The political climate in Andhra Pradesh has become charged with Pawan Kalyan, Jana Sena Party chief, recently visiting Kakinada. Pawan on his tour targeted a big mafia for large scale illegal export of rice from the state and demanded seizure of an allegedly smuggling ship immediately. His comments have sparked a verbal duel among the coalition partners and the opposition parties. 

 Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has taken the allegations seriously, promising strict action against those involved in any illegal operations. However, the YSRCP dismissed Pawan’s claims as baseless. Party leaders questioned the credibility of his accusations, asking, “Who can stop Pawan Kalyan from accessing Kakinada Port?” 

 Minister Nadendla Manohar, responding to the controversy, revealed detailed export figures to address the issue. According to him, exports included 2,351,218 metric tons of rice from Krishnapatnam, 382,000 metric tons from Visakhapatnam, and a staggering 13,018,400 metric tons from Kakinada, amounting to ₹48,537 crores in value. He alleged that under the YSRCP’s previous tenure, key stakeholders were pressured, port operations were monopolized, and Kakinada was turned into a hotspot for illegal activities.

 Manohar assured the public that the current government is committed to eliminating smuggling networks and addressing irregularities in the ration distribution system. He emphasized that decisive action would be taken to dismantle mafia operations and restore transparency across the state’s governance. 

 This fiery exchange between leaders has placed the issue of rice exports and port operations under the spotlight, leaving citizens eager to see how the government addresses these serious allegations.

Kejriwal says AAP To Go It Alone, No Alliance with Congress

After its efforts for an alliance with Congress failed with humiliation, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is moving away from the Congress and thus Congress- led India bloc. In this regard, AAP national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday made a huge announcement for the Delhi Assembly elections to be held early next year.

He said that there will be no alliance in the polls and the AAP will contest alone to retain the NCT government for the third time. Reacting to a question about speculations of the alliance he said, “There will be no alliance in Delhi (for assembly elections).”

It was earlier speculated that in Delhi, the AAP and Congress may join hands against the BJP.  AAP and Congress are part of the opposition INDIA bloc and fought the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi together earlier this year. Both parties drew a blank, with the BJP winning all seats.

AAP and Congress had failed to reach a seat-sharing agreement ahead of the Haryana Assembly polls in October despite several rounds of talks. Meanwhile, Kejriwal also hit out at the BJP over the law and order situation in the national capital after he was attacked last night.

He said, “I had this expectation that Amit Shah will take some action after I raised the issue (law & order). But, instead of that, I was being attacked during my padyatra. Liquid was thrown at me, it was harmless, but it could have been harmful.” 

Arvind Kejriwal also says, “Yesterday, one of our MLAs was arrested. The crime that he (Naresh Balyan) has committed is that he was the victim of gangsters. He had received calls from gangsters for ransom and threats, one to two years back. He had also complained many times.”

Notably, the incident occurred during Kejriwal’s padyatra in the Greater Kailash area, part of his ongoing public engagement campaign ahead of the upcoming elections. Kejriwal was walking through a crowd of supporters when the attacker attempted to throw a liquid at him.

Seven Naxalites killed In police Encounter In Telangana’s Mulugu

In a major success in the anti-Naxal operation, the police neutralised seven dreaded Naxalites in the Mulugu district of Telangana. Providing the information, SP Mulugu Dr Shabarish said that the encounter between the police and Naxalites ensued in the Eturu Nagaram forest area.

The encounter started during a combing operation in the forest area of Eturnagaram between Greyhounds by an elite anti-naxal force of Telangana Police and the ultras, police said. “Seven Maoists were killed in the exchange of fire”, a senior police official said, adding two AK 47 rifles were among the weapons seized from the scene.

Among those killed in the encounter, one was identified as Kursam Mangu alias Bhadru alias Papanna (35), Secretary of Telangana State Committee (Yellandu Narsampet) of the banned CPI (Maoist), he said.  The other deceased have been identified as Egolapu Mallaiah alias Madhu (43), secretary of Eturunagaram Mahadeshpur, Mussaki Deval alias Karunakar (22), Mussaki Jamuna (23), Jaisingh (25), Kishore (22), and Kamesh (23).

This is the biggest encounter in the combined Warangal district after 14 years. Meanwhile, a major encounter took place in Telangana in September this year. A major encounter took place in Gundala and Karikagudem mandals on the border of Bhadradri-Mulugu districts.

