A bomb threat allegedly planted by terrorists is creating a stir at SHAR space station in Sriharikota, Tirupati district. The CISF Commandant’s office in Chennai received a threatening call after midnight on Sunday. Soon after, the security personnel in Sriharikota have been put on alert and security forces are conducting detailed checks in the forests of Sriharikota.
CISF teams and police forces participated in the checks. No explosives or suspicious objects were found in these checks. Unknown people called the Chennai command control room saying that bombs have been planted in SHAR and that terrorists are present. However, it is not clear whether this is the work of hooligans or if it is real.
With this, the forces have been alerted and have been conducting intensive checks in Sriharikota since early morning. CISF forces have formed teams and are combing the area around SHAR. Coastal security forces have also intensified their checks on sea routes. Checks were carried out at the first gate of SHAR and the colony of SHAR employees.
SHAR is surrounded by water. There is only one way to enter. There are around 2,000 CISF jawans in SHAR. They are also combing the forests. It is known that India is moving very fast in space experiments at the global level. At such a time, CISF jawans are combing the forests on a large scale, thinking that any accident may occur.
Control rooms and several colonies there are also being checked. On the other hand, special teams are also conducting checks there on suspicion of someone infiltrating through the sea route. There is a tense atmosphere in SHAR after receiving a call about the presence of terrorists. Extensive searches are being carried out to see if terrorists have really infiltrated or not.
However, there is no chance of terrorists entering SHAR. There are also fishing villages and islands around it. The people of this village earn their living by fishing. In this context, if any unknown people come, they will immediately inform the CISF jawans in SHAR and also the local police. In this context, the police are also asking the fishing people whether any unknown people have come recently. In this context, security has been tightened around SHAR.
