SIT concluded key Mastermind In liquor scam Kasireddy Absconded with The Help of some police officers

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has concluded that Kasireddy Rajasekhar Reddy, who is considered to be the key mastermind and protagonist in the Rs.1000 crore liquor scam that took place during the YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s regime, has absconded as per the plan. It seems that he went into hiding with the help of some police officers who held key positions in the Jagan government.

The SIT officials have been in Hyderabad for two days to search for the whereabouts of  Kasireddy, who ignored the High Court orders and evaded the investigation despite being given notices three times. As part of the second day of inspections, on Tuesday, inspections were conducted at IT Solutions Private Limited, where Raj Kasireddy’s wife’s sister Meghana Reddy and her mother Sujatha Reddy are directors.

The SIT, which collected evidence that most of the financial transactions were done through this company, has seized documents related to the transactions of the last five years. On the other hand, it is reported that the authorities have also conducted searches at Areti Hospital, where Kasireddy’s wife Divya Reddy and her close relative Teegala Vijayender Reddy are directors, and seized key documents.

It is learned that the SIT, which has also pulled the plug on the transactions of ED Creations, which is being conducted in the name of the accused’s daughter Ishani, was continuing its searches till Tuesday night. Meanwhile, the SIT officials who are searching for Raj Kasireddy have found the whereabouts of his parents.

They went there and questioned the accused’s father Upender Reddy. However, when asked about his son’s whereabouts, phone number, the car he uses, and his friends, he only replied ‘I don’t know’, and it is reported that he has been given a notice to appear for questioning at the SIT office in Vijayawada.

On the other hand, the SIT officials found a luxurious car worth Rs. 1.33 crores belonging to Kasireddy in the farmhouse belonging to his friend on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Upon receiving information about Raj’s presence, the officers who went there found only the car. It was seized and it was learned that they were searching for Kasireddy with the help of AI technology.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga To Collaborate with Ram Charan After Spirit

Renowned filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his intense storytelling style, has made a strong mark in Indian cinema with just a few releases. From Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh to the blockbuster Animal, Vanga has quickly become one of the most sought-after directors in the industry. He is currently working on an intense cop thriller, ‘Spirit,’ starring Prabhas, which has already generated massive anticipation since its announcement.

Now, buzz in the film industry suggests that Vanga is in early talks with Global star Ram Charan for an upcoming film. Reports indicate that this popular director has narrated a script to Charan, who is said to have shown keen interest in collaborating. Although the project hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, the news has sparked excitement among Ram Charan fans. Speculations also hint that the film’s title will be ‘Devil’ and be backed by the prestigious UV Creations banner.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s last outing, ‘Game Changer,’ which hit theaters during Pongal, failed to impress audiences and was considered a box-office disappointment. However, hopes are high for his next film, Peddi, directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana, which has received a positive response from its earlier released teaser. Following Peddi, Charan is also set to work with director Sukumar once again.

If all goes as rumored, a collaboration between Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ram Charan might take shape after these ongoing commitments. Additionally, Vanga is also set to work on his much-anticipated sequel, Animal Park, after Spirit.

Mythri Producer Responds with Clarity on Ilaiyaraaja’s Legal Notice

Ajith Kumar’s highly anticipated Tamil action movie Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is creating waves at the box office with good collections. Though critics have given mixed reviews, the film is getting an overwhleming response from Ajith fans across the board. But just as the film is basking in its commercial success, a legal controversy has come to the fore, involving none other than music legend Ilaiyaraaja.

The veteran composer has issued a legal notice to the makers of Good Bad Ugly, alleging unauthorized usage of three of his iconic compositions. According to Ilaiyaraaja, the tracks were not only used without his personal consent but were also modified—something he considers a direct infringement of his copyright.

In his notice, Ilaiyaraaja demanded that the songs be immediately removed from the film and sought compensation for the alleged misuse of his intellectual property. This isn’t the first time the maestro has taken such a stance. Over the years, he has remained vocal and legally active in protecting his musical creations from unauthorized usage, even in public performances and stage shows.

Responding to the controversy, the film’s production house, Mythri Movie Makers, broke their silence with a clear statement. Producer Naveen asserted:

“All the songs used in Good Bad Ugly were licensed legally through the appropriate music labels. We have followed every legal protocol, secured all necessary permissions, and obtained the required No Objection Certificates (NOCs). There has been no violation of copyright from our end.”

This statement suggests that the production team relied on existing agreements with music labels, assuming that those rights were sufficient for the film’s usage. However, Ilaiyaraaja argues that his personal approval remains mandatory, regardless of label ownership.

While legal experts may weigh in on the fine print of copyright law, fans and film circles are keeping a close eye on how this battle unfolds. As of now, the controversy does not appear to have slowed down the film’s theatrical performance. Audiences are still enjoying the songs in theaters, with screenings continuing to draw large crowds.

With Mythri Movie Makers standing firm on their legal compliance and Ilaiyaraaja not backing down from his claims, the industry is bracing for a potentially landmark copyright case. Whether this dispute will impact the future screenings or lead to edits in the film remains to be seen.

For now, Good Bad Ugly continues its successful run in cinemas while the legal drama plays out off-screen. All eyes are now on Ilaiyaraaja’s next move, which could have wider implications for music rights and licensing practices in Indian cinema.

