BJP MP Raghunandan Rao says Supreme Court verdict Is Testimony of Revanth Reddy’s Attitude

Hailing the Supreme Court verdict on the Kancha Gachibowli land issue, BJP MP M Raghunadan Rao said that it is testimony of the Revanth Reddy government’s attitude.  He also expressed surprise at the cutting of trees on 100 acres by the CM Revanth Reddy government in three days.

Raghunandan Rao said that when University of Hyderabad was established in 1973, the then Congress government gave 2,374 acres of land, but now the same Congress is snatching those lands. He lamented that the prince (KTR), who did not see the face of the Central University when he was in power for ten years, is now talking naked.

MP Raghunandar Rao said that the Supreme Court’s verdict is a united victory achieved by the students and expressed anger that the police behaved inhumanly when the students took to the streets and protested. He questioned why Rahul Gandhi did not see the scenes of children being dragged by their hair in the university.

“Did Rahul Gandhi ask why you are snatching the lands given by our grandmother? If Rahul had asked, this problem would not have arisen. It is not right to talk more about the issue that is in court. The orders given by the Supreme Court today are in favor of the students and are proof of their success,” he criticized.

The BJP MP made it clear that the state government should act in accordance with the orders of the Supreme Court. He said that according to the Volta Act, even a tree in a house compound requires permission. He said that he did not think that the officials were unaware of these laws and regulations and demanded that an expert committee be formed within a month as per the orders of the Supreme Court.

“We will stand by the students. We will appreciate their struggle and be with them. When the University of Hyderabad was established in 1973, the government gave 2374 acres. How will Revanth Reddy, who always says that it is Indiramma’s Rajyam, use the lands given during Indiramma’s rule for business?” he asked.

Stating that CM Revanth had said that he had removed illegal structures in ponds and ponds and brought in HYDRA to protect the environment, he wondered how can he cut down trees in hundreds of acres here and there and cause trouble to wildlife?.

Meanwhile, he alleged that the BRS party has no moral right to speak on the Central University lands. Stating that the party has lost credibility, he accused the BRS people of going in front of the students and shedding crocodile tears. He said that both BRS and Congress are like a coin and a coin.

He criticized that for ten years they ate in the green and slept in the warm. He recalled that they became MLAs on the pink flag and contested the parliamentary elections on the tricolor flag, criticizing that the bond between these two parties is as inseparable as the bond between a veena and a vani.
