APPSC Exams papers scam Accused Madhusudhan sent For Remand, Police Filed PT warrant For PSR

A Vijayawada court has remanded Comsign director Pamidikalva Madhusudhan till the 21st of this month in the case of irregularities in the evaluation of APPSC Group-1 examination papers. Later, he was sent to the district jail in Vijayawada. The police have filed a PT warrant to produce the main accused in the case, senior IPS officer PSR Anjaneyulu, in the court. Anjaneyulu is currently a remand prisoner in the Vijayawada district jail in the Kadambari Jethwani case.

Evaluating examination papers outside the APPSC office is a crime under the law. But they brought Group-1 examination papers to Highland in Mangalagiri. They arranged it with housewives and mothers of young children on the promise of Rs. 15,000. In this examination that determines the future of future sub-collectors and DSPs, those who do not even have a degree scored marks.

Even if they were called for questioning by the police, they did not know this. Shocking things were revealed in the police remand report on Dhatri Madhu during the investigation of this scam that took place during the YSRCP regime. At that time, PSR Anjaneyulu acted as the secretary of the APPSC.

The police have uncovered his collusion with a media company called ‘Camsign’ to appoint people recommended by YSRCP leaders as RDOs and DSPs. The Vijayawada police, which arrested Pamidikalva Madhusudhan (Dhatri Madhu) in Hyderabad, included the facts revealed by the accused in the remand report submitted to the court.

According to it, the Group 1 Mains examination was conducted in December 2020. The results were released in April 2021 through digital evaluation. The candidates went to court over this evaluation. As per the court’s orders, the evaluation was canceled and a normal evaluation was conducted. The then APPSC Secretary PSR steconducted in December 2020. The results were releasepped in here.

The Group 1 Mains exam papers were illegally moved from the office to Highland on his orders. Madhusudhan runs a media company and paid some housewives and mothers of young children, along with his staff, to do this work. 66 people participated in this process.

After looking at the marks obtained in the digital evaluation, they wrote them on the OMR sheets again. None of them were eligible. Housewives and mothers of young children were selected and signed with false designations like examiner, camp officer, and scrutineer. This entire process, which was carried out in the utmost secrecy, was a fraud. Dhatri Madhu Sanstha received Rs. 1.14 crore from APPSC for this secret activity. PSR was furious with five APPSC employees who objected to this evaluation process.
