BJP Manifesto Promise Piped Gas, Free Health Insurance

Just a week before the commencement of the first phase of voting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday released the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s manifesto, ‘Sankalp Patra’, for the Lok Sabha Polls 2024. 

The release of the BJP’s manifesto today coincided with the birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar, a towering leader from the Dalit community and an architect of the Indian Constitution.

The Prime Minister added that the highlight of the manifesto will be the four pillars of ‘Viksit Bharat – Yuva Shakti, Nari Shakti, the poor and farmers. He added the government, if elected, will focus on creating jobs and boosting startups in the country

Union minister Rajnath Singh, who headed the manifesto coordination committee, said the BJP has earned credibility among people by fulfilling its commitments, asserting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantees are seen as pure as 24-carat gold.

Modi’s guarantee is that treatment worth Rs 5 lakh will be available under Ayushman Yojana, the PM said.

Marking the occasion of the release, BJP president Nadda in his address, praised the Modi government over its development work in rural India. 

“Today, as we launch the Sankalp Patra, we will learn and discuss how we will serve the country for the next five years under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi. Modi ji ensures his involvement in all the events and activities of the Party. The proper functioning of the BJP has always been his top priority. I heartily welcome him to this event,” Nadda said.

Further, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh while speaking during the occasion also hailed ten years of the Modi government and said under the leadership of PM Modi, the BJP has fulfilled all its promises made to the general public.

 “I am glad and satisfied that under the leadership of Modi Ji, we have fulfilled every promise made to the countrymen. Be it the Sankalp Patra of 2014 or the Ghoshna Patra of 2019, under the splendid leadership of Modi Ji, we have fulfilled every Sankalp,” Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said. 

Here are the main promises

1) Raising loan limit under ‘Mudra’ scheme to Rs 20 lakh from Rs 10 lakh.

2) Steps to provide all households with affordable piped gas 

3)  Three crore houses for the poor across the country

4) All Indians above 70 to be brought under free health insurance programme 

5) Expansion of Vande Bharat trains to every corner of the country. These include three models of Vande Bharat – Vande Bharat Sleeper, Vande Bharat Chaircar and Vande Bharat Metro. Abolishing waiting lists for train travel

6)  The 150th birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda in 2025 will be celebrated at the national level. Digital Janjatiya Kala Academy to be established 

7) Implementing the “one nation, one poll” initiative and preparing common electoral rolls.

9) The Uniform Civil Code for the country’s interest. 

10) Expansion of 5G networks and work on 6G.

Chandrababu Asserts No One Can Move Even An Inch Of Amaravati

Asserting that Amaravati will remain as the capital city of Andhra Pradesh, TDP supremo and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu made it clear that no one can move even an inch of Amaravati. No matter how many people may come, he said people of the state will soon realise their dream of having a world class city Amaravati as their capital.

Addressing a mammoth Prajagalam poll campaign in Tadikonda, in Amaravati region, he said that people like Jagan cannot move the capital even if a thousand people come. He deplored  that the YCP government has harassed  farmers of the capital. He promised to make Visakhapatnam a financial capital.

He said that it is certain that NDA will come to power in Andhra Pradesh and at the center also. Alleging that Jagan took the development of the state to 30 years back, he said these elections are an opportunity for the people to take revenge against Jagan’s miserable rule, by using their voting right.

If the TDP government continued in the state, he felt that Polavaram would have been completed in 2020. He expressed concern that during Jagan’s regime several industries ran away from the state as they were unable to give commissions to YCP leaders.

He lamented that YCP has betrayed the youth of the state and completely destroyed education. Is changing paintings of school amounts to bring a change in the education system, he asked. He said that youth were cheated in the name of the job calendar.

Stating that the capital city reflects pride and self- respect of the people of the state, Chandrababu said that he planned to build Amaravati to compete with Hyderabad. Now, he assured with the help of Pawan Kalyan and Narendra Modi, they will develop Amaravati as an international city.

He said that a wave of change is clearly seen all over the state. YCP is not in a position to get a single seat in Godavari districts. Farmers and other people of this region, who sacrificed a lot seeking for a capital city will certainly lead a change of government in the state, he added.  