Former Minister Sabita Indra Reddy says people Are waiting For Return of KCR’s Regime

At a meeting of BRS key workers from Maheshwaram constituency, she has given a call for the party cadre to attend in large numbers at the BRS party’s silver jubilee meeting to be held in Warangal on the 27th of this month.

She expressed concern that the Congress government has degraded the state in just one year of rule. She said that the people are angry that the promises made were not fulfilled, but the burden of taxes was being imposed on the people. She said that the credit for implementing schemes without making promises goes to KCR.

She said that people are disgusted by CM Revanth Reddy, who made promises but did not fulfill them. Sabita Indra Reddy said that real estate in the state has collapsed under Congress rule. She expressed her concern that the lives of many youth who depend on real estate have been ruined.

She said that even if farmers are moved, laborers are moved, or any businessman is touched, tears are shed. She was angry that the state, which was prosperous under KCR’s rule, has been turned into a debt-ridden state and no one has a job. She deplored that the Chief Minister has no say in what happens to the state.

The former minister was angry that Revanth Reddy has left public welfare to the wind and has made it his business to curse the opposition. Sabitha Indra Reddy expressed concern that the police are imposing many restrictions on people from going to the silver jubilee to be held in Warangal on the 27th of this month.

The former Home Minister questioned why they are imposing conditions that a large number of people should not gather? She was angry that there was an attempt to prevent them from going to the meeting. She advised that it is not a good practice for the police to impose restrictions on a meeting that is being held democratically.

She alleged that conspiracies are also being made to block vehicles. She expressed concern that a police state is being run in the state. However, she expressed confidence that the people are ready to face any restrictions imposed by the police.

In a strategic move to get back the support of Muslims and other minority communities, who were solidly with them before 2024 elections, but last year went to TDP, has approached  the Supreme Court against the Wakf Act, which was passed by the Central Government in Parliament and has also received the assent of the President.

To this extent, it has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the Waqf Act. In this, it seems that the YSRCP has requested the Center to repeal several clauses in the Waqf Act that are objectionable to Muslims.

Taking the failure to address the concerns of the Muslim community and the violations of the Constitution seriously, the YSRCP tweeted that it has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the Waqf Bill. It said that the Bill violates Articles 13, 14, 25 and 26 of the Constitution.

It said that it contains provisions guaranteeing fundamental rights, equality before the law, freedom of religion and autonomy of religious communities to manage their own affairs. The YSRCP has requested that the inclusion of non-Muslim members under Sections 9 and 14 be considered as interference in the internal functioning of Waqf institutions.

It said that this provision will affect the religious character and administrative independence of the boards. No further details were revealed. Already, petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the Waqf Act by Congress, MIM, AAP MPs, Vijay in Tamil Nadu, as well as several Muslim organizations.

The Supreme Court is hearing on these petitions on Wednesday and the YSRCP is expecting their petition also will be heard along with other petitions. Meanwhile, a controversy was raised with regard to the stand taken by the party in the Parliament.

While it has issued whip to its MPs in Lok Sabha asking to oppose the bill, it was allegedly not issued such whip in the Rajya Sabha, giving their own choice to their members. While the TDP and Jana Sena accused the party of indirectly supporting the bill in the Rajya Sabha, the party claimed that it had issued the whip here also.

CM Revanth Reddy said Every MLA should Donate Rs 25,000 To Congress Every Month

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that each MLA should donate Rs. 25,000 from their salary every month to the Congress party. Speaking at the Congress legislature party meeting at the Novotel Hotel in Shamshabad, he warned that the party cannot be blackmailed and that the party is not in a situation of fear.

He advised that party leaders should show restraint like Addanki Dayakar, who was patient but finally became MLC. He said that our target is to bring the government for the second time. CM Revanth Reddy said that MLAs will soon have personal appointments.

Asked them to come with works that help them to win next time in their constituencies. He warned that the party will not be complacent if anyone crosses the line. He made it clear that if anyone causes trouble to the party, they will face problems.

Revanth Reddy criticized the opposition for spreading a false campaign using artificial intelligence on HCU lands, and that Prime Minister Modi is also saying that he is sending bulldozers, believing this campaign. He accused the BJP and BRS of jointly spreading a poisonous campaign against the people’s government.

He said that the future will only be possible if the party and the government’s prestige increase, and no matter how much good we do, if we do not take it to the people, it will be useless. He directed the party ranks to go to the people from now on if they want to win again.

He explained that the government’s welfare schemes should be taken to the people. CM Revanth Reddy has suggested to MPs, MLAs and MLCs to prepare a report on what is needed in their constituencies. He made it clear that the government will take the responsibility of completing those tasks.

He said that Bandi Sanjay and Kishan Reddy had criticized us until yesterday and now Prime Minister Modi has entered the field. He said that Prime Minister Modi is busy with Telangana schemes. He said that classification has become a stumbling block for Modi and is going to write.

He said that there is a discussion on the Telangana model in the country and that is why the BJP and BRS have come together to trouble the Congress in Telangana. He demanded to know why the fine rice is not being given in the BJP-ruled states?

He made it clear that the decision of the high command on the expansion of the cabinet is final. He said that no matter what anyone says on the expansion, it is useless. He wanted to go to the people and explain about the government schemes and increase the prestige of the government.