 While the Greyhounds forces were conducting a combing operation in the forest area of Niladripet, they were confronted by Maoists. This led to a fierce exchange of fire between the police and the Maoists. Six Maoists from the Lachanna unit were killed in this firing.

It can be said that the movements of Maoists have not been very much in Telangana for a long time. Their movements have decreased as the police have been combing the forests on the Telangana borders. Although there have been sporadic encounters, the Maoists have not been killed on this scale.

On the other hand, the Maoist party has decided to celebrate the 24th anniversary of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army from December 2 to 8 across Telangana. It has decided to celebrate the week-long celebrations in the backdrop of the Koyyuru encounter being celebrated.

R Krishnaiah In Rajya Sabha Race, No chance For Naga Babu!

Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan’s elder brother K Naga Babu, who has been working with him since the beginning of the party, seems to be once again his plans to enter the Parliament are unlikely to be realized.

In the last general elections, he was prepared to contest to the Lok Sabha from Anakapalli. But suddenly at the last minute BJP’s CM Ramesh entered the scene and shattered his hopes. This time with the resignation of three YCP Rajya Sabha members, in the by polls after TDP offered one seat for Jana Sena, it was believed that Naga Babu will contest in the polls and goes to Rajya Sabha.

This time, it is learnt that the BJP came forward to sponsor him as its candidate and insisted on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to spare one among three vacant seats for it. From that seat R Krishnaiah is planning to contest to the Rajya Sabha.

These by-elections are being held after the resignation of Beeda Mastan Rao, Mopidevi Venkataramana and R Krishnaiah, who were elected to the Rajya Sabha from the YSRCP. TDP is insisting to contest two seats, of which one will be given to Beeda Mastan Rao again. There are several contestants for the second seat.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has left the choice of contesting third seat one among BJP or Jana Sena. During Pawan Kalyan’s recent visit to Delhi, the BJP leadership was said to be convinced to spare this seat for it.  However, TDP circles are said to be not enthusiastic to send R Krishnaiah to the Rajya Sabha from the state.

In 2009 assembly elections, TDP declared Krishnaiah as its Chief Minister candidate from Telangana and he was elected from L B Nagar as TDP candidate to the state assembly. However, after electing to the assembly he maintained a distance to the TDP. His political affiliations are said to be not stable.

CRDA kept project office Designs online For public Feedback

The CRDA has decided to entrust the responsibility of selecting the building designs of the CRDA Project Office to be built in the capital Amaravati to the public. The public has been given the opportunity to select more than ten building designs as options.

These options have been made available on the AP CRDA website. The building designs will be finalized following majority voting. If you also want to participate in this polling process, you can click on the APCRDA Project Office Designs Poll link and choose the design you like.

The officials  have taken up the polling process on the issue of how the AP CRDA Project Office building to be built in the capital Amaravati should look like. With the aim of constructing the AP CRDA Project Building in a prestigious manner, the voting has been taken up on the issue of involving the public in determining its shape.

To this extent, the CRDA Project Office building designs are being put up on the website and feedback is being sought from the public. As per Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s idea that every issue undertaken in the capital region should be as per the people’s liking, the CRDA headquarters building design has been made available for public decision.

CRDA has provided the opportunity for people to express their opinion by voting for the respective designs through the website. The design of the CRDA headquarters building will be selected in line with the majority opinion. For this, CRDA has put a total of 10 designs on the website.

CRDA has informed that the designs will be kept for voting on the CRDA website until December 6. CRDA officials have clarified that people have the opportunity to participate in the voting by visiting the CRDA website.

CRDA has designed a sober design that will be prominently displayed in front of the government official symbol, as well as another building design that will be modern and another design that will have greenery in the building and put it on the website.

Options have been included on the website for people to view and vote on various designs. So far, more than 700 people have participated in the APCRDA PROJECT OFFICE DESIGNS polling and expressed their options.

Dalit groups have filed a police complaint against former minister and YSRCP leader RK Roja in the case of carrying slippers with an employee at Suryalanka Beach in Bapatla of combined Guntur district. A complaint was filed against her at the 3rd Town Police Station in Kurnool city on Saturday. The police have registered a case against her.

Last year, in February 2023, when Minister of Tourism RK Roja visited Suryalanka Beach in Bapatla district, an employee carrying her chappels attracted the attention of the media.

In this context, Dalit groups have filed a complaint against her at the police station, alleging that she insulted Dalits. RK Roja took charge as the Tourism Minister in the previous YS Jagan government. In that order, she went to Suryalanka Beach in Bapatla last year.

