan Kalyan underscored the critical role the ROB would play in alleviating congestion and enhancing overall road connectivity. He urged the Union Minister to prioritize this project, emphasizing its importance for smoother transportation and better infrastructure development in the area.

Further, Pawan Kalyan urged that four important trains—Nanded-Sambalpur Nagavali Express, Nanded-Visakhapatnam Superfast Express, Visakhapatnam-SaiNagar Shirdi Express, and the AP Express—be made to halt at the Pithapuram railway station. It would help pilgrims go on to the sacred Sripada Vallabha Swamy Temple with minimum hassle.

Pawan Kalyan also presented a proposal from residents of Latur, who have requested a direct train service connecting Latur to Tirupati. He encouraged the Railway Minister to explore this suggestion for further feasibility.
