Nara Bhuvaneshwari, the wife of TDP chief and former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, gave a fervent call to end YCP’s demonic rule in the state. As part of her state-wide `Nijam Gelavali’ (Truth must win) tour, she toured Kadapa district on Thursday.
Ignoring severe heat waves, a large number of TDP workers and people greeted her. Speaking on this occasion, Bhuvaneshwari deplored that while Chandrababu worked day and night for the development of the state, now it became a habit of killing, torturing and giving trouble under the demon government of YSRCP.
From Kadapa airport, she visited the family of activist Varada Chendrayudu in the 44th ward of Kadapa town, who died of a heart attack during the illegal arrest of Chandrababu. She paid floral tribute to his photo and inquired about the welfare of Chendrayudu’s family members.
Chendrayudu’s family members turned emotional seeing Bhuvaneswari. Sge consoled them and assured party support for their well-being.
Later, addressing party workers, she said they may be aware that if Chandrababu continued as chief minister for five more years the fate of Andhra Pradesh would be different. But now not a single new industry is coming to the state and even existing industries are migrating away.
Expressing concern that during five years youth lost jobs and employment opportunities and moreover many people are being tortured with `politics of violence. She appealed that in the forthcoming elections, TDP cadre should rise to the occasion and ensure that TDP flag must rise again to bring back the government of Chandrababu Naidu.
At Proddatur, she visited the house of party activist Kurapathi Radha’s family in Pedashettipalli village, Prodduthuru mandal and consoled them. It is known that Radha (39) died of a heart attack during Chandrababu’s arrest. Bhuvaneshwari asked about the well-being of Radha’s family members. She paid tributes to Radha’s photo. She assured Radha’s family that the party would stand by him.
Bhuvaneswari during this phase, touring in Kadapa and Nandyala parliamentary constituencies, covering assembly segments of Kadapa, Proddutur, Done, Nandyala, Srisailam, Panyam and Nandikotkur. In these places she is visiting houses of 12 family members, who died during the period of Chandrababu’s arrest.
