Bhuma Akhilapriya’s Fiery Clash with Kurnool Dairy Chairman

Former minister and Allagadda MLA Bhuma Akhilapriya has made headlines for a new controversy. She recently engaged in a heated exchange with SV Jagan Mohan Reddy, a senior leader of the YSR Congress party and the chairman of Vijaya Dairy in Kurnool district. Reports suggest that she threatened him during a phone conversation. Interestingly, SV Jagan Mohan Reddy is also her brother-in-law, adding a personal dimension to their public dispute.

The controversy arose from the presence of photos of former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Vijaya Dairy office in Kurnool district. Bhuma Akhilapriya voiced her strong objections regarding the lack of photographs of the current Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, despite the change in government.

The incident occurred when Bhuma Akhilapriya visited the dairy office in Nandyal, where SV Jagan was not in attendance. In his absence, she took a seat in his chair and made a phone call to express her concerns. Akhilapriya was unhappy about the ongoing display of Jagan’s photos after the change in government. After her intervention, the staff promptly took down Jagan’s photos and replaced them with images of Chandrababu Naidu, reflecting the new political landscape.

SV Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his disapproval of her occupying his chair, questioning her reasoning. This response infuriated Bhuma Akhilapriya, who retorted, “Who do you think you are to question me?” She firmly claimed that he had no right to confront her.