He expressed regret that though he wanted to make Amaravati a center of wealth creation, due to the present government’s negligent attitude, youth are forced to go to neighboring states for employment.

YS Bharati Now To Swing Into Election Campaign

Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s wife, who looks after his media house and other business organisations, is said to be pushed into YSRCP election campaign this time. Though in earlier occasions, she took part in some election related activities, but never participated on her own. She used to accompany her mother-in-law YS Vijayamma.

This time, YS Jagan seems to be feeling lonely in his home district Kadapa, as his own sister and APCC President YS Sharmila is aggressively campaigning against his government and she is being accompanied by cousin sister Dr Sunitha. But, hardly any family member is seen campaigning for YS Jagan.

Moreover, both the sister cornering chief minister accusing of protecting the killers of uncle and former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. More than that, they are objecting for fielding `a murdered’  tKadapa sitting MP YS Avinash Reddy, who is contesting again, even after CBI named him as accused.

In recent times Bharati was first seen in political activity two days ago, when greeted her husband, who was on Bus Yatra in Tadepalli junction. She greeted the audience, as a mark of her solidarity and Jagan also responded to her greeting.This video is now being viral in social media.

On the other hand, on April 22, YCP chief YS Jagan will file his nomination as the Pulivendula assembly candidate. It is reported that his wife YS Bharathi will also conduct a door-to-door campaign in support of her husband in their home constituency. This will be her first appearance with the public coming on her own as part of an election campaign.

As there is not a single person from the YS family campaigning in support of YS Jagan in this election, YCP sources are expecting that the Bharati campaign will fill up that lacuna. Her presence also felt to be a response to the aggressive campaign of Sharmila and Sunitha against Japan’s Politics of murder’.

However, ruling party leaders are in a dilemma as to how far Bharati will match to Sharmila and Sunitha at the field, as both of them have already proved their energies in giving a tough fight to the political opponents at the field level.

Sharmila also gained some sympathies among YCP hard-core cadres due to her intensive campaign for the party during previous elections, that too during the period Jagan was in jail.

BJP Unlikely To Open Account In Kerala

Though BJP is having a strong presence in Kerala, then any other Southern state, it is unable to register electoral presence, due to political polarisation between two predominant fronts in the state. Except winning one assembly seat in 2016 polls, it failed to win any MLA or MP seat.

But this time BJP is making sincere efforts to open its account in Lok Sabha polls and aiming at winning a minimum of three seats, out of 20 seats in the state. It is fielding its senior leaders, including two union ministers Muraleedharan and Rajeev Chandrasekhar in the election fray. It also pins high hopes in a few constituencies, including Thrissur.  

However, a recent survey indicated that BJP is unlikely to open its account in the state. Manorama News- VMR Survey predicts that the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) has a clear edge in the state. It is likely to win 13 of the 20 seats in the state. The state goes to polls on April 26.

The survey says that UDF is likely to win Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki, Alathur, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Ponnani, Wayanad and Kasaragod constituencies.

The poll outcome, however, is unpredictable in four seats—Vadakara, Kannur, Attingal and Palakkad—that are witnessing a close contest between the UDF and the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF). In Thrissur, Chalakkudy and Mavelikkara, the UDF has an upper hand, but the survey does not rule out the possibility of surprise wins in these seats.

In the 2019 general elections, the UDF won 19 seats while the Left only one. The BJP came a distant third in all the seats except Thiruvananthapuram.  Of the total participants of the Manorama survey, 43.38 per cent supported the UDF while 34.74 said they would support the LDF. The NDA received the support of 18.44 per cent of the participants. 

More than half of the participants remarked that the Narendra Modi government was misusing the central probe agencies against its political opponents. As many as 54 per cent participants did not find Ayodhya Ram temple construction as an achievement of the Union government, though they credited the Modi government for Women Reservation Act and Vande Bharat trains.

While 56 per cent participants felt Muslims were denied justice in the Ayodhya issue, 50.59 per cent claimed India was losing its secular character. Price hike, farm crisis, communal polarisation, Manipur violence were cited as the failure of the Modi government by a significant number of respondents.

Nearly half of the participants (49 per cent) blamed the Union government in the tussle between Centre and state over financial matters.

