BJP MLAs says PM Modi’s Amaravati visit Reflects commitment To AP

BJP MLAs Adinarayana Reddy and Vishnu Kumar Raju said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Amaravati, despite shortening his foreign tour after the gun attack in Jammu and Kashmir and reviewing security issues, is a sign of his commitment to the state and AP. They assured the people of the state and the farmers of the capital that Amaravati will be the capital of AP without any hesitation.

They assured that Amaravati will act as a growth engine for the development of Andhra Pradesh and Prime Minister Modi is committed to allocating thousands of crores for the development of the state and making it a Viksit Andhra Pradesh and a part of Viksit India. They expressed happiness over the success of the Amaravati reopening ceremony.

They thanked PM Narendra Modi for assuring the people of the state that Andhra Pradesh will be supported in every way. BJP MLAs rejected the statements made by YSRCP leaders and PCC President Sharmila.

Former Minister Adinarayana Reddy reminded that Prime Minister Modi had assured AP of all possible support and said that the state is implementing Super Six and is focusing on development. He revealed that the cases against Jaganmohan Reddy are being heard in court. He made it clear that he will be punished legally. He lamented Jagan as a bigger gunman than Pakistani terrorists.

Adinarayana Reddy stated that the coalition government has taken the responsibility of turning AP, which had become a debt-ridden state during the five-year YSRCP rule, back into a golden Andhra Pradesh.

“The Prime Minister has done a lot for the state. He has given more houses in housing construction. Under the Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, roads and infrastructure are being provided in villages”, he said.  Apart from these, he added that huge funds have been allocated for national highways and railway projects.

BJP Legislature Party Leader Vishnu Kumar Raju reminded that Modi had also canceled his visit to Russia after the terror attack. He said that the Prime Minister had come to Amaravati on Friday as per his promise to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. He said that Jagan had scared the people regarding the capital. He said that the development of Amaravati in all aspects is a fact in the future.
