Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government, under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, has implemented a key decision affecting government employees with origins in Telangana. In accordance with the bifurcation agreements, employees who were assigned to Andhra Pradesh at the time of the state split are now being reassigned to their home state of Telangana.
The AP government has issued an official order today, relieving 122 non-gazetted employees who are native to Telangana. This move aligns with a request from the Telangana government and marks a significant step in addressing administrative realignments post-bifurcation.