అన్న జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి పీసీసీ సారథి షర్మిల ఒక సరికొత్త ప్రశ్నను సంధించారు. అసలు మీ పార్టీ పేరులోనైనా వైఎస్సార్ ఉన్నారా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. యువజన శ్రామిక రైతు పార్టీని వైఎస్సార్ పార్టీగా మీరు ప్రజలను మభ్యపెడుతున్నారని, తాను అలాకాకుండా, తండ్రి వైఎస్సార్ పేరుమీదనే పార్టీ ప్రారంభించానని అంటున్నారు. జగన్ పురమాయింపు మీద వైవీసుబ్బారెడ్డి, విజయసాయిరెడ్డి, సజ్జల రామక్రిష్ణారెడ్డి తన మీద చేస్తున్న విమర్శలకు ఆమె గట్టిగానే కౌంటర్ ఇచ్చారు.


నేను తెలంగాణలో పార్టీ పెట్టానని, తర్వాత ఇక్కడకు వచ్చానని విమర్శిస్తున్నారంటూ.. అక్కడ కేసీఆర్ పతనం కోసమే పార్టీ పెట్టాను. అయినా నా తండ్రి వైఎస్సార్ పేరుతోనే పెట్టాను. మీలాగా ఆ అక్షరాలతో మాయచేసే పార్టీ పెట్టలేదు.. అని షర్మిల నిలదీశారు. మీ పార్టీ పేరులో అసలు వైఎస్సార్ ఎక్కడ ఉన్నారంటూ ప్రశ్నించారు. అక్కడ ఓటు చీలకుండా ఉండేందుకే వైఎస్సార్ తెలంగాణ పార్టీని కాంగ్రెసులో విలీనంచేశానని, కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ బతికి ఉన్నంత వరకు ఆ పార్టీ బతికి ఉంటుందని అన్నారు.

అయినా, సరైన సమయంలో షర్మిల చాలా సహేతుకమైన డిమాండ్ నే లేవనెత్తారు. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ అని ఎవరో పార్టీ ప్రారంభిస్తే ఆ పార్టీని తాను ‘కొనుక్కుని’ తండ్రి పేరుతో స్థాపించిన పార్టీలాగా బిల్డప్ ఇచ్చి తండ్రికి ఉన్న ప్రజాదరణను క్యాష్ చేసుకోవడానికి రాజకీయం చేసిన వ్యక్తి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి. వైఎస్సార్ కు ఉండే ప్రజాదరణ మొత్తం తన సొంతం చేసుకోవడానికి ఆయన అన్ని రకాల మార్గాలను వాడుకున్నారు. సాక్షి పేపర్లో లోగో పక్కనే తండ్రి ఫోటో పెట్టారు. ప్రతిరోజూ తండ్రి జీవితం నుంచి ఒక కొటేషన్ వేయడం ప్రారంభించారు. అలాగే సాక్షి టీవీ ఛానెల్ లోగోలో కూడా వైఎస్సార్ బొమ్మ వాడుతూ వచ్చారు. అయితే జగన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన తర్వాత.. వైఎస్సార్ ను కనుమరుగు చేయడం ప్రారంభించారు.

ముందుగా సాక్షి దినపత్రికలో వైఎస్సార్ కొటేషన్ ను ఇవ్వడం మానేశారు. ఇటీవల సాక్షి చానెల్ లోగో మరియు డిజైన్ మార్చే ప్రక్రియలో  భాగంగా.. అసలు వైఎస్సార్ బొమ్మను పూర్తిగా తీసేశారు. వైఎస్సార్ ను పక్కకు నెట్టేసి పూర్తిగా తన సొంత క్రేజ్ నిర్మించుకోవడానికి జగన్ ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నట్టుగా కనిపిస్తోంది.

