Lokesh warns Jagan To Be Ready To Face Legal Action

Minister Nara Lokesh has made it clear that YSRCP chief and former Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy should be ready to face legal action. He advised him to decide himself whether he will take refuge or fight the law? He commented that there is no time for this.

Lokesh has strongly objected that Jagan’s sound was turned off if he challenged him. He said that it is Jagan’s habit to throw mud and run away and hide in the palace. He made it clear that the time for challenging him to prove his allegations that the money for the `Thalliki Vandanam’ came into his pocket within 24 hours has expired.

Lokesh accused Jagan of not proving this and not apologizing, which is why he is calling him a fake Jagan. It may be recalled that YSRCP leaders alleged that Rs. 13,000 was given to the ‘Thalliki Vandanam’ and Rs. 2000 went into the account of Education Minister Lokesh.

Responding to this accusation, Lokesh demanded that they prove that Rs. 2,000 had been deposited in his account, otherwise they should apologize and withdraw the statement. If they do not do so, he warned that he will take legal action against them. He made it clear that false allegations will not be ignored like in the past.

He warned that those who make baseless allegations will have to pay the price. Lokesh has prepared action against them after the deadline given to them expired. Meanwhile, if it is proven that the funds for the `Thalliki Vandanam’ went into the pockets of Minister Lokesh, as alleged by the YCP, Minister S Savita too challenged that she will resign from the cabinet and also as an MLA.

Can YS Jagan resign from the post of Pulivendula MLA?, she asked. “Jagan, who claimed to be an uncle to the children in the previous government has become a bankrupt after accumulating arrears in those five years. Chandrababu is paying off all those arrears and implementing the Vandanam scheme”, she said.

She recalled that if he wanted to divert the people, the people themselves diverted Jagan from power by not giving him even opposition status.

Even After SC Bail Kommineni’s Release From Jail Delayed, YCP Deserted Krishnam Raju

Even after the Supreme Court granted bail to Sakshi anchor Kommineni Srinivasa Rao, his release from Guntur jail was delayed due to week-end holidays. As a result even after three days of getting bail he was forced to be confined to the jail.

As the Supreme Court has granted subject to the conditions imposed by the trial court, referring the case to the trial court is being delayed. A series of holidays have become an obstacle to completing these formalities. As a result, Kommineni’s lawyers say that he will have to remain in jail until Monday.

Meanwhile, though YSRCP’s legal team is actively coming to the rescue of Kommineni, it seems they are deserting the prime accused in the case, journalist Krishnam Raju, who is also in the same jail. While distancing themselves from Krishnam Raju’s comments in the Sakshi Channel, they are condemning only the arrest of Kommineni. As a result, Krishnam Raju is said to be engaging his own lawyer in this case.

Kommineni, the accused in this case, was arrested by the police on the 9th of this month and produced in the Mangalagiri court on the 10th, where he was remanded for 14 days. Soon after he was shifted to Guntur jail. Kommineni initially filed a petition for bail in the High Court. But, at the same time, he approached the Supreme Court also.

The Supreme Court, which heard the petition, while granting bail, revealed that bail is being granted subject to the conditions imposed by the trial court. However, the Supreme Court’s order was not received until Friday evening, so Kommineni’s release was delayed.

Even though the next day was a holiday, Saturday, Kommineni’s lawyers tried to get a release order by meeting the magistrate at his house. However, it was not possible. With this, the lawyers are going to get bail orders for Kommineni in the trial court on Monday. With this, the lawyers on his behalf are saying that there is no chance of Kommineni coming out on Monday evening.

The ISKCON Radhakrishna Temple in Kurma village under Hiramandalam mandal of Srikakulam district was completely burnt down in a fire accident a few days ago. The police are investigating whether it was an accident or if some miscreants deliberately set fire to it.

He said that the police have instructed the relevant machinery to conduct a thorough investigation into the fire.

He also ordered an investigation from that angle at a time when suspicions are being expressed about this incident. He said that he will talk to the district authorities about the current situation in Kurma village and provide them with the necessary assistance.

TPCC Chief Mahesh Goud predicts Next Telangana CM will Be From BCs

While Revanth Reddy is expressing confidence that he will be the Chief Minister for another ten years, TPCC President and MLC  Mahesh Kumar Goud predicted that a BC will definitely become the Chief Minister of the state in the next elections is causing a stir. Moreover, he called for the need for BCs to unite beyond parties.

Speaking at the launch of the book “OBCla Porubata” written by Madhya Pradesh IAS officer (Principal Secretary) Parikipandla Narahari and Advocate Pridviraj Singh Paramal at the Telugu University auditorium, he said that there is a lack of unity among BCs and that the BCs, who are the majority in the state after the caste census, should come together and work together beyond parties.

Till now, he deplored that most political parties have seen BCs as a vote bank. But, he said that after the caste census, BCs have risen to the point where they want our share.

BJP leader and Malkajgiri MP Etela Rajender said that if you beg, you will get fruits and vegetables, but if you fight, you will get rights and power. He said that only those who have been oppressed  demand their rights, and such people write books and hold movements.

He said that whether you want to be an engineer, IAS or a doctor, you should have merit, but he said that political leaders should also have merit. That should also be a merit that comprehensively understands the spirit of the constitution. He said that there used to be student unions, but these days, he deplored students who are getting into a computer stupor.

Etala expressed concern that social consciousness among them will decrease. The author of the book OBCs’ Struggle Path  Narahari has deplored the growing sense of inferiority among BCs and he called for the need to guide the OBC community in the right direction. He said that all BCs should put aside their castes and collectively campaign for BC rights.

If they work as a united force, he is confident social justice will happen automatically. He said that he believes that social justice will happen through the caste census conducted by the Center. He said that OBCs, who constitute more than fifty percent of the population in Telangana, do not have adequate representation in the state legislatures.

Retired IPS officer Poorna Chandra Rao expressed his concern that the backward classes are full of consciousness, but they are lagging behind in working together.
