AP Govt Tightens Security At YS Jagan’s Residence After Fire Incident

The Andhra Pradesh government and intelligence department have ramped up security at YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s residence in Tadepalli following a recent fire incident. The fire, which broke out on the lawn outside his house, has raised concerns, prompting authorities to implement stricter surveillance measures.

The eight additional CCTV cameras installed by the officials in the upgraded security around the premises are directly connected to the nearest police station for constant monitoring around the clock. No security threats or unlawful activities can be undertaken.

The police will keep constant watch over the area, with immediate response measures for any suspicious activity or emergency situations.

In this regard, Tadepalli police had also asked the YSR Congress Party to submit some CCTV footage about the February 5 fire incident. However, the party still hasn’t sent any recordings that could support their complaint. Instead, the police have taken it into their own hands and placed high-surveillance cameras to boost security and deter similar incidents from happening again.