The minister was welcomed by officials at the Tourism Department resorts and taken to the beach. Before entering the sea water, she took off her slippers on the shore. She asked her personal assistant to look after them carefully. With this, Sivanaga Raju, an employee of the local tourism department, carried the minister’s slippers by hand for a while and then put them aside.

After that, Minister RK Roja, who returned from the beach, went to the resorts wearing the slippers. Photos and videos related to this went viral on social media. శ్రీవారి ఆలయ పవిత్రత, ఆధ్యాత్మిక ప్రశాంత వాతావరణాన్ని కాపాడేందుకు తిరుమలలో రాజకీయ, ద్వేషపూరిత ప్రసంగాలను నిషేధించాలని తితిదే తాజాగా ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. కొన్నాళ్ల కిందట జరిగిన పాలకమండలి సమావేశంలో ఈ మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. తాజాగా ఉత్తర్వులు వచ్చాయి. ఈ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘించిన వారి మీద చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం అని పాలకమండలి హెచ్చరిస్తోంది.

ఇదొక ఎత్తు అయితే.. ఇటీవల కడప ఎంపీ అవినాష్ రెడ్డి అనుచరుడు తిరుమల ఆలయం ప్రధాన ద్వారం ఎదురుగా నిల్చుని నలుగురు తన సొంత ఫోటో, వీడియోగ్రాఫర్లను ఏర్పాటుచేసుకుని వారిద్వారా దిగిన ఫోటో సెషన్ కూడా వివాదం రేపుతోుంది. ఇటీవల దువ్వాడ శ్రీనివాస్ తన ప్రియురాలు మాధురితో కలిసి చేసిన రీల్స్ ఒక వివాదం. ఇలాంటి వ్యవహారాల మీద కూడా టీటీడీ చర్యలు తీసుకుంటే బాగుంటుంది.

ముంబాయికి చెందిన సినిమానటి కాదంబరి జత్వానిని అనుచిత పద్ధతుల్లో అరెస్టు చేసి, ఆమెను కుటుంబ సమేతంగా హైదరాబాదుకు బలవంతంగా తీసుకువచ్చి దుర్మార్గంగా హింస పెట్టడం మాత్రమే కాకుండా.. ఆమెతో ఇతర కేసులను ఉపసంహరించుకోవడానికి ఒత్తిడి చేసిన వ్యవహారంలో ఇద్దరు ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులు పీకలదాకా కూరుకుపోయినట్లే కనిపిస్తోంది. ప్రస్తుతం సస్పెన్షన్ లో ఉన్న ఆ ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులు త్వరలో జైలుకు వెళ్లక తప్పదని ప్రజలు అనుకుంటున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే కాదంబరీ జత్వానీ వ్యవహారంలో ముగ్గురు ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులు సస్పెండ్ అయ్యారు. అప్పట్లో కాదంబరీ జత్వాన్ని  కస్టడీలోకి తీసుకుని ఆమె మీద ఒత్తిడి తేవడం ద్వారా జగన్ కళ్ళలో ఆనందం చూడడానికి, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలతో జగన్ అనుచిత బంధాలను పెంచుకునేలా సహకరించడానికి ఈ పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు తమ హోదాలను వాడుకుని సహకరించారు. కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్ అనే ఒక వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకుడిని  కేవలం ఒక పావుగా ఈ క్రీడలో వాడుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వం మారిన తర్వాత కాదంబరీ జత్వాని విజయవాడకు వచ్చి కేసులు పెట్టడంతో ఈ దుర్మార్గమైన పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారుల వ్యవహారం వెలుగు చూసింది. వారు సస్పెండ్ అయ్యారు. అయితే విశాల్ గున్నీ, కాంతి రానా తాతా ప్రస్తుతం హైకోర్టులో ముందస్తు బెయలు పిటిషన్లు దాఖలు చేసుకుని ఉన్నారు.