షర్మిల మాత్రం చాలా పద్ధతిగా.. అసలు ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల్లోంచి కూడా తండ్రి వైఎస్సార్ పేరును కనుమరుగు చేసేసి.. తన సొంత కీర్తి కోసం జగన్ ఆరాటపడుతున్నారని  ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. పార్టీ పేరులో ఆ అక్షరాలు మిగిలిఉంటాయే తప్ప, తండ్రి వైఎస్సార్ అస్తిత్వాన్ని పూర్తిగా మాయం చేయడానికే జగన్ వ్యూహాత్మకంగా అడుగులు వేస్తున్నట్టు కనిపిస్తోంది.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి మీద రాయితో జరిగిన దాడిని ఖచ్చితంగా ఖండించాల్సిందే. ఆయనకు నుదుటిమీద జరిగిన గాయం గురించి ఖచ్చితంగా సానుభూతి వ్యక్తంచేయాల్సిందే. నిందితులు ఎవ్వరైనా సరే వారికి శిక్ష పడి తీరాల్సిందే. కానీ జరిగిన దాడిని బట్టి విచక్షణతో దర్యాప్తు జరగాలి. అంతే తప్ప.. జగన్ గాయపడినదే తడవుగా.. దాన్ని ఎన్ని రకాలుగా వక్రీకరించవచ్చునో ఆలోచిస్తూ సాగడం అనేది ఘోరంగా కనిపిస్తోంది.

వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకులందరూ కూడా.. ఈ రాయిని చంద్రబాబునాయుడే వేయించినట్లుగా చెప్పడానికి, రాజకీయాల్లో అనైతికమైన దాడిగా అభివర్ణించడానికి నానా పాట్లు పడుతున్నారు. ఈలోగా ఇది ఏకంగా హత్యాయత్నం అని అభివర్ణిస్తూ కేశినేని నాని వంటి నాయకులు, మరియు సాక్షి ఛానెల్ ఒక ప్రచారాన్ని ప్రారంభించేశాయి.


సాక్షి ఛానెల్లో ఈ దాడి గురించి ప్రతి మాటకు ముందు వెనుక  హత్యాయత్నం అనే పదంతోనే వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. చాలా ప్రొఫెషనల్ కిల్లర్స్ తో చేయించినట్టుగా చెబుతున్నారు. షార్ప్ షూటర్లయిన స్నైపర్ లను వాడారు అని మాత్రమే అనడం లేదు. ఎయిర్ గన్ వంటి తుపాకీలోంచి రాయితో కొట్టారేమో అనే సందేహాన్ని కూడా ప్రస్తావిస్తున్నారు.

జగన్ కు నుదుటిమీద గాయమైంది. ఆ గాయం Y ఆకారంలో ఉండడం వలన అది గుండ్రటి రాయి కారణంగా తగిలిన గాయం కాదని, ఫైర్ స్టోన్ వంటిదని, గులకరాయి వంటిదని అంటున్నారు. గుండ్రటి రాయి అయితే ఎయిర్ గన్ లోంచి కూడా వచ్చి ఉండొచ్చు గానీ.. అలాంటిది కాకపోవడం వలన క్యాట్ బాల్ తో వేసి ఉంటారని పోలీసులు అనుమానిస్తుండగా.. సంఘటన స్థలం నుంచి వివరాలు తెలియజెప్పే ప్రయత్నం చేసిన విలేకరి మాత్రం ‘‘షార్ప్ షూటర్’’ తప్ప మరెవ్వరూ ఈ పని చేయలేరంటూ అత్యుత్సాహం ప్రదర్శించడం విశేషం.

తలమీద  గులకరాయి కారణంగా చిన్న దెబ్బ తగిలితే దానిని హత్యాయత్నంగా అభివర్ణించడం చూస్తోంటే.. అచ్చంగా అయిదేళ్ల కిందటి కోడికత్తి డ్రామానే ప్రజలకు గుర్తుకు వస్తోంది. జగన్ ను చంపడానికి ఓ కుర్రాడు కోడికత్తిని తీసుకువచ్చాడుట.. దానితో ఆయన భుజం మీద పొడిచాడుట… ఆ సంఘటన నుంచి వైసీపీ ఎంత మైలేజీ పొందినదో అందరికీ తెలుసు. అదే తరహాలో.. ఈ ‘గులకరాయి’ నుంచి కూడా ‘హత్యాయత్నం’ మైలేజీ కోసం ఆరాటపడుతున్నది సాక్షి. ఆ గులకరాయి చాలా పదునుగా ఉన్నదని, అది ఇంకాస్త గట్టిగా తగిలిఉంటే.. నుదురుకింద పుర్రెకూడా పగిలి ప్రాణాపాయం సంభవించి ఉండేదని, కణతకు తగిలిఉన్నా కూడా ప్రాణాపాయం జరిగేదని ఇలా రకరకాలుగా.. హత్య జరగబోయింది అనే భ్రమను ప్రజలకు కల్పించడానికి సాక్షి టీవీ శక్తివంచనలేకుండా ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది.

