Anupama Parameswaran’s Paradha Trailer Unveiled

Anupama Parameswaran is ready to engage her audience with her forthcoming socio-drama Paradha directed by Praveen Kandregula. The movie will be released on August 22, generating enthusiasm from the audience.

The highly awaited trailer was just released by Ram Pothineni. Anupama is Subbu in the movie, a brave village girl who embarks on a thrilling pilgrimage to a far-off temple hidden deep in the rugged Himalayan ranges.

Paradha beautifully captures Subbu’s journey with her group united by religion and music. A major aspect of her personality is the Paradha— an old veil she wears, which identifies her with the strong tradition of customs and beliefs of her village. Subbu stands firm in the face of external pressure in keeping the veil on, reflecting her unshakeable spirit.

The story examines the traditions, rituals, and superstitions that dominate the lives of her people and highlights their commitment to the temple and goddess Amma. The last shot in the trailer is also visceral and dramatic, showing Anupama as the fierce goddess Kali and leaving the audience with a stunning image.

Against the rural landscape of a countryside, Paradha weaves adventure and spirituality together, truthful emotions and stunning scenery. Anupama’s natural and genuine acting has been appreciated, and the technical nicety of the movie makes it more attractive.

The film’s soothing music is given by Gopi Sundar, and special care has been taken by the director to present new and picturesque locations which enhance the story. Paradha is being produced by Vijay Donkada, Srinivasulu P.V, and Sridhar Makkav and will be released in Telugu and Malayalam simultaneously on August 22, and as such, it is one of the most awaited films for both industries’ audiences.