అప్పట్లో కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్ ద్వారా కేసు పెట్టించి, కేసు రిజిస్టరు కావడానికి ముందే బయల్దేరి ముంబాయికి వెళ్లిపోయి కాదంబరి జత్వానీని రోడ్డుమీద అటకాయించి అరెస్టు చేసి తీసుకువచ్చిన తీరు, ఇటీవల వెలుగులోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత సర్వత్రా చర్చనీయాంశం అయింది. ప్రస్తుతానికి సీఐడీ విచారణను ఎదుర్కొన్న అప్పటి వ్యవహారంలోని ఇతర అధికారులు ఈ ముగ్గురు ఐపీఎస్ ల పాత్ర గురించి తమకు తెలిసిన వివరాలన్నీ వెల్లడించినట్టుగా కూడా సమాచారం. విశాల్ గున్నీ ఈ కేసులో తమ పాత్ర ఏమీ లేదని.. అంతా సీఎంవో ఆదేశాల మేరకే చేసినట్టుగా కూడా తెలియజేశారని కూడా వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వారి బెయిలు పిటిషన్ల  గురించిన చర్చ ఇప్పుడు మొదలైంది.

వీరికి అసలు బెయిలు ఇవ్వవద్దని కాంతిరాణా తాతా ముంబాయికి విమానం టికెట్ బుక్ చేసుకుని ఉన్నారని, వీరిని ఒకసారి చేయి జారనిస్తే మళ్లీ దొరకరని సిఐడి పోలీసులు కోర్టుకు నివేదిస్తున్నారు.  వారి పారిపోయే అవకాశం ఉన్నదని సీఐడీ పోలీసులు హైకోర్టుకు చెప్పడాన్ని గమనిస్తే త్వరలోనే వారి అరెస్టు కూడా జరగవచ్చుననే అభిప్రాయం పలువురిలో వినిపిస్తోంది.  మరి న్యాయస్థానం కాదంబరీ జత్వానికి న్యాయం చేసే విషయంలో ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందో వేచిచూడాలి!

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో పేద ప్రజలకు ఉచితంగా సరఫరా కావడానికి ఉద్దేశించిన బియ్యం వేల మెట్రిక్ టన్నులు విదేశాలకు స్మగ్లింగ్ అవుతున్న వైనం ప్రజలను దిగ్భ్రాంతికి గురిచేస్తోంది. కాకినాడ కేంద్రంగా పేదలకు అందవలసిన బియ్యం విదేశాలకు స్మగ్లింగ్ అవుతున్నదని.. వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన నాయకులు తెరవెనుక ఉండి ఈ స్మగ్లింగ్ దందాను నడిపిస్తున్నారని జనసేనాని పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు నుంచే పలుమార్లు వెల్లడిస్తూ వచ్చారు. ఇప్పుడు ఆ స్మగ్లింగ్ దందాను సముద్రంలో సినిమా ఫకీలో ఒక చేజ్ నిర్వహించి మరీ కలెక్టర్ పట్టుకున్నారు. ఆ తర్వాత అక్కడకు పరిశీలనకు వెళ్లిన డిప్యూటీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ పోర్టు అధికారుల నుంచి తనకు ఎదురైన సహాయ నిరాకరణ, వారి బుకాయింపు మాటలు తదితర వ్యవహారాలు అన్నింటిని ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో విపులంగా ప్రజల ముందు ఉంచారు. ఇక్కడి వరకు ఒక ఎపిసోడ్ అయితే.. పట్టుబడిన పిడిఎస్ బియ్యం గురించి, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ ప్రెస్ మీట్ గురించి వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన నాయకులు అతిశయంగా స్పందిస్తున్న తీరు చిత్రంగా కనిపిస్తోంది.

ప్రభుత్వం సీజ్ చేసిన పిడిఎస్ బియ్యం స్మగ్లింగ్ అవుతున్న నౌకలోకి ఎలా చేరాయి? రెండు నెలల నుంచి పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ తను పోర్టును సందర్శించాలని అనుకుంటూ ఉంటే అడ్డుపడుతున్న అధికారులు ఎవరు? ఇది ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యమే కదా ప్రభుత్వంలోని వారే ఈ స్మగ్లింగుకు సహకరిస్తున్నట్లు కదా? అని అంబటి రాంబాబు, కురసాల కన్నబాబు వంటి మాజీ మంత్రులు రకరకాల వ్యాఖ్యానాలు చేస్తున్నారు. నిజానికి పిడిఎస్ బియ్యం అక్రమంగా తరలిపోతూ పట్టుబడితే ఆ వ్యవహారాన్ని తెలుగుదేశం సారధ్యంలోని ఎన్డీఏ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానికే అంటగట్టి రాజకీయ లబ్ధి పొందడానికి వారు తమ శక్తి వంచన లేకుండా ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.