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి నుదుటిమీద గాయమైంది. ప్రజాజీవితంలో ఉన్న నాయకులమీద ఇలాంటి దాడి జరగడం అనేది హేయమైన విషం. దాడి ఎవరి మీద జరిగినా ఖండించి తీరాల్సిందే. సహజంగానే.. దాడిలో గాయపడింది జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి గనుక.. నిందలన్నీ చంద్రబాబునాయుడు మీద, తెలుగుదేశం మీద పడుతున్నాయి. ఆదివారం తెల్లవారే సరికి.. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన మంత్రులు సీనియర్ నాయకులు అందరూ కూడా యాక్టివేట్ అయ్యారు. ఒక నరహంతకుడిగా చంద్రబాబునాయుడును చిత్రించడానికి ఎన్నెన్ని రకాలుగా తిట్టవచ్చునో వాళ్లు చూపిస్తున్నారు. అందరూ ఒకే పని మీద ఉన్నారు. అయితే చంద్రబాబును దోషిగా ప్రజల ఎదుట నిలబెట్టాలనే రంధిలో పడి.. కీలకంగా పట్టించుకోవాల్సిన అనేక విషయాలను చాలా మంది విస్మరిస్తున్నారు.
ప్రోటోకాల్ ప్రకారం రాష్ట్రంలోనే నెంబర్ వన్ స్థానంలో ఉండే ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి స్వయంగా బస్సుయాత్రలో రోడ్డుమీద వస్తున్న సమయంలో విజయవాడ వంటి అగ్రశ్రేణి నగరంలో విద్యుత్తు సరఫరా నిలిచిపోవడం ఏమిటి? ఇది చాలా చిత్రంగా కనిపిస్తోంది. జగన్ బస్సు మీదనుంచి అభివాదం చేస్తూ ఉండగా.. పక్కనుంచి రాయి చాలా వేగంగా వచ్చి ఆయన తలకు తగిలింది. ఆ పక్కనే ఒక స్కూలు భవనం ఉంది. అటువైపు నుంచి క్యాట్ బాల్ తో రాయి విసిరి ఉండచ్చునని పోలీసులు ప్రాథమికంగా అనుమానిస్తున్నారు. కావచ్చు – కాకపోవచ్చు అదంతా వేరే సంగతి. కానీ ఏం జరిగిందో స్పష్టంగా తెలిసే అవకాశమే లేకుండా ఆ సమయంలో ఆ రోడ్డులో విద్యుత్తు సరఫరా నిలిచిపోవడం ఏమిటి? ఆ కోణంలో దర్యాప్తు చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని ప్రజలు భావిస్తున్నారు.
సింగనగర్ రోడ్డులో జగన్ మీద దాడి జరిగిన ప్రాంతాన్ని పోలీసులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని ఆధారాలు సేకరిస్తున్నారు. ఆ ప్రాంతంలో ఉండే సీసీటీవీ ఫుటేజీద్వారా దుండగులను గుర్తించేపనిలో ఉన్నారు.
సాధారణంగా సీఎం బస్సు యాత్ర అంటే.. చాలా పెద్దస్థాయిలో వీడియో కవరేజీ జరుగుతూ ఉంటుంది. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన, సాక్షి టీవీకి చెందిన వీడియో కెమెరాలు నిరంతరాయంగా ఆయన పర్యటను షూట్ చేస్తూ ఉంటాయి. వారి డ్రోన్ కమెరాలు కూడా ఆయన యాత్ర పొడవునా పనిచేస్తూ ఉంటాయి. అలాగే భద్రత ఏర్పాట్ల నిమిత్తం పోలీసులు వాడే డ్రోన్ కెమెరాల నిఘా కూడా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఇన్ని ఉన్నప్పటికీ రాయి వచ్చిన తీరు కొంత కనిపిస్తోందే తప్ప స్పష్టత లేకుండాపోయింది. దీనికి కేవలం ఆ ప్రాంతంలో కరెంటు లేకపోవడం మాత్రమే కారణం. ముందు అటువైపు నుంచి ప్రారంభిస్తే.. అసలు దోషులవైపు లీడ్ దొరుకుతుందని పలువురు భావిస్తున్నారు.

