AP CM Naidu’s wife Adopts Two villages In Kuppam

Nara Bhuvaneshwari, wife of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, who remained aloof from politics came into the political scene of the state last year when her husband was arrested by the then government led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. She toured several districts across the state in the name of ‘Nijam Gelavali’ campaign against the illegal arrest of Naidu in the run-up to the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections.

Even after Naidu’s landslide victory and subsequent ascension to the coveted CM’s chair, Bhuvaneshwari didn’t stay away from politics and continues to do her bit in the form of charitable activities. As per latest reports, Bhuvaneshwari adopted two villages in Naidu’s home constituency Kuppam. She is going to fund for various developmental activities in these two adopted villages, Paipalyam and Kanche Bandarapalli.

Bhuvaneshwari will embark on a four day Kuppam tour starting from Tuesday. She will take part in various social activities in several villages across the constituency. Reportedly, she will travel to the far-flung villages and interact with the women population there. She is going launch a skill development centre in Kuppam during this tour. She will distribute sewing machines to promote women employment in the town.

During her four day tour, Bhuvaneshwari will visit places like Somapuram, Karlagatta, Ramkuppam, Avula Kuppam, Narayanpuram Thanda, Paipalyam, Kanche Bandarapalli, N. Kothapalli and some other backward villages in the constituency.

Chandrababu Naidu visited Kuppam last month and announced various developmental activities that will be launched in the coming days. He vowed to make Kuppam a model town on all fronts.
