AP Speaker Ayyannapatrudu serious YCP MLAs signing on Attendance Register Like Thieves!

Former Chief MInister and YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy is the only leader in the country who has announced that he will not attend the assembly unless he is given the status of Leader of the Opposition. Although there have been occasions in the past when key leaders have not entered the assembly for various reasons, it must be said that Jagan is the only leader who has stayed away from the assembly for such a reason.

Several of Jagan’s supporters have also openly admitted that the  reasons given by Jagan for staying away from the assembly are not reasonable at all and not received well by the people. However, Jaganmohan Reddy, who makes tall claims outside, attended the Assembly on the first day and also on the day of the Governor’s address.

But he hardly stayed a few minutes in the assembly after signing in the assembly attendance register. This was only believed to be to save himself from the threat of disqualification of his membership.

However, Assembly Speaker Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu made sensational comments in the assembly on Thursday regarding the YSRCP MLAs. “Some YSRCP members are coming to the assembly like thieves and signing and leaving. That is not reasonable in a democracy. What is the need to come like thieves and signing?”, he asked.

He advised them that “You are MLAs, come with dignity”. These MLAs are not appearing in the House after signing the register. He deplored that the behavior of the YCP members is unfortunate. He pointed out that there are seven YCP MLAs who are not appearing in the House after signing the register.

“According to the information I have, the ones who are doing this are Y. Balanagi Reddy, Tatiparthi Chandrasekhar, Regam Matsyalingam, Virupakshi, Dasari Sudha, Amaranadha Reddy, and Vishweshwara Raju. I humbly request you not to bow down your heads before the people who voted for you”, the Speaker advised them.

However, a debate has also come to the fore as to whether all of them are doing this contrary to the orders of YCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy or whether they are doing with his knowledge only?

The Speaker wondered that those who are raising questions on public issues outside the assembly are not attending the House. Due to this, he said that injustice is being done to other members.

Anyhow Ayyanna Patrudu’s official statement in the House said to be causing more damage to the YCP, then their absence from the assembly sessions. He said that it was learned that they signed these documents on different days after the Governor’s speech. He asked the MLAs, “Have you seen anyone in the House who signed these documents?”