మంత్రి బొత్స సత్యనారాయణకు హఠాత్తుగా ఇప్పుడు విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ఉద్యోగుల మీద ప్రేమ పుట్టుకు వచ్చేసింది. విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ను ప్రెవేటీకరించడానికి కేంద్రంలోని బిజెపి సర్కారు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నదనే సంగతి కూడా గుర్తుకు వచ్చింది. అందుకోసం ఆయన విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రెవటీకరణ జరగకుండా అడ్డుకోవాలని, ఎన్నికల ప్రచారానికి గాజువాకకు వస్తున్న చంద్రబాబునాయుడును  బతిమాలుతున్నారు. ప్రెవేటీకరణకు వ్యతిరేకంగా స్పష్టమైన విధానాన్ని ప్రకటించి అక్కడి ఉద్యోగులకు ఊరట కలిగించాలనేది బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ డిమాండ్.

ఇన్నాళ్లూ బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ ప్రభుత్వంలోనే కీలకమంత్రిగా ఉన్నారు కదా. ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమపై ఆయనలోని ప్రేమ ఇన్నాళ్లూ ఏమైపోయింది? తమ ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్ ద్వారా ఆ పనిని చక్కబెట్టలేకపోయారా? అనే ప్రశ్న ప్రజలనుంచి వస్తుందని ఎంతో అనుభవజ్ఞుడు అయిన బొత్సకు స్పష్టంగానే తెలుసు. అందుకే ముందుగా తానే చెప్పేశారు. సీఎం జగన్.. ప్రెవేటీకరణకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ప్రధానికి లేఖ రాశారని అంటున్నారు.

అయితే బొత్సలో ఇప్పుడు హఠాత్తుగా ఈ ఉక్కు ప్రేమ ఎందుకు పొంగిందనేదే డౌటు. ఆయన భార్య ఝాన్సీ విశాఖ ఎంపీగా పోటీచేస్తుండేసరికి.. ఆమెకు లాభం చేకూర్చడానికి ఆయన స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ఉద్యోగుల మీద కపట ప్రేమను ప్రదర్శిస్తున్నారని అంతా అనుకుంటున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు చంద్రబాబు గాజువాకకు వస్తోంటే.. ఇలాంటి డిమాండ్ వినిపిస్తున్న బొత్స జగన్ ఏలుబడిలో ఎన్నడూ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ కష్టాలను పట్టించుకోలేదు. ప్రజలు నవ్వుతారనే ఆలోచన కూడా లేకుండా జగన్ లేఖ రాశారని చెబుతున్న ఆయనకు తెలుగుదేశం వారు మాత్రం.. మీ జగన్ కు ఎటూ చేతకాలేదు. మీరంతా కలిసి చంద్రబాబును గెలిపించండి. అప్పుడు ఆయన కూడా సీఎం హోదాలో మళ్లీ ప్రధానికి ఒక లేఖ రాస్తారు అని కౌంటర్లు వేస్తున్నారు.

జగన్ సీఎంగా ఉండగా ఏ ఒక్క రోజు కూడా విశాఖ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ఉద్యోగులకు తన మద్దతు ప్రకటించలేదు. వారి కష్టాలను ఆలకించలేదు. ప్రెవేటీకరణ వద్దని మోడీ వద్దకు రెప్రజెంట్ చేయలేదు. రాజకీయంగా తన మీద నిందపడకుండా ఉండేందుకు ఒక లేఖ రాసి చేతులు దులుపుకున్నారు. అలాంటిది ఇప్పుడు చంద్రబాబునాయుడు బిజెపి పొత్తులు పెట్టుకునే సరికి.. ఇన్నాళ్లూ అసలు పట్టించుకోని బొత్స వంటి వారికి కూడా ప్రేమ పుట్టుకొచ్చింది. చంద్రబాబును నిలదీస్తే గాజువాక ప్రజలంతా ఎగబడి తన భార్య ఝాన్సీకి ఓట్లు వేసి ఎంపీగా గెలిపించేస్తారని ఆయన ఊహిస్తున్నారేమో మరి!

