Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh Embarks on Maha Kumbh Mela Visit In Prayagraj

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education, IT, and Electronics, Nara Lokesh, has departed for the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. He will participate in the Shahi Snan ritual at the sacred bathing ghats between 10:10 AM and 12:10 PM today. Afterward, he will travel to Varanasi, with plans to leave Prayagraj at 1:00 PM.  

During his visit to Varanasi, Lokesh will first visit the Kalabhairava Temple at 2:45 PM, followed by a visit to the Kashi Vishweshwar Temple at 3:40 PM for special prayers. At 4:00 PM, he is scheduled to visit the Vishalakshi Temple. He will return to Vijayawada by 5:25 PM, concluding his spiritual journey.  

The Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, which began on January 13, continues to attract millions of pilgrims from across the globe. To date, over 500 million devotees have participated in the sacred baths. The event is expected to run until February 26, with officials initially estimating a turnout of around 400 million, a number that has already been surpassed. The spiritual event, lasting 45 days, will continue for the remaining nine days.