విజయవాడలో ఎన్నికల ప్రచార యాత్రలో ఉన్న జగన్ కాన్వాయ్ పైకి గుర్తు తెలియని వ్యక్తులు రాళ్లు విసిరారు. సీఎం జగన్ తలకు గాయమైంది. ఎడమ కంటి పై భాగంలో ఆయనకు రాయి తగిలింది. చిన్న గాయమైంది. బస్సులోనే ప్రథమచికిత్స చేయించుకుని యాత్రను కొనసాగించిన జగన్, తన రాత్రి బసకు చేరుకున్న తర్వాత, అక్కడినుంచి విజయవాడ ప్రభుత్వాస్పత్రికి వెళ్లి డాక్టర్లకు చూపించుకున్నారు. వాపు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నది గానీ.. గాయం చిన్నదే అని తేల్చిన డాక్టర్లు ఆయనకు రెండుకుట్లు వేశారు. ఎడమకంటికి పైభాగంలో నుదుటిమీద ఈ గాయం అయింది. జగన్, ఆదివారం నాటి బస్సుయాత్రకు విరామం ఇచ్చి విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోబోతున్నారు. ఈ యాత్రలోనే జగన్ వెంట ఉన్న మాజీ మంత్రి వెల్లంపల్లి శ్రీనివాస్ కు కూడా మరో రాయి తగిలి స్వల్ప గాయమైనట్టుగా చెబుతున్నారు.
జనంలోంచి ఎవరైనా రాయి విసిరారా? క్యాట్ బాల్ తో దూరం నుంచి కొట్టారా? అనేది తేలాల్సి ఉంది. ప్రస్తుతానికి దాడి జరిగిన ప్రదేశాన్ని పోలీసులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. విచారణ కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు.
విజయవాడ సెంట్రల్ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని సింగ్ నగర్ లో గంగానమ్మ గుడి దగ్గర జగన్ బస్సు యాత్ర సాగుతుండగా ఈ ఘటన జరిగింది. సీఎం బస్సు యాత్ర జరుగుతుండగా.. ఆ ప్రాంతంలో అప్పుడు విద్యుత్తు సరఫరా లేదు. విద్యుత్తు అధికారులు అంత నిర్లక్ష్యంగా ఎలా కరెంటు సరఫరా నిలిపేశారో తెలియదు. జగన్ గాయానికి కుట్లు వేసిన డాక్టరు వెంకటేష్ రెండు మూడురోజుల్లో కోలుకుంటారని, గాయం చిన్నదే కానీ, వాపు ఉన్నదని చెప్పారు.
సీఎం జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి సాధారణంగా విపరీతమైన భద్రత వలయం మధ్య ఉంటారు. ఆయన చుట్టూ అంతమంది ఉండగా.. ఇలాంటి ఘటన ఎలా జరిగిందనేది అంతుపట్టడం లేదు. అనంతపురంలో జగన్ మీదకు జనంలోంచి ఎవరో చెప్పు విసిరారు. అది కూడా దాదాపు జగన్ మీదకే దూసుకువచ్చింది. ఆయన పక్కకు తప్పుకోవడంతో తగల్లేదు. అలాంటి ఘటన జరిగిన తర్వాత కూడా.. రాష్ట్రంలో భద్రత ప్రోటోకాల్ పరంగా మొదటిస్థానంలో ఉండే ముఖ్యమంత్రి విషయంలో ఎందుకు సరైన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోలేదు అనే ప్రశ్న వస్తోంది. పోలీసులు భద్రత ఏర్పాట్ల విషయంలో పూర్తిగా ఫెయిలయ్యారనే సందేహాలు వస్తున్నాయి.

తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు దగ్గరినుంచి, కిందిస్థాయిలో ఉండే అనేక మంది నాయకులు ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీచేయడానికి నామినేషన్లు వేసిన తర్వాత.. వారిపై అనర్హత వేటు పడేలా ప్రభుత్వం ఒక కుట్రరచన చేస్తున్నదా? ఆ కుట్రకు పోలీసుశాఖలోని ఉన్నతాధికారులనుంచి కూడా మార్మికమైన సహకారం అందుతున్నదా? అనే సందేహాలు ఇప్పుడు ప్రజల్లో రేకెత్తుతున్నాయి. ఏకంగా పోలీసు డీజీపీ ని ఉద్దేశించి హైకోర్టు చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు కూడా ఇలాంటి సందేహాలకు ఊతమిస్తున్నాయి.

జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత.. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు సహా అనేక మంది తెలుగుదేశం నాయకుల మీద రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అనేక పోలీసు స్టేషన్లలో వివిధ కేసులు నమోదు అయ్యాయి. వేర్వేరు సందర్భాల్లో, వేర్వేరు పోలీసు స్టేషన్లలో ఎన్ని పోలీసు కేసులు నమోదు అయ్యాయో కూడా లెక్కలేదు. ప్రతి కేసులోనూ పోలీసులు వారికి సమన్లు పంపారనే గ్యారంటీ కూడా లేదు. నిజానికి రాజకీయ నాయకులకు ఇది చాలా ప్రమాదకరమైన పోకడ. ఎన్నికల్లో నామినేషన్లు దాఖలు చేసినప్పుడు వారి మీద ఏయే పోలీసు కేసులు ఉన్నాయో చాలా వివరంగా పేర్కొనాలి. ఏ ఒక్క కేసు గురించి అఫిడవిట్ లో చెప్పకపోయినా సరే.. కేసు వివరాలు దాచిపెట్టి, మోసపూరితంగా నామినేషన్ వేసినట్టుగా పరిగణనలోకి వస్తుంది. దానివల్ల నామినేషన్ పూర్తిగా డిస్‌క్వాలిఫై అయ్యే ప్రమాదమూ ఉంటుంది. నిజానికి తెదేపా నాయకులమీద నమోదైన కేసులను పోలీసులు గుంభనంగా ఉంచేశారనే ఆరోపణ కూడా ఉంది.

మొత్తానికి నామినేషన్ సమయంలో ఇలాంటి సాంకేతికపరమైన ఇబ్బంది రాకుండా ఉండేందుకు .. తన మీద రాష్ట్రంలో ఏయే పోలీసు స్టేషన్లలో ఏయే కేసులు నమోదై ఉన్నాయో ఆ కేసుల వివరాలు అన్నీ ఇవ్వాలంటూ నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు రాష్ట్ర డీజీపీకి, వివిధ జిల్లాల ఎస్పీలకు కూడా చాలా రోజుల కిందట లేఖలు రాశారు.  అలాగే మరికొందరు తెలుగుదేశం నాయకులు కూడా ఇలాంటి లేఖలు రాశారు. వారిలో నారా లోకేష్, అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు, ధూళిపాళ్ల నరేంద్ర, అచ్చెన్నాయుడు, నారాయణ, తదితరులు అనేకమంది ఉన్నారు. అయితే పోలీసులు ఆ వివరాలు ఇవ్వకపోవడంతో వారు హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు.

ఈ విషయాన్ని హైకోర్టు చాలా సీరియస్ గా తీసుకుంది. నెలరోజుల కిందట వినతిపత్రం ఇస్తే వివరాలు ఇవ్వకుండా ఇంతకాలం ఏం చేస్తున్నారంటూ హైకోర్టు ఆగ్రహించింది. కేసుల వివరాలు ఇవ్వడానికి మీకెంత సమయం కావాలంటూ నిలదీసింది. ఏఐ పరిజ్ఞానం వాడితే రెండుమూడు గంటల్లోనే అన్ని కేసుల వివరాలు ఇవ్వవచ్చునని, ఈనెల 16వ తేదీలోగా మొత్తం అందరి మీద ఉన్న కేసుల వివరాలు అందించాలని ఆదేశించింది.

పోలీసులు ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా జాప్యం చేస్తున్నట్లయితే గనుక.. తెదేపా నాయకుల మీద అనర్హత వేటు పడేలా అధికార పార్టీ కుట్రరచనలో వారు భాగస్వాములు అవుతున్నట్లేనని పలువురు అభిప్రాపడుతున్నారు.
